I’ve been here several times and scheduling an appointment is always very easy online. Today I waited like 20 min since there were 4 patients ahead of me but I feel that I received excellent and compassionate care. Everyone was knowledgable, nice and kind.

Dr Bertollo was wonderful. She didn’t rush through my exam , she was thorough, very personable and professional. The woman at the front desk was very nice . She was multitasking because she was busy but she was very nice.

My first time there was today and I paid cash for the visit and they told me they could not break my $20 bill. The girl told me to go next door and buy something and bring change. Why should I have to do that as a business shouldn’t you have change of a $20 on hand for your patients. Then my appointment was at 2:45 and they took the man before me whose appointment was at 3:20 because he was a siting there before me. Just because he decides to come early doesn’t means he needs to take the next persons appointment he needs to wait in line for his time regardless of how long he is sitting there my appointment was before him. So that will be the first and last time I ever go back there.

The staff was Awesome! Super friendly. Informative. Helpful. And FAST! I was In and out and on my way to get my prescription in 15 minutes! Always a great alternative!!

The doctor and medical assistant were great. The other girl there maybe an X-ray tech highly unprofessional. Heard nothing but complaints from her from the time we walked in until we left. If she’s so unhappy then find another job. People who go there are sick and don’t want to hear complaints. The desk was pretty busy, there should be someone there at all times not running and forth from the back.

I have been to The Doctor’s Office in Midland Park 4 times now; twice for an injury, once for an illness and once for a sports physical that I had dropped the ball on. Each time has been a positive experience. The only time I had to wait an unusually long time was a weekend and I didn’t have an appointment. I’ve seen two doctors, both professional and thorough, yet caring and unhurried. I still love my general practitioner, but in a pinch The Doctor’s Office definitely beats avoiding treatment or going to the ER. 😊

I presented with sinus infection symptoms three weeks after onset of Covid. Without listening to my chest or taking my temperature they wanted to take a chest X-ray. I said I don’t need one. Dr. comes in and does not introduce herself. Listens to my chest which I knew was clear and still does not take my temperature. I have been fighting this infection for threee weeks and she thinks antibiotics are not indicated. Cya later. Last time I ever go there.

The doctors are great there. My only issue is that the wait, despite having an appointment, was long. They seem to take walk-ins before their appointment patients. This has happened to me multiple times. So make sure you have big chunk of time set aside to wait.

Wonderful place if you’re in need of immediate care and your physician can’t see you. I was in-and-out in 15 minutes. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

XRay technician was great / Dr was also great. But waiting 2 hours from my appointment to be seen. Entirely too long. Everyone in the waiting room was upset. Not sure I will come back to this facility- you wait too long - poor scheduling

I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room for my appointment. The first person who saw me tested me for strep and told me I would receive results in 5-10 minutes. I waited alone in the room for 35 minutes before the provider finally arrived. She told me she was calling in a prescription to my pharmacy. Three hours later the pharmacy still hadn't received it so I called The Doctor's Office to inquire. Apparently she forgot because I was told it would be sent in then. Disappointing.

I brought my 84 year old mother for a COVID test PCR, no results after 24 hours! Poor! I would have never taken my mother here, she’s high risk because of age, I did not realize not all of these walk in places are created equal and COVID results time related can vary in 2023, my advice if you have a family member who needs testing anywhere, ask the business when results are available, because this service does vary, I’m a RN and found this out the hard way m, treatment for COVID is time sensitive for the elderly and results are needed in a timely manner.

Office staff extremely polite and professional. Providers are attentive and clear when explaining your course of care or treatment. Facility is clean and comfortable. This is not really a knock but I had a 9:45 appointment but didn’t get brought in until 10:25. Not a terrible wait by the way most Doctor’s offices are these days. I would highly recommend the Midland Park location.

