The girls at the cashier looked like they were sleeping when I walked in and one of them took a personal face time call while she was running me up. The food is good but the service could use improvement.

I tried so hard to like this place, gave it so many tries and chances. But each time I go I get more disappointed. They open at 9 am but the food is not delivered until closer to 12!!! No fresh anything in the morning!!! And they have you paying full price on yesterdays soggy salads! Why isn't the food made on site?? There was only 2 other customers there when I went last, and all I ordered were the waffles (which are honestly very tasty) but it took 20 minutes to get my waffles. The other customers ordered before me and didn't get their food by the time I left.

Service is terrible , nasty and deer in headlights. Is the owner actually around? I didn't want to go there was already too late my party wanted to go there. I figured I'd give it another shot . You come into two identical lines with two teens who look at you like you are stupid. Ya exactly. We for sure don't need this in Teaneck. Once you wait in the wrong line you are told the other line still make your food / drink. The drink maker looks like you should make it for yourself doenst even tell you it's ready. Wow expensive! I was there complaining to the lady behind me how it's empty and the counter people just don't care. She said " stick with the premade stuff so you can avoid that. " - hmmm Had a iced coffee my party had some other stuff. Fair, not great but how can you ever ignore the service and way over priced. Though one of the nasty counter persons was able to leave her space to bring in order to a car that was obviously a friend . Sorry maybe I am just not cool enough. I also was trying to tell her I want to pay for everyone who was from my team . She had to write down my credit card. What a huge no no Shame onwer can't be around

Terrible coffee. I ordered iced latte. She made ice coffee black with milk foam on top. It was the first time in my life that iced black coffee was used instead of espresso in an iced latte.

I got food poisoning here and was throwing up, likely due to some unwashed lettuce. This is the second (and last) time I ordered their salad. The first time, I ordered to go, and the salad had moldy tomatoes and brown lettuce, which I didn't see until I was back at work. I didn't complain to the owner, because she told me outsources the salad prep. Obviously to a facility that is clearly unsanitary and has unsafe food practices.

I got grilled salmon salad and banana bread. The salad dressing just tasted like vinegar and made the whole salad ineadable, the banana bread was dry and tasted like nothing. Additional no napkins were served.

Always love going here. The food is faddy and a bit expensive, but still really good. Will continue to come back and recommend to friends, family and colleagues :-)
