😠 Very horrible my son needed an emergency ultrasound. I waited approximately 1 week for appt. While I booked appt and called before coming today. I was never informed that my other son could not come. Now my son is without the exam that he needs and no one tried to accommodate me if this is the case... Very horrible my son needed an emergency ultrasound. I waited approximately 1 week for appt. While I booked appt and called before coming today. I was never informed that my other son could not come. Now my son is without the exam that he needs and no one tried to accommodate me if this is the case you should have competent staff. Now what. Also my other son came with me a few months ago to this very same facility. Perhaps don't be open because your fearful to do work. Which is in the helping profession. Don't waste other people time and make them loose a days pay.

Horrible experience. I went there due to a bad allergy and I even was pregnant. They just gave me Benadryl and said go home. After 3 hours my allergy became worse and went again. I got charged thousands of dollars just for taking a Benadryl.Their service is not good and the customer service on the phone is arrogant. Very dissapointed.

Terrible service. Too many policies that even employees don’t know of them. Got stuck for 4 hours for a simple test. And everyone is pointing fingers to mistakes done by others and no one gets the job done. This is how the taxpayers money get wasted in America. Go to Europe and learn about a perfect health system. Learn how patients get treated without being asked even one question about their insurance. You can get treated in any country in Europe and no one will ask you for insurance info. Everything is done in the back end among governments. Here I can be treated only in N.J. with my insurance. If I get injured in NY I’ll be left to die. I lost two hours today just for the insurance to get approval for the test I need. The health system in America is 50 years behind.

Unhelpful staff and unresponsive billing department. I came in for a radiology appointment over the summer and got lost on my way to the room. I walked by a few doctors/nurses who offered directions, but I was nowhere near the room and there were too many twists and turns for me to remember where to go, so I was wandering aimlessly for way too long. No one would walk me to the room. I finally passed the radiologist in the hallway by chance. Fast forward five months. My second payment is due, the bill isn't adding up, and I can't get a hold of a billing representative to explain my bill to me. I've been calling and calling for WEEKS during office hours and no one answers the phone. I've left several voicemails and no one has returned my calls. Meanwhile, I receive a new letter from them saying my payment is past due. So I've been calling and leaving voicemails to discuss my bill, no one responds, and then I'm hunted down for a late payment. This is ludicrous. UPDATE 4 WEEKS LATER: No one ever returned my calls. Due to COVID, I'm hesitant to go to the hospital in person unless medically necessary. I gave up trying to reach them by phone and sent the hospital a message on Facebook Messenger and Instagram. I figured it would be a long shot, and I was right. No response. I finally figured out what was going on with my bill, on my own, after spending countless hours scrutinizing my bill and my medical history and doing my own calculations. Let's hope my findings are correct, since I can't get in touch with a live person for confirmation. So I finally made that payment after feeling somewhat comfortable with my understanding. Today I logged in to make the next payment on my payment plan, and suddenly the payment plan has disappeared. The system is saying I owe the full balance right now and that it's "seriously past due" as if my payment plan never existed. I have no idea why the change. So now it's back to square one. I have to call to figure out what's going on. And we already know where that will lead: to voicemail. If I have no luck getting in touch with someone, which is what I'm expecting, then I guess I'll have to go there in person after all. Hopefully the front desk will allow me to walk in with no appointment.

The schedulers are awful. Every time I ask a question they have a bit of trouble answering, they automatically tell me they will transfer me to someone else and it goes back to the beginning. As a practicing physician, it is frustrating to know people working in healthcare are this irresponsible and careless. Don’t work if you don’t want to.

My experience with Englewood Hospital’s Radiology dept. at The Breast Center was poor. Now that I have other experiences from other hospitals with radiology to compare it to, I can say Englewood was traumatic. Not all hospitals are like this. There’s better care out there. Be your own advocate. I went here four times for breast ultrasound, mammogram and biopsy. Each time was a 5-6 hour wait in a little closet. The nurses do not update you before or after. I sat with a nurse after waiting six hours and all she said was they want you to come back, no explanation why. Her excuse was it wasn’t in the portal yet. An NP or RN should be prepared to give you a pretty thorough update after waiting all that time. They seemed more concerned about going home than updating the patient. When I saw the radiologist, she seemed annoyed that I asked questions about my procedure and said the nurse should’ve explained, but they didn’t. As you can imagine I was frustrated, these experiences are not fun and can be nerve wrecking. That entire team lacks tact and needs sensitivity training. The biopsies and ultrasound procedures were painful. They left terrible bruises on my chest each time. I developed a hematoma in my breast from the biopsy and bled for days. I had to see a surgeon for stitches. (Completely different experience with the surgeon. They are professional and kind). Unfortunately, I don’t recommend Englewood Radiology. Not sure if my experiences had anything to do with my race, (being a brown woman), or if this is common for them, but stay away.

Great place for delivery of the babies. We had the most wonderful nursing staff. Including Halley and Shalva from L and D. And all the great nurses in mother baby, led by their fearless leader Janet. Shout out to Joe from anesthesia, ur da man. Dr markovitz and martinucci are fantastic. The pediatricians are all phenomenal. They treated us like people, with patience and care. Made sure to explain everything to us. And went out of their way to make us comfortable. Y’all are great.

This is very good business. They want to talk about payment before you take any kind of imaging. Deductible, out of the pocket, etc.

Just left Englewood Radiology Department on both floor 3 and 4. The staff and the technicians especially could not have been any nicer or more professional. After all our healthcare workers have been through, it is unbelievable that they have such a positive attitude and show such patience. Remarkable group of dedicated people.

There are extremely behind (late) and disorganized. Try to go elsewhere if you can!

The receptionist for the prenatal ultrasounds is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt more like a number and an annoyance to someone. At one point she pretended to be on the phone to avoid helping us.

BEWARE! RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Similar to other reviews, I too was recommended by my doctor to go here for an Ultrasound and was left with an absolutely ridiculous bill. This imaging center bills as a hospital vs the outpatient imaging center that it is, in order to UNETHICALLY drive-up costs to their patients. This place is SHADY and should not be allowed to do this. Additionally, Randall Koch and the billing department DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WELL BEING and instead are robbing its patients. Do not come here, even if it is the last center on earth! :)
