They got us out of the table while we hadn’t finished our drinks and told us that the table was reserved. There was no sign that it was reserved nor any of the staff informed us of it. The only good thing was the view.

Absolutely all the stars are given to the invincible view. Cocktail is about €15 per glass with some snacks serving. So you can enjoy the sunset there if you like. It’s quite relaxing when you are on the Terrace and looking at people walking downstairs taking photo of the Cathedral. Better go at least one hour before sunset to secure your place.

You cannot find better location which also means that it is a very touristic place. 20€ for a simple cocktail or drink, they bring snacks also. They had a dj on the terrace playing party music while people were just sitting 😅 I didn’t like that we had to prepay our drinks, it felt like they wanted us to leave so other people can come.

We wandered into Duomo 21 looking to relax and take a breath from the crowds below in the Piazza. We were seated right away outside on the rooftop terrace with great views and nice wine to enjoy. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks provided with our drink order. The price was a bit high, but this was to be expected given its great location.

HOLY HEAVENLY VIEWS & VIBES! This rating is purely for the views and the vibes. If you're looking to take a break away from the pigeons, people, and pick-pockets this bar & café is a great choice. Did it take us 30 minutes to get water? Sure. Did our appetizer take another 20? True. Did we almost cancel our main? Maybe! Did the servers look like they'd rather be anywhere else? No comment! But the views and the vibes with great company are just unforgettable. Thank you. Come again😄

Service was extraordinary, so polite and professional, our waiter Roberto very kind and helpful. Food was so good, that i didnt get the chance to make a photo 😁 we had raw tuna, porcini pasta and a very special desert prepared from african gluten free chocolate. Breath taking view on Duomo cathedral. My absolute recommendation!

We went for drinks and sat outside. It was nice view of Duomo but there were no heaters. Also table for dining was very flimsy but they did not change it. There are fewer options of cocktails to be served. We ordered a bottle of wine which comes with snacks. It was a good experience.

So disappointing !! You got to pay 20€ without even knowing what for . The hostess were unwelcoming and really rude . They couldn’t say hi . This is the bare minimum even for a pub. Even asking for water was apparently too much . I would not recommend this . View is nice but service is terribly bad. Cocktails were heavy and not balanced. I don’t mind paying for high quality but this place doesn’t meet the standards . Bad experience !!!

Really cool rooftop bar, super cool music. The cocktails are 20€, but are really good. The staff is friendly, it’s clean and cosy. For sure is for people with a little deeper pockets, but minding the incredible view and atmosphere, it’s worth!

I ordered cheesecake and espresso. In the cheesecake there were 3 raspberry. I ate one without check inside and i found mold inside two raspberries. I told to the sever he told me “oh,l think you are right. That’s mold”. It seems like it's not big deal. Never apologized. So I asked “is that your answer? What do you mean? ” And he told me “that’s not my fault, that’s chef’s fault. I’ll tell the chef” and left( what the hack?) And the manager came to me and gave the money back for cheesecake in cash. (I already paid) Of course he said sorry but after that he gave the money and went right away. I felt like he thought it‘s not a big deal. Isn't it a big deal to give moldy fruit at a $$$ restaurant? And I ask my dish back for take photo. The manager came to me and almost yelled me “you are a cheap woman!!!!” and left.. ?!!!?!!!!! What the fork? Don’t go here. If you want to go to see the view, just order drink never order food and don’t expect any service.

Beautiful and relaxing place with an excellent view of the Duomo. Literally a stone throw away. There’s generally life basking music by the Duomo. Nice place to rest after shopping at the galleria (next to this place). Highly recommend to get the Apertivio at this place.

One of the worst places in Milan I highly recommend to not to visit. The service is so bad waiters are not professional specially Gabrielle who thinks people lives in jungles, the manager is not understanding how to manage the place and the waiters. So confused that much a place like that we find this poor service. Less than one star honestly.

