The worst experience ever! I wanted to buy a watch for my husband, after sanitizing our hands the staff wasn’t even willing to show us around the shop, just went straight to the question:” how much are you willing to pay?” Excuses me? That’s none of your concerns…. I said a random number and he told me “sorry we don’t have anything for you, maybe Gucci but….” (Unwilling to show us anything). I’m very disappointed at the staff and the shop, this is not the kind of attitude a customer should receive no matter what the shop sells.

Awful staff! 😮‍💨It seems that they don’t want to sell and choose to whom to sell. Missed a good customer and gained a bad reputation.

Rude and maybe racist staff wanted to do some sort of underhand deal before selling a Rolex. As a long term Rolex owner I don't think this is a franchise that reflects well on the Rolex brand. I've had it suggested that it show anyone can rent a site like this and set up shop! Being a scientist working on a daily basis for 18 months on Italian covid crisis didn't really appreciate being told to go home to my own country and try to buy one.

Rarely have I seen such a shortsighted approach to business, where to a simple question "is this product available to be seen in store" the response is "we cannot provide any information on the phone, you must come in store". Combine this with an arrogant tone and you have a full picture of this store. Fortunately there are other watch dealers in Milano, many of which much more helpful and friendly.

Extremely rude staff and the worst customer experience from the ladies.

I went to this store looking to purchase my first Rolex, they didn’t have any available in stock and that’s understandable it’s happening around the world, but Luana took the time and I was able to try on 2 different watches which was helpful to decide what size I want, she also took the time to introduce me and my fiancé to different brands and she was very knowledgeable, I didn’t find what I was looking for but I will definitely go back

It took them 3 months and 10 days to service Rolex watch (no special or additional works were done - just usual maintanince). And it took me 1 hour sitting in the store to pick up the watch.

My husband and I have been on our vacation for 3 weeks now . We went to 6 different Rolex stores within 4 different EU countries. We constantly disappointed due to low inventory on Rolex watches. I must be very lucky, yesterday I stopped by Rocca 1794 Duomo dealer, Ms.Bompieri offered me a Dayjust 36 MM model; a piece exactly what I was looking for. I felt like winning a lottery, not earning but paying for a winning ticket. Thank you Daniela! this Rolex experience made my trip so memorable…

I went inside today, at least to try some rolex watches (which size is better on my wrist). They said no available watches (the watches in the window is just for show. What?), obviously they don't want to sell something for me, didn't even ask what is my interest and maybe take note about it, and maybe give me a call when it is available (just like what Pisa in Monte Napoleone did a year ago, unfortunately I was not able to pick it because I am abroad that time for vacation). The SA just asked me if I want some other brand and I said maybe Cartier, and she just point where is it and leave me, what a nice way to treat a costumer by a mere sales attendant (insert sarcasm). I should listen to my husband when he told me just wait our order in Doha or Dubai, when he comes back in two weeks for his business trip. This boutique is a big joke, just put a sign which costumers you prefer so someone doesn't have to waste time and ruined his day (its my birthday today and you ruined it big time)

Really great experience. Walked in to try on a Datejust like mine with a different bracelet to see how it would look like and they were very accommodating and welcoming even know they know I only wanted to try it on.

They allow only 1 person at a time so have to wait outside the shop. Limited selection with Cartier, JLC. You can forget about Rolex.

Requiring assistance for my watch, I went straight to Gioielleria Rocca 1794 in Piazza Duomo Milano (August 12, 2020). Welcoming was excellent, assistance and service friendly and superlative. In particular, Sig. Niccolò handled my timepiece professionally. All in all a top class experience: highly recommended!

I’ve been to many high end watch stores and this was the worst I’ve ever been treated, as soon as I walked in they their approach was to get me to leave ASAP.

Delicious gelato with big portion little bit expensive but worth it, close to Milan Duamo
