As always, the staff at East Madison were cheerful, friendly and very professional. Easy to see they all are well trained and good at their jobs. From the front desk to Dr, J himself, kudos to you all!

The staff and Drs are definitely the best. I send my mom to be seen on an emergency, I must say that my mom has dementia & a heart issue. I was lucky to find that Dr Jain was able to see her within the hour of my call at the Tenafly office. That made me feel so relieved because my husband & I have been patients of Dr Jain for about 10 years and trust his work and professionalism. He explained to myself everything so thoroughly of what he was going to do and what to expect after. The staff who greeted my mom and aide were so nice and accommodating to them, from making mom feel very at ease & comfortable even playing music of her native language choice. Dr Jain I thank you for taking care of my mom.

I had an excellent experience taking my newborn daughter to visit Dr. Jain's office. The staff was incredibly and genuinely welcoming and efficient and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Dr Narpat Jain took the time to listen to my concerns, asked the right questions and provided me with a lot of important information, his explanations were clear and thorough. His professionalism and empathy made me feel comfortable discussing my daughter's health issue. I left the appointment feeling well-cared for. Highly recommend Dr. Jain and his practice!

Went for my 6 month cleaning with Annie. The keratin gloves and blanket she gave made it feel almost like a spa treatment. I can’t say I love going to the dentist, but this place makes it tolerable and comfortable. And they have the best chapstick.

I’d just had an amazing and informative consultation with Dr. Jain and confirmed a posterior tongue tie and a lip tie for my newborn. I appreciated having everything thoroughly explained. This was on a hunch by the third lactation consultant we’d seen (one at the hospital and one through our pediatrician). Several pediatricians (we cycled through whoever was available for initial appointments) we’re wonderful but also didn’t catch this. We’ll do PT and follow back up with a procedure to resolve these issues - we’re on our way to better oral health with immediate and long term benefits!

I have had very pleasant experiences at East Madison Dental. The waiting room is updated and very nicely decorated. Additionally, individual rooms are all updated and very clean. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kim is very patient and always makes sure that you are comfortable and pleased. I am very happy with East Madison Dental.

My daughter had an amazing visit! Hillary and Dr. Kim were so patient and gentle with my 6 year old. She felt like a superstar when she left!
