After the practice was purchase and dr garces is no longer the owner this place is a nightmare. I been coming here since 2007 Never had any billing issues since now they are billing out network when they fill like it. Any procedure i had done i paid in the office right away. Suddenly im getting bills i call my insurance they told me they a processing the bill out network when the dr is network. The office manager is the worst katherine rude she needs to go. Dr garces lost a patient and all my family members that used to come here.

Highly don’t recommend! They are scammers and give the wrong information to their patients! Told me I was fully covered for a procedure and didn’t mention anything of paying when I left after the procedure but told me they would call me to make my next appointment. Then they called me to charge me the day after thanksgiving day! Said they would check the voice recordings to see if it was true and never cared to follow up or help me! Told me I had to pay even though I was lied to. Then lied to me about when to pay almost making me go into collections! I had to pay in full and the only resolution they gave me was that there front desk girl was suspended! Terrible place and never coming again! Front desk if rude and Katherine didn’t even care to help me but to push me off saying she would call me or have a district manager call me which never happened.

Amazing!!!! I had a great experience at Grand Dental. Dr. Garces is one of the best dentist I’ve ever had! Not only is he an excellent professional but his bedside manner is incredible. He will explain things to you in a way that eases your nerves and will take care of your dental needs in an efficient yet caring way. I had implants done and I can attest that the cutting edge technology and experience they provide is simply second to none. I was also pleased with the staff at the clinic. From the receptionist to the billing specialist who will make sure you get the best rates from your insurance company to the dental assistants to the hygienists, they are all very nice, professional and pleasant. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Highly recommended!!!

What a great experience I had here!! My first time here and Katherine was extremely kind and very informing with my treatment. The hygienist were patient with me as I am apprehensive when it comes to the dentist. Dr Garces made me feel so comfortable. Melanie the front desk was super sweet and kind. I am going to refer my family to this office. Can’t wait to come back here!

The office is amazing. Exceptional customer service. Everyone is so professional and welcoming. Dr. Garces always explain everything thoroughly. The office is always on schedule which is a huge plus. The hygienist Laura was very meticulous in all details of her work. Highly recommend!
