Staff was accommodating and allowed me to store my luggage after checking out. Bring your own lock for lockers in dormitory rooms, or buy one at the front desk. I paid 3 euros, which was added to the bill when checking out. Breakfast was surprisingly good. There was a variety of cereals, and toast with ham and cheese.

This was definitely the worst place my group stayed during our trip. We stayed here for 2 nights and got 0 good nights of sleep because it was so loud. We heard people walking around, using the bathroom, talking, opening doors, etc all night which made it impossible to fall asleep. The deadbolt lock on our door also didn’t work and while we were in our room in the evening someone came in unannounced and without knocking to check if the AC was on.. super weird. The bathroom had one working soap dispenser and the locks on the doors for the toilets didn’t work. The shower doors were see-through and the bathroom smelled terrible, like body odor. The location was pretty good so that’s a redeeming quality. The breakfast is just ok, typical Italian packaged food. The staff wasn’t super friendly towards my group and we would be stared at a lot.

Very pricey (70 euros for one night), nice people, worst bed I have ever laid my body on hardly slept at all, no place other than reception to safely store bags, breakfast is ok. Bathrooms not as clean as I wished. If you can get the bed when prices are lower at less than 40 euros it might be worth it but don’t expect to be comfortable. If you are a light sleeper like I am don’t expect to sleep much if I could go back I would spend 20-30 euros more and get a private room elsewhere. Staff seemed nice. Overall I would not recommend, but I understand we are talking about an hostel, not a great one.

Anderson and Holly are actual gods. I wasn’t religious at all before I came to this hostel, but I left as a god-fearing man after tasting the San Merino cocktail that they crafted in front of my own eyes. A true miracle. I feel like these two gods deserve to be paid in rubies and 24-karat gold. Forget about touring the Duomo, Anderson’s presence at this hostel makes this the most important experience in Milan for any tourist who cares about having an authentic cultural experience that will leave you wondering if life gets any better than drinking the beverage that this cocktail master whips up. After the cocktail, and unlike the Duomo, Anderson’s moustache is possibly the most awe-inspiring artwork in this city; so perfectly combed, trimmed, and cared for, I could barely maintain eye contact as he lovingly and patiently built this earth-shattering beverage with his beautiful hands. There was a violent eroticism to the way that Anderson and Holly served me beverages that I will never forget. Holly’s angelic hair blinded me permanently (I now need a guide dog) along with Anderson’s upper-lip artwork and the cosmic reflection of the light bouncing off the cockatiel shaker as he completed one of the most awesomely earth-shaking experiences since the atomic bomb. This hostel was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone looking for a profound and unforgettable spiritual experience. The only fault in this glorious and holy institution is that these angels are not allowed to spend time with us mere earthlings rather than stuck behind their dark counter of the bar. Will I ever recover from this experience? Is there any greater pleasure? I don’t know the answers, I don’t claim to know anything, but I feel sure that this hostel, as long as Anderson and Holly are working here, this monument to something beyond what mortal man is capable of will exist until the end of time as we understand it. I left this place with my legs shaking and my mind a stew of holy mysteries that I will forever be attempting to solve, although something tells me that a pay rise for these two is part of the equation. 10/10 hostel, great atmosphere, clean linen and perfect location. Would recommend.

Very good hostel, rooms are clean and spacious. I stayed in a 4 bed mixed dorm and it was cozy. There is a really fun bar downstairs that can get loud but you can't hear it in the rooms. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cozy little place with nice staff. The bar gets decently crowded but it doesn't have the feel of an incredibly rowdy party hostel and no noise spreads to the rooms, at least not on the second floor.

Everything is just like on their photos. Hostel is primarily for youth. Every night they have different type of entertainment. Staff is really nice. Price is ok for Milan. 5/5.

If I could I would give them 11/10! ❤️ Absolutely the best place to stay in in Milan. The guys working there welcomed us with full glasses of wine and good music and LOTS of love. They stayed with us till 5 in the morning dancing and singing karaoke 😍 Also spoke a little bit of polish (much appreciated). The hotel itself was very clean and the design was incredible! The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was very good too. I will keep recommending this place to all of my friends. Send love from Poland ❤️

Free drink tokens on arrival - clean bathrooms/showers for a hostel. Prices for drinks at the bar were reasonable - they can order in pizza and pasta for you. Nice Location - 10 min walk from a metro station. Air conditioning unit in the room which was a life saver.

Breakfast was awesome, varied and much quantity. The reception and common space is really great too and they have nice daily activities. Our only complaints were the loud noises from other guests at night, the pricing, and the rooms, which were a bit small and with no wardrobe, just shelfs. Great staff and pretty kitchen too.

It's a 5 star all-round 👍you can't fault them, you want a nice place where to stay, this is it. Only thing I would say - but this is from a Gen X 😂bed was a bit too soft for me and my back, and overall the place has a very Gen Z vibe which is fine because really it's a young people's game. But, I repeat - great place, I recommend!

