    Kupiłem tosta I poprosiłem czy może pani go podgrzać, Pani parsknęła pod nosem. Za chwilę rzuciła mi na lade ledwo podgrzanego tosta i powiedziała "Żegnam". Zachowanie skandaliczne, Nie polecam.

    I haven't visited a worse Żabka in Gliwice. No sauces, no lids for cups, the coffee machine was broken - after a 15-minute fight, I left without coffee. I think it's time to take care of business and take care of the store.

    Chyba Państwo musicie zainwestować w nowy system szkoleń swoich pracowników patrząc na to czego tam doświadczyłem, pani (celowo z małej) widocznie jest tam za karę widząc jej umiejętności pracy z klientem - opryskliwa, chamska i niemiła. W dodatku sprzedaje stare jedzenie i najwidoczniej nikt jeszcze nie nauczył pracownika jak robi się hot-doga, nie polecam.

    Gorąco nie polecam tego miejsca. Przychodze tutaj 3 razy w tygodniu od 3 miesiący nie mili pracownicy i dziś chyba Pan kierownik stwierdził że jestem hamem ponieważ nie podniosłem stojaka na ceny który jest na ceny problemy by nie było podniesiłem ten stojak już kilka razy ale on spada notorycznie a ja się spieszyłam na pociąg tak bym nawet nie wchodził do tej żabki i nic z tym nie robią babka ostanio się przez niego przewróciła jeszcze zrozumiałbym jak był by to jakiś artykół który się sprzedaje to podniusłbym bez problemu ale jeżeli Pan woli zwrócić klientowi uwagę niż naprawić stojak bo to nie takie trudne to dziękuję za taka obsługe kilieta ale przecież najlepiej skomentować niż coś zrobić!

    Szczerze nie polecam, obsługa bardzo nie miła, szefostwo również. Pretensje do klientów z tego co zauważyłam to codzienność.

    The fact that people most often come as passers-by in a hurry to catch a train or bus is perfidiously exploited. Every now and then you come across old discounts and outdated price lists, and after drawing your attention, ladies usually take the price list down, saying that it is not about this product or that the promotion has already ended (most often, however, there is no information about its duration). Definitely avoid if possible.

    Nie polecam nikomu!!! Od kwietnia tego roku co tydzień w piątek byłam w tej żabce i dziś zostałam oskarżona o notoryczna kradzież w tym sklepie co wszystkie zakupy zostały zakupione u młodej pani o blond włosach która była chamska, niemiła i do tego wulgarna Proponuję zmianę pracowników bo tak to daleko nie dojdziecie !!! Chamstwo w państwie

    Young girls should be more controlled, stupid comments about customers like "what do I care if they are in a hurry to catch the train, if so, don't go shopping" Or the situation is unacceptable in my opinion, I bought coffee, one girl dismissed me, another young girl, standing next to me, is arranging something on the shelves so she sees and hears that I am buying coffee, then takes her mug and brazenly, stands in front of me and makes coffee privately, hello CULTURE LESSON AND EDUCATION you can go on and on...

    Terrible service! It's not the first time! The lady with bangs (Łucja), name written on the badge, at customer service, writes text messages on the phone, is extremely uncultured, uneducated (customer service), what's wrong with you? Why won't the manager sort things out? (I suspect) the level of culture is the same

    The cashier doesn't give change, or more precisely, pennies, and won't even ask if he can be without a penny. He stands as if he were in prison. The hot dog was cold, the bun was not baked and the kabanos was cold and hard inside. I received coffee with spoiled milk. I do not recommend this frog. Avoid as much as possible!!!

    I understand the tiredness; working at the station among "different" people is probably not pleasant; while ladies always sit offended; and when a customer approaches the cash register with a big "but" they serve (although I don't know if I can call such an approach service) and the face on their face speaks for itself. I do not recommend.

    Contrary to negative opinions, my impressions are very good. The service is helpful and competent: the girl working on Sundays (for which many customers should be grateful) was able to advise, she operated the cash register quickly and efficiently, despite constant waves of incoming customers, and when she was not selling, she replenished the assortment on the shelves. Expiration dates are monitored, fast food can be prepared almost freely, because the employee asks about preferences. And in such a position, a bit of assertiveness is useful, because not all buyers are understanding and patient. In two words - I definitely recommend it!

    Today, January 22, around 2:20 p.m. I was in this store. One lady dropped a bottle from her hands and the lady coming out of the back room reacted with anger because "the whole floor was flooded." Only three drops came out of this bottle. The bottle was taken from the customer's hands and thrown into the sink behind the lady behind the cash register. When it came to my purchases, I asked the lady for a refill for the disposable cup and to tell me exactly what flavor I wanted. The lady gave me another one twice. After pointing out that this wasn't the case, she said she didn't have it. I noticed that I saw him. He's standing fourth from my left. She even raised her voice and said she had to move everything. When I spent my change, I got pennies without even a stupid "I don't have this penny" or "can I owe it" and the rest was thrown into my plate. To sum up, lack of culture and respect for the customer. If someone cannot cope with working with clients and is irritated by such trivial matters, they may need to change their job. I do not recommend