It has been uncomfortable to say the least about our experience this past Sunday at this location with PA Maya Gabonich working morning hours 9:20 am 1/14/2024. My daughter was running a mild fever and very congested with ear pressure from the congestion. Covid was neg. Ms Gabonich came in to do a strepp tst and with very abrupt manners pushed my daughter back and sad " what are you three?" to a 19 yera old who was feeling very sick. The body language and attitude left us feeling uncomfortable to say the least, but as she comes back into the room to check ears she is touching the ear instrument with her bear hands and pushing the ear piece with no gloves . I called her and said " shouldn't you wear gloves?" She defiantly said " mam I wash my hands every time " Mind you she just walked into the door and touched at least the door handle. She continued with her excuses that the protocol of washing hands is only protocol needed to touch a ear tip going into ear and nose of a sick patient. I am in the health care profession and know better . I pressed for her to wear gloves . She goes and gest gloves and comes back and uses the touched ear tip and inserts it into my daughters ear as well, unchanged . After trying to get the company's attention, I realized this is the only complaint . They do not have a web page area to report an incident. This is it. I am in the middle of making a state report , because i think this is the bare minimal for health care.

Posting so that hopefully the staff can learn and improve. Just an overall unpleasant experience. The office did what they had to do… but the nurse seemed extremely stressed, frustrated and rushed. I very much felt like she didn’t care at all about me or my concerns. I was stressed, voiced my concern, and she didn’t bother to even try and say anything to put me at ease. She ignored me and continued doing whatever was needed to get her job done. The doctor was also not very friendly and also seemed rushed. As I left I could hear the nurse venting to a colleague and she seemed pretty angry. Just a very unpleasant experience overall. Please remember that we as patients are generally stressed being there… a calm and caring nurse and doctor can make the world of a difference.

I find it extremely frustrating to have made a appointment and still wait for over an hour to be brought into a room! It seemed like they book multiple appointments for an hour, so you still have to wait. The doctor was stressed and didn't spend much time at all with us. It seemed like a factory trying to get as many people in as you could. It ended up that my daughter needed antibiotics,, the person who the left the message I could t understand because they were talking so fast! I will not be returning!

I usually do not write reviews, but after being a patient here a few times with nothing but positive experiences I am highly shocked and disappointed with the unprofessional behaviors and lack of bedside manner from the provider that evaluated me. I came in for fevers for 2 days around the clock with congestion, body aches, and chills. I was told by the assistant that there are no rapid flu/covid tests at this moment and was offered to come back at a later time during the day. I agreed to this and to be evaluated by the provider as well. Once the provider evaluated me she told me “what does it matter what the test results are? If it’s Covid, flu, or RSV it’s all the same treatment”. She probably evaluated me for less than 10 mins she mostly talked. When she did her assessment it was less than a minute. My lungs were “clear” through my hoodie. I was not prescribed anything. With the way that they treated me or should I say did not treat me it slipped my mind that they even forgot to take my vital signs. I was in awe by this entire experience. I kept following up to see if the rapid tests arrived and they said that due to the storm there was a delay. I arrived the next day and the nurse/ nursing assistant who did my swab made it the worst experience. I have been swabbed multiple times before and I have swabbed others as a nurse and I have never experienced someone who was rough and had no regards or empathy. Once she was done and left I thought she would atleast be caring and hand me the tissue box by the door to wipe my nose and wipe my eyes from the tears. She left the room like she was in a rush. The only positive experience I had was when I was communicating with the receptionist. As a nurse and a patient I do not recommend this place.

I my experience today at The Doctors clinic was delightful. Everything from booking an appointment online to waiting room, to exam room. Excellent service and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Creary was informative and provided a sense of ease to her bedside manner. I left feeling in control of my symptoms and all my questions answered. Thank you to all Maricelli Parker

I had a good experience yesterday in Urgent Care. Office staff was friendly and attentive. All providers were professionals and polite, dedicating time to listen to my reasons of being there and answered all my questions. The doctor performed a complete exam, revision related to my problem and I felt save and clear over the diagnostic. This is not really a knock but I did need to wait for my turn, even having an appointment performed previously via site.

The nurse and the front staff were very kind. However, the doctor was rude and insensitive. She told me I had a virus and what did I expect by coming in? There's nothing that could be done for viruses. When I didn't answer she said "no seriously I wanna know what you thought we would do for you? " She said all of this to me before she even checked my throat or listened to my chest. It was a complete waste of my time And Money.
