I had this place on the list while in Milan and I visited in on a Sunday morning. I loved the vibe, the fact that we could have the coffee at the counter, enjoying it as the locals do. Their bakery products were delicious and the hot chocolate should not be missed.

After seeing a line waiting outside during the weekend, I decided to try going to Pavé on Monday morning. I had the coffee bread and a cappuccino. The coffee bread was moist, with cream, coffee stripes, chocolate chips, and a sugary coating. The cappuccino was a little disappointing...the coffee flavor was stronger in the coffee bread than in the cappuccino. Despite going on a weekday morning, it was quite busy. Almost all of the tables were full and it was quite noisy, as many other customers were talking. I think it would be good to go with other people, but for someone who wants to enjoy a quiet atmosphere, I can't recommend it.

Stopped by for our first meal in Milan and absolutely loved the atmosphere! We came by pretty late so a lot of their pastries were finished, the few were able to grab were delicious nonetheless. The panettone toast served with mascarpone was definitely my favourite! We also enjoyed the cold chocolate which was super decadent and the flavours were delicious, loved the fruity taste to it! Would love to go back and try other pastries as well!

Beautiful place to have breakfast or a brunch. The service is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Kouign-amann 🤩

The overall experience was nice. Atmosphere is good for coming with friends and if you don’t mind a little noise it’s good for studying too. The coffee braid I had was a little moist so a bit disappointed. The waitress was really kind and nice. And there are several tables upstairs but no charging sockets.

We went there at 4:30pm, and there wasn't much pastries left. So we had apricot croissant it was okay 2.5€ Cappuccino was very foamy, not the best 2€ They add 1€ service per person Indoor is very noisy, they need more sound absorbing materials.

Nice little pastry shop. I went there for breakfast and had brioche La rossa and crema alla vaniglia, both very tasty.

The service and the ambience is what I really liked in this place. The croissant and pain au chocolat were just ok but that’s maybe because I’m comparing it to the bread in France. Still a good place to chill and relax. People are really warm and accommodating.

Cute cafe with various desserts and drinks. Came here while we were walking around the area on the way to the train station. Takeout and dine-in are available (service charge per person applies). If you opt for dine-in, you pay at the counter afterwards. Single occupant restroom is available. Cash and credit cards are accepted. They were out of croissants by the afternoon, but the cakes were very tasty. The tonka was a light dessert option and had a sprinkling of pistachios (it’s not too sweet). The eclissi was the chocolatey cake and a tad richer than the tonka, but still not too sweet. The cappuccino was yummy and they do serve alcohol.

It's a nice bar (that's how coffee shops are called in Italy). We arrived at 9.45am on a weekday and waited in line for 15min. We we're 4 people. 3 cappuccino, 3 vaniglia brioche, 1 salmon bombolone, 1 fruit tart, One avocado toast vegetarian, 1 filled croissant with ham. A total cost of 45 Euros. It's more an upper class Caffè which means the prices are a bit higher too. It's reasonable to pay more for the vaniglia brioche since its made with real vagnillia seeds and it's very tasty. The chocolate brioche isn't as sweet as a Nutella one and tastes good as well. The coffe wasn't special. Avarage Italian coffee. It's good but I wouldn't come back for the coffee since there are many good bars all over Milan. The ham brioche was OK but I wouldn't come back for it. The best they had in my opinion is the vagnillia brioche. Due to my friends the avocado toast was OK but I guess it was missing an egg or a salmon or tomatoes. It was just bread, avocado and sprouts. The bombolone salmon was beautiful, but really heavy. It's a must try. It looks nice and according to my friend it was good. The bar is nice but in my opinion for that price there are bars that are better.

Nice cafe in Milan, they have a very nice assortment of pastries and little cakes. We ordered 2 small lattes, a sweet focaccia and a double baked croissant. Everything was quite tasty. It’s a pricy place, and it doesn’t help that they charge for the table service (server was very nice). My recommendation would be to take it to go.

Nice cafe in Milano, interesting egg sandwich with croissant dough - the cold brew was great. Good quality food, good service, good pricing. They had a table available for us on a Sunday at 12 -

Just perfect! We tried everything in 4 days. The best for me was the Coffee Braid and the La Rossa. You should visit them if you are around, for breakfast. The pastry cream tarts are also delicious!

I only tried this place once, but it's already one of my favourite! First of all they were very kind, i had to order some pastries by phone and it was the same day i was going to pick them up: they divided the packages very clearly and nicely ( the small cakes packaging is very efficient and good looking). All these words and still i havent said anything about the pastries and brioches. Well, each one is better than the previous, quality ingredients and tasty mix of chocolate/fruits. Can t wait to have more!

The cafe serves an exceptional cup of coffee, boasting remarkable flavors that leave a lasting impression. However, the service aspect is lacking, with slow response times and inattentive staff. Coffee enthusiasts may enjoy the taste, but patience is required to fully relish the experience. ☕👍🏼👎🏼

Arrived exactly at 8 AM and was immediately let in. The server was really nice. I got a double baked croissant and a cappuccino. Both were really really good!!! They also have an assortment of snacks, spreads and breads. I wish I could come back here soon.

Visited this place early in the morning. It was crowded but not packed, we were able to sit at the table with no wait. The pastries were very freshly made and delicious. However the avocado toast with eggs I had was a bit soggy. Also, the waitress was very kind and helpful!

Best brioches in Milano for sure! They also make high quality desserts and the coffees are splendid. Must try centosessanta(brioche with apricot jam) and tonka if you love apricot and pistachios. Might be a queue to enter tho

Great modern bakery and coffee shop in Milan. Amazing pastries and great coffee. The only downside is that there are no power sockets so you cant work there for a long time but other than that probably the best cafe in Milan. 🥐

Friendly staff and perfect bread! Panettone was so soft and flavorful, you can taste the richness of the bread and the freshness of the dried fruits! Delicious

Good coffe, delicious fresh orange juice. We asked for a type croissant and unfortunately there wasn’t any left. We had to queue about 5-10 minutes to be seated. Nice local and good attention, but in my opinion, a little bit overrated.

Friendly waiters. Nice and clean displays. But even more important very VERY tasty and well made food. They offer both sweet and savoury treats, which seems to be rarely in Italy. Highly recommend this place, value for money.

This is the place to eat breakfast in Milan! It was our last breakfast before leaving and it did not disappoint. The pastries are so fresh and different to what you can find in other cafes. The waiters are really friendly and kind.

Perfect for on the go pastries, desserts, and breakfast items. We ordered two sandwich croissants and one Tonka pastry. Prices are a little high, but everything seems to be of higher quality.

Wonderful pastry and the pastry is perfectly made. I came to Pave immediately after the bad experience at Gelsomina. Pave is so much better. The asparagus and speck roll is so creative and delicious. It would be even better if it were served warm. I love it! The cappuccino is good too.

Long line but moves fast. Proactive servers. Really the best service I saw in Europe in such a place type. Suggestion: Toilet needs a sign. Paid a wrong bill but glad I noticed and came back. They handled it properly and complimented a cookie.

The service is awful - we waited for more than 20 minutes after we seated, the waitress took orders from two groups that came before us and delivered their food but not us. We asked 2 times and they simply said “just wait”. Sadly, another place that we will not come back to. Food and drinks are ok like other places in Milan.

Gorgeous coffee shop with amazing looking cakes (I regret not trying any!) & brilliant coffee. Disappointing that they don't have oat milk (almost nowhere in milan seems to 🤷🏼‍♀️) but had a soy flat white and it was exceptional 👌👌 great aircon too, which my dog appreciated.
