    My experience in the office with technicians was excellent. Unfortunately, the billing is a nightmare. The office is in network but my screens were analyzed by radiologists who are out of network with no prior notice, and my visits were billed with incorrect codes causing my insurance to reject the claims. I spent 15 months and countless hours making phone calls to their off site billing company and my insurance company to unravel the errors and escalating my $800 bill for a preventative visit. In the end Iā€™m paying $145 for something that should have been covered in full simply because I can not spend any more time on this. Rezolut, (their billing company)ā€™s escalation team considers my issue resolved. I will not go there again after all the energy and frustration.

    This place provided services to my parents on two different occasions. My family agree to go second time for the benefit of the doubt. However, treatment received the second time was the same as the first time. Karen the receptionist was despot and condescending towards us. They donā€™t take the time to assure personal Information in their system is updated. The technician who performed the sonogram wasnā€™t friendly at all, in fact she was rude. We definitely not coming back to this place. Even, my mother expressed a desire not to come back to this place. Please do not go thereā€¦ they donā€™t know the professionalism word and definitely they are not people person. They are in the wrong field, not even animals will permit this kind of treatment.

    The medical staff was kind and professional. However I do not appreciate having to stop her from starting the procedure because the front desk would not tell me the price of my procedure. She told me just go to the front desk after youā€™re done. Itā€™s only fair to know the price before the procedure itā€™s done. The x ray tech had to go back twice to get the price for me. And the front desk was not helpful about getting the price over the phone or in person previous to the appointment.

    Very disorganized and no real COVID protocol. I brought my friend here for a MRI and luckily we request to have the papers emailed to use to be fill in advance but thereā€™s no real advantage to that because even with an appointment be prepared to wait (around 30 min). Their automatic appointment system told us to checkin and wait in our car but thatā€™s not the case. There were no less than 8 people waiting all in a very tiny room with little ventilation. The people are friendly and nice but they are just very disorganized and donā€™t do things efficiently. This means youā€™ll be wasting a lot of time. One example is they request something from us after the procedure that require around 30 mins for them to complete. This could have easily has been done while I was waiting for my scan but instead they waited until I was done thus more waiting!

    I moved out of state and needed my records to compare with my new mammography. Well they wanted $30.00 to mail and I sent a check. So 2 weeks pass and I call them to check on status. They say they mailed them and put the incorrect postage so they came back and they corrected the postage and resent them. Well I went to my appointment today with NO records to compare. What is wrong here? The office manager shouted at me to be patient ! How did you send my records, maybe pony express but they forgot to feed him. I am so frustrated with this place I could cry! Poor poor service.

    I'm very torn about this review. The technicians that perform my scans/ultrasounds/mammograms are excellent health care professionals.....BUT you have to take an afternoon off to even get someone on the phone to make an appt. You are hold for ever and then they hang up on you. I will try one more time then I will have to change facilities.

    I have been to this location multiple times and the front desk needs a class on professionalism. The woman that answered the phone had me on hold for 15 min stating she had a patient in her presence. I arrived to the office and she finally came back to the line after I was in the parking lot. I went into the location and she totally ignored me then advised me to have a seat. After waiting 10 additional minutes another young lady ask me to come to the window and assisted me. There is 4 individuals in the front and no one seems to have a sense of urgency or care about the patients waiting. It also seems as if the woman answering the phone was speaking to everyone that called in but I waited 15 min. I think they need a better system to assure patients are taking care of in a timely manner.

    I Accompanied My Son for Some X Rays. He Can Hardly Walk. I Had A Few Questions on How Insurance and Billing Work, As We Cannot Afford Being Hit With A Large Bill. Instead of "Patiently" Listening To Me....Reception "Very Rudely Kept Cutting Me Off! Rolling Her Eyes! I Needed Information! Guess She Didn't Feel Like Working That Day!!!' Then ...Another One Comes Up to Us....With A Tablet! Tapping Away! Being More Rude Than Reception! I Also Had Questions for Her! She Was Replying to My Questions....Not Really Answering What I Asked! Then.....Ready? She Told Me to "STOP YELLING! I Was Not Yelling! I Only Told Her I Did Not Understand! I Told Her.....3 Times....I Did Not Yell!!! But.... " If You Want!!! I"LL SHOW YOU YELLING!!! The Girl Who Took The X-Rays Was Very Very Nice! So.....I Gave 1 Star! The Director.....Heard Me Tell The X Ray Tech.....That They Are Not Very Nice Up Front! So, She Approached Us On Our Way Out! Asked What Happened? I Was A Bit Taken Back.... She Apologized...But Mentioned.... "They Don't Want Bad Reviews"! Well.....Ya Got One!!!!! Really? My Son's Life, Work, and Everything Else Are On Hold! He Barely Walks ....With A Cane! HIRE SOME PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE FOR THAT FRONT OFFICE!!!

    I canā€™t say enough good things about the women that work at this location. They were kind and so patient with a glitch regarding my appointment. I waited over an hour for my Dr to FAX an Rx and they still managed to take me. And they apologized to ME! Highly recommend Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging for mammograms for the knowledge and professionalism of the technician and the kindness and patience of all at the front desk.

    I received a letter from their center after my first mammogram that I will need to follow up with another mammogram. When I spoke with my referring doctor, he told me I wonā€™t need another referral. According to the MRI office i do, my insurance doesnā€™t require referrals. My drā€™s office had called them the day before. I show up at the MRI office and no information from my referring dr is anywhere to be found. I couldnā€™t get a hold of my drā€™s office because it was too early but the girls at the front desk didnā€™t even try to help me out. I took the time out of my busy schedule to make it to this appointment. I cannot believe the attitudes and the lack of compassion.