Friendly staff, and the place is simply beautiful. The hostel organizes fun activities and has a nice bar where they also play good music and have happy hours (always a plus). Upon arrival we received a coupon for a welcome drink, which was also nice. I stayed in a 12-person room, which was large and clean. The bathrooms were also good and overall the place was very well kept. One towel and a locker are included. Public transportation lines are quite close although you could also choose to walk into the centre. Would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing to complain about, really.

Love this hostel! Stayed here 2 nights in female dorm room. Met some great people and enjoyed my stay. The welcome drink with popcorn is so nice, stuff is very pleasant and fun. Don't miss Tuesday special - €6 for wine & tapas.

Nice enough hostel but not for the absolutely ridiculous price. They obviously jacked up the price for some soccer game that was on that us backpackers didn’t know about and/or care about. I’ve had better showers with more privacy at public swimming pools…. The room was hot, even though the a/c was ‘on’. The bunk beds are cheap and nasty and squeak all night. I could buy a bunk bed from ikea for less than what I paid to stay here for two nights.

Good for price but have couple of handicaps. Breakfast is free but you have to wash your own dishes. Toilets were clean enough. Before check-out, you have to put your sheets into the laundry bin. Our bed didn’t feel very safe, it was wiggling.

One of the coolest hostels I’ve ever been to! Everyday different activities and nice wine. Good value for money, comfortable location, clean bathrooms. Very friendly staff, willing to help and talk to you. I’d love to come back!

I’ve been in Europe for the past 15 days and by far this is one of the best Hostels where I’ve stayed at. Rafael at the front desk is such a great person, always friendly and open to resolve questions and provide recommendations in Milan. I’ll definitely will come back! Beds are clean! The bar is everything and all staff members are very caring.

I needed to commend their breakfast since food is ready before 7:30 AM. The hotel staff assigned in the kitchen is very accommodating. Overall experience isn’t bad at their price point.

I've had an amazing time at Quo. The structure is great with a really good common area, pretty decent rooms and clean bathrooms. It's well located - just 20min walking from Duomo's square and there are some public transportation options nearby. The staff is really sympathetic and helpful. There's a good breakfast (not so common to hostels) and they also prepare a family dinner in which you can have a nice meal and get to know other people. Keep in mind that it's a hostel, so it can be loud sometimes.

Really nice and friendly atmosphere. Super clean and well organized (kitchen, rooms, bathroom). They provide towels and sheets. Hot shower and warm bedroom. Breakfast is included. Comfortable bed. Ask at check in if you still have the possibility to add your name at the list for free dinner they make every night. The cook is really welcoming and helpful. I recommend it and I will definitely will come back! Thank you guys

Amazing place with super super nice and welcoming staff! Traveled in February and it's warm inside, the bed is comfy, everything is clean, they provide towels and free breakfast which is actually nice! Only the ladder for the bed is a bit shake-y they should work a bit more on utilizing that. Overall great place to be!

Good facilities, clean, and free pasta to cook with in the kitchen. The staff (or volunteers) were difficult at times, often treating us like we were an inconvenience. Having stayed at a few hostels on our trip, we had grown to expect nicer service. Overall, a nice place to stay. The bar had a great vibe when some of the staff played guitar and keys. It was quite pricey though and didn’t seem as social as some other hostels we had stayed at. I would recommend to anyone working and travelling as it seemed catered to this lifestyle. In all fairness, we may have misread some cultural differences in our staff interactions too.

I didn’t like it. There are way better hostels for the same price. The position is good tho. They said “free dinner” on their profile: I checked in at around 18 and the guy at the reception told me that there was no dinner for me because I was not there in the morning to tell them that I wanted to eat dinner there (how can I be there in the morning if the check-in is in the afternoon? lol); the guy in my room told me that there was a lot of food for everyone but anyways… for breakfast do not expect anything fancy but it’s free so no complaints there. The rooms are big and spacious but the place looks too rough for my taste, the bed isn’t the best to sleep on and the pillows are very bad. The girl at the reception was friendly, I didn’t like the other guys that work there. I stayed there just one night.

The staff was very nice, and communicative with people. Breakfast was good, they even had sandwiches. Evening activities were awesome, you could meet lots of new people. The only bad thing was the air conditioners was automatic so sometimes it was cold in our room.

Nice and cozy hostel close to the Milan's downtown. Atmosphere is really friendly and cool. I had a bed in 4 beds dorm, just the main problem was my bed was so noisy and with any move on it I think the person above me on bunk bed got awake! I like its breakfast that was good and enough! I had pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

Excellent stay! Ideally located (20min to Duomo), very affordable (less than 50€ for 2 nights on the weekend before Christmas! DISCOUNTS for cash payments), staff is adorable (good English spoken), includes a bar (brings lots of cool people from outside the hostel, fair prices), overall accommodation is clean, warm, well thought and gives you a feeling of security. One drink and breakfasts offered so definitely a recommend!

Clean rooms, bathrooms also. Kitchen is completely furnished, u can find here even some pasta or spices, tee, etc. Personal is completely helpful. Bar has everyday some program, so if u dont know what to do in the evening, u can just stay here and network.

