    Never again! Once upon a time they were the best in San Donato for blood tests and radiological tests. Today they are an example of disorganization and no attention to people. Infinite times for acceptance with only two windows open (once there were 3), very slow system. To make a withdrawal, at least an hour and a half queue for acceptance and in the meantime the withdrawal workers are there doing nothing. Ditto for the acceptance of ultrasounds or x-rays already booked. You have to go at least an hour early and wait, often standing. For x-rays they don't issue the disk that all orthopedists now ask for unless you go and collect it "on site" (at the San Raffaele hospital?). And they are expensive too! The cost for a paid x-ray (because with the NHS it is impossible to book in the necessary time!!) is €80, without disk. Elsewhere, with more advanced technology and diskette delivered immediately, €50. And then the sadness of seeing very elderly or disabled people in difficulty, waiting for hours, in a confined space, perhaps standing, with endless complications at the counter and also treated with little courtesy by staff who are now exasperated by the situation. I repeat "never again"!