Amazing location if you can get a seat outside at the terrace. Food was not so good, the caesar salad came with no dressing, the risotto was just not good. The bread was dry. cocktails were great and were served with small snacks that weren't so fresh...

Retty nice place with an amazing view on the cathedral. I think the prices are a bit expensive but can be explained with a quick service, nice cocktails and the amazing view. Overall it's a good stop in Milan

Had a really nice dinner here but at 8:45 the maître d’ scoffed at us like we were crazy to have dinner at that time? Besides him, be ready for this place to turn into a nightclub at 10pm! Couldn’t hear anything my friend said over the music. Food was good, we picked a nice bottle of Prosecco that retails for €20, we paid €60 at this restaurant.

This place is horrible. You pay 20€ at the entrance. Then you get left behind in the place with no seat. The servants are madly inpolite and dont answer any questions. You also have to get your drink alone at the bar, but wait 20 mins atleast until some bartender sees you. Then you get your drink without a place to sit. The servers dont speak english and dont help at getting a table, they simply dont care about the customers and are very rude. If you want to have a nice drink at a good bar then dont! go to this place, you will have a horrible time. 0/10 for this one and leave early. Covid regulations are never adhered to, they say you need a green pass but dont check it and nobody wears a mask.

Incredible view for duomo from this restaurant, but anyhow the price is unavoidable high as well as you pay for the view, the staffs are friendly and the atmosphere for this restaurant is fantastic! To view the beautiful duomo and enjoy the drinks was the extra highlight of our trip!

Terrazza Duomo 21? Oh, it was stunning! The food – incredible. And that view of the Duomo from the terrace? Mind-blowing! The staff? Super polite and amazing. It was just a fantastic experience all around!

Even though they had available tables, they insisted on not taking us to heated tables. Even though we said that our child was cold, they did not help. As a result, the view was good, but the staff was rude, which made us unhappy, a bad experience.

Horrible service. Overpriced. Staff is rude. Do not recommend. If there was a 0 stars button I would definitely choose that.

Really nice view but super expensive and all the staff are very rude. Went there with my friend and the first question they asked if we are eating. We were not sure so sat in the lounge waiting for a table in the terrace. You could even see how the managers are treating their staff which wasn't nice but when we were called for a table the guy once again asked if we are eating and when we said maybe he rolled his eyes and when handing the menu to our friend said ''when you decided let me know''. We left as nobody should be treated in that way. All they look is for your appearance so if you dressed up a little poorly do not expect a nice service :)

Very stylish and beautiful place , for sure it’s one of the best place to drink and have a view of cathedral. As you expect the price is really expensive . The bad point is the behavior of one of the waitress, he was not patient at all , at the beginning he pretends to welcome but many times I saw his face changed because of normal request of the customers. When I asked him if it's possible to take a pic with my camera, he replied : you should paid « 500 » euro . I have to say that the other waitress were not like him , only he had not professional behavior ( I post his picture in my pictures) . I really don’t understand the rule that you can’t take a photograph with camera but you can take a photograph with your mobile phone!!!!!!

The security at the entrance is acting like an 15 year old who doesn’t know how to behave when dealing with customers. I went asking if there is table/entry availability for 2 person as I was waiting my girlfriend and he was a bit aggressive as he was not understanding English and asking to see who was coming first before confirming availability. I didn’t feel like entering and left immediately. The music from the rooftop is what called me in the first place but I don’t tolerate this behavior and I’m sure not many would do either.

Me and my fiancee came to Milan for 1 night, we were amazed by this place, definitely worth it. The food is good and tasty (Beef steak and Lasagna), the cocktails are excellent (special mention to Aperol spritz), the service is excellent (English & Spanish, 5 stars to the guy from Cuba) and the views are breathtaking.

This was a very sad experience, this bouncer on the phone refused us entry. We are of South Asian decent. Our Caucasian friends were let in and were sorry that we couldn’t come inside and couldn’t understand why we were refused on multiple occasions. Please DO NOT visit this place if you are a COLOURED PERSON, even if you are wearing your best clothes- racism still exists in a so called cosmopolitan city like Milan in 2023!