Screen shot your prices when you are booking your room. They won't charge you until checkout and the prices won't match what you originally selected. Was charged an extra 19euro when I went to checkout. The hostel itself is very nice and clean. I was disappointed as I was just stopping in for a night for a cheap place to sleep.

This is one the best hostel i came across and had an amazing time. Staff are super super cool. There is not a single bad thing to comment about. Right from the beginning to my last day its just been positive. I stayed for only 2 nights but had the best time. Music is great so you don't feel like leaving the bar as well. Would highly recommend. Shout out to Shana, Thiago, Miguel, Manager of the hostel and all the other members (sorry forgot names of others). I am pretty sure you will end up making some great friends here.

Best hostel we stayed at on our trip. The rooms were super clean and spacious and the lockers were a good size. The common area of the hostel was so fun. It had an amazing atmosphere and the drinks were good and not expensive. The bar also made things super convenient because everything you needed was there. The location of the hostel is also pretty good, public transport in Milan is great so getting anywhere was easy. The best part of the hostel was however the staff, everyone was super welcoming and friendly. Thanks queens hostel!!

Exactly as advertised. An inexpensive room that was clean. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were all in good working order and clean. The social area was lively with many young travelers, with at least one karaoke night, but when getting to the rooms, you did not hear anything from the party.

AMAZING hostel with a very social atmosphere. Bar is reasonable, and you get a welcome drink upon arrival. The dorm bathrooms could have been cleaner, hence the loss of a star, but still worth it for the overall experience.

This is the palace to stay in Milan, I met so many friends, the staff is amazing and the facilities are so great. I cannot think of a better experience, was there over Christmas and was worried about being lonely and the staff made sure we were all welcomed and happy. Definitely need to make this your home while you're in Milan

I was at the hostel for 2 nights and everything went great. Wonderful location and staff, the installations are great and very clean, and the bar/social aspect of the hostel is also on point. Overall, a great experience, would definitely recommend the place!

I love the hip and lively vibe in this hostel. There seems to be events every day here. The room isn’t big, but there is a large shelf, so there was enough space for my friend and I to place our items. There are a few hooks too, but it seems that some of the older hooks have broken off, so I wished the stumps were removed. There is free breakfast, with a small but decent spread of the usual breakfast items: some cheese, ham, cereals, juice, and so on. The attached toilets are fairly clean. The showers are clean as well, but I wish there were hooks inside so there is an option to hang something there. I think there is a good ratio of the number of users per shower, because I managed to use the female showers alone for the three days I was there. The shower also has a hairdryer, which isn’t feel premium, but it does the job. There was a free welcome drink of either wine or beer too. This drink also came with free salted popcorn and potato chips, which was nice. The towels are free, and the beds were already made. Overall, I liked the hostel.

We had problems with the service and the hostel's employees / receptionists was inattentive and not predisposed to solve the problem. They was rude to customers. They didn't even want to refund my money for bad service. appalling! You can find a better one in Milan!

Just love this place. Best vibes, volunteers of any hostel I visited in Italy. You can get stuck here very easily!!! Extremely good value for money. Would really recommend to other nomads for longer stays as it is super social but still well organised. To improve: Please add hooks and some kind of clothing rack. Just teeny locker is not sufficient for more than one night.

I had a nice stay in Queens Hostel. They have a great structure wit a nice bar (that offers food and drinks for a fair price) and kitchen if u prefer to cook. I thought the bar would be busier but it was nice anyway, they give you a free drink when you check in it would be better a voucher so you can have this drink whenever you want. The room is nice, good size and mine was the 6 bed suite just complain about the bed because that's too noisy (other guys also complained) bathroom is also nice. All the staff was kind and helpful. I would stay there again

By far the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Super friendly staff throughout the entire hostel. Hostel had its own bar (for which they gave us a free drink at the beginning of our stay). They offer many events (such as happy hour, game night and cooking classes etc.), which ensures that there is always something going on in the evenings at the hostel. Room was simple but more than comfortable enough especially as it had air-conditioning (which was definitely needed) as well. Walls were not thin at all! Breakfast was also very simple but more than good enough, with pre-made sandwiches included. The atmosphere in the hostel was amazing and I'll definitely come back here if I'll ever be in Milan again.

The hostel itself is very good and the rooms are clean and well equipped. The biggest issue I have with this hostel was the customer service. The way staff treat guests is wildly varying. I met two very helpful people BUT a number of staff members would huff, roll their eyes or essentially try to avoid you even for simple things. I was talked down to quite a bit and it really made me feel awful. This was also usually after having to wait 15-20 minutes at the reception desk just to ask a question or to sort out my room key. I noticed that also they "closed the bar" ..but then continued to serve local Italians who weren't from the hostel. I didn't say anything but it really wound up some of the other guests. It's a shame because if those few weren't so rude I would've given it 5 stars. But when you're travelling alone and you've had a rough journey the last thing you need is people treating you like dirt. Ruined the experience a bit.
