I bought a bikini from Yamamay, I decided to return it because the quality didn’t seem good enough. At Yamamay Corso Vitoria Emmanuele, I was told that a return wasn’t possible and that I could only exchange. This wasn’t disclosed when I bought the bikini, neither orally by the cashier nor written at the cash desk. I’m not even sure if it was written on the receipt. I had tried to return the bikini on the same day I bought it, so I had obviously not used it.
