The staff did not listen to me when I said I believe I have a sinus infection, and tested me for multiple viruses, which all came back negative. First let’s address the negative reviews. For those who say the staff need to be “talked up”, it’s called being nice. If you can’t be nice, that’s not the staffs fault. Do you have to wait? Sure, but they take walk ins. So if someone is injured badly, you’re going to have to wait a little bit. Sounds fair to me. The negative reviews seem to be from impatient people who think they are owed something. Now onto the good. They literally saved my life. I was a new patient of Erika Garcia, and she spent so much time listening to me, and actually caring about what I said. She is fantastic. The following day, Dr. DePena (spelling) called me and said I needed a blood transfusion immediately. I was extremely overwhelmed, she calmed me down, said to the come to the office and she’d give me a letter to bring to the hospital. I can’t thank them enough. The staff was nice to me every single time I went in, not because I “talked them up” but because I was nice. This place is great. The doctors and nurses are great, the staff is great, but looking at some of the reviews the patients aren’t the best. I applaud everyone here for having to deal with some of the people in the comments, you all deserve better

They are a great group of doctors and LPN's but it is a unique type of office. I used to work for a doctors office & I know how it goes so I give them some leeway when it comes to them. When I go for an appointment, I'm always prepared to wait to be seen. Since they take walk-ins, they will see the most severe cases first, such as someone needing stitches & if that means falling behind on their appointments, then so be it. The order they see patients is: severe condition walk-ins, appointments & then less severe walk-ins. It is because of their unique dynamics in clientele that they fall behind in schedule sometimes. If you have an appointment, just be patient if you have to wait 15-20 min. before you get called in then another 15-20 min. until you are seen. You never know when that emergency will walk in. Best bet is to always call ahead for an appointment.

This is the worst office in history. They take walk ins prior to people with appointments. I've been sitting in the waiting room for a 12:30 appointment for over an hour and half just waiting. 3 walk ins have come and went to the back. They stated they are waiting for a room to open. Why put urgency over walk ins rather than the patients that have been waiting and scheduled an appointment. The front desk receptionist is absolutely no help. They don't get up to check on status they don't care for their patients. They just sit there to receive a check. The doctor in the back completely unapologetic to there untimely matter, and the lack of bedside manner is atrocious. If you want any care without caring about yourself or wellbeing get seen here. If you value your health please seek treatment elsewhere.

One of the worst experiences of my life. They are unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They also gave incorrect results to my partner putting me at risk. I am LIVID! One star is TOO MUCH.

Went here for many years, the quality of care has declined as more physicians retired. I booked an appointment two months in advance, only to be told there was nothing scheduled for me the day of and the next slot available was in two months. The wait times are long (average wait of 40 min) with an appointment. Will try elsewhere, they have many patients and don’t need the business.

They Should Close..Not a good representation of a Hospital that I will never use. Very rude and uncompassionate. Only concerned about my insurance.

Yesterday I witnessed a male patient being mistreated by the two ladies at the front desk. They were so disrespectful, rude and extremely unprofessional to the patient who was patiently waiting to be seen. As he was walking back to his seat, they made fun of him after he asked them how much longer to been seen by the doctor. They had no empathy whatsoever. Then there was another male patient that was also mistreated by the same two front desk employees when he asked them a question. The patient was annoyed at them and when he walked away one of the ladies called his employer and complained about him! I will no longer go to this facility again.

I went to them only because my primary care doctor was booked. The staff did not listen to me when I said I believe I have a sinus infection, and tested me for multiple viruses, which all came back negative. They refuse to give antibiotics, and now I am sicker than I was a week ago and unable to attend holiday events with my family due to their failure to actually listen to their patients. Their dismissive attitude of my health concerns is extremely disappointing. I will NEVER go here again.

I’m happy to say this will be my final visit. Ever since Dr Desphlat retired things have gone downhill. Yeah nice fancy new office, still runs like a car with 3 wheels. Apparently the word appointment has no meaning because 5 people who arrived after my designated appointment time were seen ahead of me. When I finally got in a room, one hour after my appointment, they said Oops-wrong patient, go back in the waiting room and wait another 20 minutes. When you finally get to see someone it’s a PA, not a doctor. Its 6 hours later I’m still waiting for my results to send to work. Now my office is closed and I don’t have my letter for HR. Definitely need to find a new primary.
