The place was quiet, the shower was good. But the staff was kind of rude. Except the red guy, so nice!

This hotel is not that cheap but so old and dirty. It's so disgusting when i step on my room, so sticky. The receptionist is not polite and not really helpful. Also this is my first time to stay in hotel but i have to set up the bed linen by myself.

Nice room for a hostel, but no free towels and windows are too thin so that all noise from outside comes inside

30min walking from Milano Centrale Train station. I shared a room with other 5 people and I had a locker for myself. You can enter after 14:00 at anytime. And you have to leave before 11:00. Workers there were so nice. I will come back if I have to come back to Milano.

They know what a guest want to hear about hostels, they write it on lovely panels, thinking it's enough, and that's all: not a service respected. Never cleaned bathroom (green mold pervades showers, hair and powder everywhere. The first time I went to toilet I found an orange pee in one of them... Three days later it's still there). Same for kitchen: sticky fridges full of expired food and dishes, pans, forks, platform untouchable because of the dirt. Clearly it's not a casualty fact, not a wrong or difficult week: that's a sign of constant incurance.

Pretty comfortable location (~30 minutes away from Centrale). Spacious kitchen and dining room. Beds in the bed room are isolated and have convenient stairs in between. Unfortunately, the receptionist was Inter fan, that's the only disadvantage of the hostel 😋 Hostel reps, please remove the spider web from the rooms unless that's a part of the interior environment🤔

the bathroom is an absolute mess there are no locks for toilets the shower is dirty and has no space the beds are old and have poor springs the wifi was broken during our stay with no excuse or warning on the booking. the keys for the lockers are also broken and taped - and the hoatel will charge you for everything (example: 4€ for storing luggage after checkout) this place is very much NOT recommended.

This place is very weird, it’s nothing like the pictures. Dark and empty, no atmosphere. Had to make our own beds, mine hadn’t been stripped so I had to do that myself (rude receptionist told me to) No air con, so windows had to be left open and street was very loud and quite a bit of mosquitos. Bathrooms are gender shared which is odd for my female friend. Have to leave keys at reception when you go out which is unsafe. Don’t stay!

Very well located, close to the Piola Subway station. Reception works 24hours. Very nice and clean rooms, the shower is amazing and the beds are very comfortable. You can buy snacks in the reception if needed. Very cozy space and have an entertainment area to get know other people and play games.

Nice clean room, we even had two (!!) bathrooms for 6 people. Clean, sheets are provided (not towels or toiletries though). Everyday maid service. The location is extremely good - metro station and Carrefour are nearby.

It's not bad... You have to make your own bed and then give back to the concierge pillow and linen. And noise isolation is non existent. But otherwise good hostel, clean bathrooms.

Large lockers in all of the rooms but the top bunk on all the beds have no barrier at the side and falling out in the middle of the night is a real risk, especially if your bed isn't against a wall. Keys have to be left at reception when you're not on the hostel premises. There are a large number of beds in every room with only one shower/toilet between them all, no soap is provided in the bathroom and the toilet roll often ran out long before being replaced. On the bright side there is a large kitchen on the first floor and free WiFi throughout the hostel.

We (2 friends) slept in a dorm. The bathroom floor was very dirty, the dining area as well. The refrigerator was overstuffed and contained spoiled food. It is stated that they have a buffet from 6pm-12pm, but it starts at 11pm. Atmosphere could be better. Overall our stay was disappointing but staff was friendly and eager to help. Also big lockers are available in the dorms. Location is okay, 5 minutes walk from Piola metro station and university.

I was with my friend when she checked in, but I didn't personally stay there. The hostel seemed pretty nice though, and she got it for a very good price. The location was in a slightly unsafe area, but fairly close to walk to a metro station. The man behind the front desk was very nice and helpful, and the room seemed clean and safe.