A really special feeling bar, with an incredible view. The €20 per drink charge seems expensive, but every drink comes with a tray of canapés, plus dry snacks brought to the table (olives, taralli, peanuts, crisps) which makes the price absolutely worth it. It would be a privilege to come back here on my next visit to Milano! Grazie mille!

The view from the terrace is stunning and it would deserve 5 stars, obviously. However, drinks are average and food is bad... for a 15 euro aperitivo I would expect better.. I'll give 3 stars just because it's worth going for the view, but there's no other reason to go. Service should be improved too.

A great terrace with good cocktails and beautiful views. We were there for about 2 hours, but the music was just way too loud. Other than that, no complaints

The atmosphere was okay, anyone could have achieved that with a cocktail to go in hand and sitting across from the duomo. We wanted to go to terrazza 21 cause of the good things we heard about the club but nothing was as said. Firstly, we were greeted by waiters that were definitely on a high horse and were behaving snobbish as if we weren't there to pay for our time there. Secondly, they didn't bring our friend's order exactly as she ordered it, providing her with a tonic in her gin and soda order. Furthermore, we paid about 20-25 euros each and the cocktails were definitely not as expected especially for the amount paid. In conclusion, I would for certain not recommend this bar as it is extremely overestimated.

Great staff, quick service, but food was mid to say the least. For the high price tag I was expecting a bit more quality and portions. Taste-wise, food was pretty tasty but I'd steer away and find alternatives further away from the city centre. They do have an awesome atmosphere and great views of the Duomo, if a photo is what you want cocktails are a good price-quality option to go by.

Our group booked a dinner reservation. We ordered burgers, pizza and a chicken dish. All thoroughly enjoyed our Meal with beautiful views of the cathedral. When the restaurant closed and it became a club. It did get very busy and tables were taken away. However it was a cool experience and would return in the future.

I really did not enjoy this place literally from entering to leaving. As we entered the building to get the lift up, me and my friend both instantly got this weird feeling which felt like gravity was messing with us, feeling like we was falling. We got in the lift and the sensation heightened even further, and continued to remain when we entered the bar. EVERY drink was €20 and you had to buy a ticket. TWENTY EUROS! I’m not in Ushuaia in Ibiza 😂 To top it off, the place was packed, couldn’t move literally. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bad behavior of the security at the entry. Saying that we can go at the first floor of the rooftop and finally changing their mind saying that I am too much “sport”. Why not saying it at the beginning. Sick, pretentious and complex mentality of the security. I will definitely not recommend this place to any person that looks for a decent place.

Awful experience, the black hair middle aged waitress straight out disrespected us two distinguished folks talking badly about how we dressed. Such narrow minded mindset that i felt like it was 1989… Get younger staff or something… Great barrista thought, keep up the good work!

Great location, easy to make a reservation and welcoming staff…. When you get there, you could get a different treatment, very opportunistic given they wish to make the best out of it in such a short time…. The drinks are good, food is so so… would recommend the visit given the view and location

The drink and the and snacks were great. The only problem was that the place where we were sitting didn't have heating so it was quite cold . But overall good , the service was good and so was the view .

I asked to remove the bacon from my sandwich, as a person who simply doesnt like bacon…… the waitress was like: “oh if you’re Muslim then now you will want to know how we cook our meat and I cannot check that for you - just take the salmon.” I told her I did not ask how the meat is cooked, I simply do not want bacon! I don’t know how that’s normal?! Awful service

Me and my friends were told this place was one of the fancier places in Milan. We were told the dress code was strictly elegant and put our names on the list to have a free entrance. When we got there, we were the only ones following the dress code and only the girls from our friend group could enter for free, the guys had to pay despite being on the list. The place itself is nice, but the people are a disaster. The “trying to be fancy” attitude of the staff ruined it all. never again. The only nice part were the security guards.