    Had a wonderful experience with Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging!! The staff was so friendly and Jackie Ruiz was amazing at answering all of my billing questions!! She explained everything so clearly and was so patient! I highly recommend this office.

    They have the hardest working receptionists (staff) I have ever seen in ANY medical facility.. and they do it with compassion and a smile!! I have been coming here for years and they still amaze me with their dedication.. its so appreciated!

    Smashing Breasts is not my idea of a great way to kick off the weekend but lemme tell you...Terry and the gang make the awkward and anxious feel relaxed yet professional. All the staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this all ā™€ļø highly experienced team.

    This place is the absolute worst. I have been there many times and every time, without failure, they lose my prescriptions, say they didn't get it, or mess up my billing information. They often call me after receiving my prescription to make an appointment, then when I arrive, they say they never received it. I went for a scan after an accident. Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging billed the wrong insurance company for months, stating that the incident was related to workman's comp, which it wasn't, then came after me for the bill. I am committed to doing everything I can, to never go back to this place again.

    My experience with Fair Lawn Diagnostic Imaging has always been positive and pleasant. Jackie was extremely helpful in answering all of my insurance questions to ensure that I received all of the care that I needed. The staff was kind and professional. I would absolutely recommend this office for anyone needing this type of services.

    I'll Start by saying they would get a 5star if the front desk women weren't so nasty and rude... Once you get pass them omg a totally different place. Dr Marciano is so kind n gentle and his assistant Anna was the sweetest she held my hand the whole time cause im a chicken lol. The MRI tech was amazing helpful and they all went above ne beyond... thank you!!! Just get pass the front desk women and you will love it.

    Everybody at Fairlawn imaging was amazing. From Jackie to Jim the entire staff, did a great job. And considering how much pain my shoulder was causing me visiting Fairlawn imaging to get an MRI was the best place to go to feel better. Wouldnā€™t recommend it more!!

    Great experience my ultrasound tech was fantastic and the receptionists were so kind even after dealing with a crazy rude lady that tried to check in before me but, came a week earlier than her appointment. She was so unbelievably rude it made me uncomfortable but, they handled her with grace and kindness.

    I have often been to this place for x-rays, etc. and always been disappointed with the front desk but today Karin more than made up for all past times. She outdid herself and helping me register, and I am more than appreciated that and I had Jim as a technician and if I ever need another MRI, which I hate, I would hope I would get him he was very good.

    Everyone was amazingly nice, friendly and professional. The technicians and doctor explained every step of my procedure in detail and encouraged me as I had a very hard time drinking the solutions die to severe nausea. Thank you so much. ā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļøā­ļø

    September 30, 2022. Fair Lawn imaging has impressed me. From the beginning of making an appointment with Marisela to get in my imaging taken care of by Jim, no one at the facility has disappointed me whatsoever. I recommend this facility to those who wish to get good service without delay at a reasonable co-pay. October 4, 2022. FYI, Just so everyone knows if you request a written report of Fair Lawn Imaging they will refuse offering that to you for at least 48 hours. I tried to get my written report beginning on Monday, October 3, clearly beyond the 48 hours requirement, of an MRI image taken the previous Thursday. I was refused the written report until today at 3 o'clock when it became available for pick up. I find this policy unusual, notwithstanding legal review and not in fair practices considering the patient first. My request of the facility is to review these policies and offer the written reports at the same time as doctors, since the procedures and reports are actually paid for by the patient. Please advise. Thank you for your help in this matter. Mr. Bob Markarian.

    I had a bad experience with this radiology center, I had an appointment at 10:30 and they called me at 11:20, waiting almost an hour. Very bad service, I will not return to this place again.

    I called to make an appointment for my husband. The lady who answered the phone said the prescription was not correct and for me to call the doctor who ordered the test. I call the doctors office to get the correct prescription and they inform me that there is nothing wrong with the prescription. So I call back to make an appointment for the test and the lady who answered the phone this time said there was nothing wrong with the prescription as written Even though I have lost confidence at this center I make the appointment. My husband and I arrive today for the appointment and was told they donā€™t do the test he needed on Mondayā€™s anymore only on fridays. The office staff obviously are not on the ball. As a result we will never go back to this center.

    The worst medical office I've ever been to! And that is about the front desk staff, totally disorganized. Was told to sign in and wait until they call me up to register, waited for 30 min, then went up myself, got the papers, took another 30 min for them to put me in the system. Nothing against medical staff. But seriously, guys, time to step up the game...can't have nearly 15 ppl in the tiny waiting room filling out papers, especially during COVID! Offer electronic sign in option or smth to speed up the process...or simply do not schedule that many people at the same time! Again,I have never experienced ANYTHING even close to this. The worst!

    I called to make an appointment and the person that picked up the phone was very rude. I called to get the results of an X-Ray that I had done and the lady that answered the phone was rude. You could tell that they are only there for a paycheck. When you work for a doctors office or any place else where you have to greet people you should be professional and have a pleasant voice when speaking to them. I always say if you donā€™t like your job then get yourself another one. Itā€™s not the patientā€™s fault that you are having a bad day. This office needs to treat people the way they would like to be treated. I will not be returning. Btw I have never given a review about a doctors office even if Iā€™m not happy with them but guess what Iā€™m tired of workers treating me with an attitude when I am the type of person that always greets people and smiles at them. I donā€™t deserve this kind of treatment.

    I continue to use this facility for myself and my family mainly because of the desk staff. They are always so helpful with scheduling appointments. I give them so much credit for keeping things running and organized given the small amount of space theyā€™re packed into. Yes, on occasion there is a wait, even wi to an appointment- but that happens everywhere.
