I’m honestly scared to share my thoughts… For fear that I won’t be able to get in to see Nick when I come back the next time. synopsis : Run. Don’t walk. Beautiful property. Lovely people. Amazing experience. Further Detail : I arrived at my scheduled start time (per the usual) and the front desk ladies were everything although in this moment (post Prosecco) I feel moved to highlight ‘light and lovely’. They were so lovely to laugh with me, which was such an amazing touch to what is typically an uptight interaction for me in these settings..personally. Rolled straight through the locker room and out to the gentle, kind, and cheerful Nick. He took me straight away to the massage room. Thankfully, he was already up to speed on my requests and made sure to discuss in detail. After talking through my concerns, he slipped away so I could swiftly change and hop onto the massage table. Things to note- the opening to the face / pillowy thing is proper sized so I didn’t feel new wrinkles setting in. This is huge for anyone who gives a ‘fork’ about aging gracefully. -Nick was a total professional. Keeping my modesty in mind the entire session. -I noted that I had some problem areas and Nick was so helpful in sharing areas of note and things I can be doing at home to resolve some of the issues. Nick took every issue seriously . This experience made me walk away thinking ‘I’m not doing enough positive for the people around me’ and ‘by golly.. my neck doesn’t hurt anymore.’ And ‘When am I available to come visit this gift of a human again?’ Love you, Nick. See you again next month (come hell or high water, as we say in the South!)

I had the time of my life here! I took my mom and myself to get a massage from Linsey and wowwww! She was very professional, extremely polite, and I swear I fell right asleep within minutes. My mom suffers from arthritis and said it was the best massage she’s ever received. She loved the amenities! We’ll be coming back for sure!

Had such a great facial with Ramona last week! She was fantastic at knowing exactly what my skin needed. Bathroom could be stocked with more amenities though (dry shampoo!)

Best spa experience I’ve had in the city. Clean, comfortable premises with nice amenities. Massage was fantastic - warmed bed and low, soothing music as there should be. I can’t recommend Saul highly enough! What a skilled professional. Staff from arrival to departure was great. Free refreshments. Truly felt spoiled here!

I went to the spa for my birthday and Ramona was amazing! She knew how to make me feel special, she was knowledgeable and always made sure I was comfortable. It was honestly the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had.

The deep tissue massage I received from CC was excellent, she was an expert and her technique for releasing muscles was top notch. Up there with the best massages I’ve had, and will definitely come back to her. However, I’m removing 2 stars for what took place at the amenities. They have a sauna, salt room, Hammam room, steam room & lounge that they told me I could use till closing time, at 6:30pm. I made sure to note down the hours when I booked and scheduled a massage that would give me enough time to use these amenities. While I was using them at 4:15pm, a worker came in and told me they’re closing early today, at 5pm. When I asked why, she said “the manager isn’t here and there are no appointments.” Excuse me, I am an appointment and specifically booked with intention and agreement to use the steam & sauna till 6:30pm. The worker proceeded to take down the spa water. I went to the front desk to raise my concerns, and the fact that I wasn’t informed of this early closing when I booked. They argued with me a bit, and suddenly the reason had changed to “it’s a holiday” (it was Easter Monday). If this was the reason, it would have been planned and the lady when I booked should have told me instead of telling me I could stay till 6:30pm that day. Eventually the front desk agreed to stay till 6pm. However, I came out of the steam room at 5pm to discover construction happening in the main lounge, and construction men walking around the spa. This was very uncomfortable as I was in my robe and not dressed. It was clear the spa was no longer available, and I could not use the lounge in between the heat treatments. I also felt very rushed, unwelcome, and uncomfortable as a result of all this. Based on what they told me, it seemed the staff had decided to leave 1.5 hours early because their manager was not there to supervise them. This is extremely unprofessional and not what I would expect from an upscale spa at a 5 star hotel. I also can’t fathom how they scheduled construction when the spa was meant to be open. At best, this was a grave miscommunication when I booked as the lady told me the wrong opening hours, and I would have booked the massage for an earlier time or different day had I known. The amenities also did not meet my expectations. For example, the sauna was not hot because the door was left open at all times, and when I tried to close it I noticed it does not actually close. It also had a broken sand timer inside. The salt room machine had not been cleaned (lots of caked on salt hard as rock) nor filled. This door also got stuck when closing. Finally, it should be known that they force a 20% tip. This is what I was planning to give anyways, however I would have liked to do it of my own volition instead of backed into a corner. I’ve never had an experience like this at a spa, usually they are more discreet and allow you to choose or write in tip as you pay. Like I said, this is what I was planning to give anyways, however their method of asking was not appreciated. In summary, the massage was excellent but the rest was an unpleasant experience.

Wonderful spa experience so good we made more appointments for 2 days later! My daughter and I loved Lindsay and Ajanee for our massages. Can't say enough about Ramona for amazing facials. But truly Kayla at the front desk made the entire experience possible, she even arranged lunch for us!

This was absolutely lovely. We had a rainy day on our vacation so spent the day in the spa, nice and quiet and private. Beautiful amenities. My therapist Saul was amazing. I’ve had a stiff neck and he did just the trick. I highly recommend him.

The massage was stunning, thank you Saul. And the brightening face mask was killer good.

Just had a wonderful facial and a few other services at the Sisley Spa. The esthetician was Saul and he was so knowledgeable and professional about the Sisley product line and he offered solutions for specific skin care concerns that I had. Will definitely be returning.

Front staff is disorganized and rude, specifically male manager. They made a mistake while booking me (person on the phone was also rude) and failed to take responsibility nor apologize. Truly bad and weirdly condescending service, no wonder this place was empty. Ramona my esthetician was excellent and went above and beyond during my facial. Its a shame her work was overshadowed by terrible service that does not match the caliber this place is trying to execute at.

Had very relaxing and wonderful face spa experience with Ramona the esthetician she did fabulous pampering me and give some tips about skin care! And the spa crew people are very friendly and over the top service definitely a 5star experience staying in the hotel and experience at the spa!

Ramona is a superb aesthetician. The facial was relaxing, restorative and beyond my expectations. “Anti aging” has never felt better.

My skin looks and feels amazing! Friendly, welcoming staff all round. Impeccable treatment rooms and hygiene standards and multiple complimentary experiences for hotel guests throughout their stay. I has a pleasant afternoon here. Started with a one hour massage with Lindsey which was absolutely amazing( I fell asleep😁). My body’s had not felt that great in a while. I highly recommend this place and especially getting a massage with Lindsey.

I recently had the pleasure of arranging a special spa day at Sisley Spa for my younger brother and his girlfriend, and I must say, the experience surpassed all expectations. The highlight of this incredible service was undoubtedly the spa director, Steven, whose dedication and empathy shone brightly throughout the entire process. Organizing this day over the phone, I felt anxious, wanting everything to be perfect for my brother, who had received troubling health news earlier that weekend. Steven not only eased my concerns but went far beyond the call of duty. He transformed the spa's break room into a private dining area, allowing my brother and his girlfriend to enjoy a luxurious 5-star meal, complete with caviar, in complete privacy. This gesture of kindness and the attention to detail were deeply moving and made the day even more special for them. Steven's exemplary customer service, his instinct for management, and his genuine care for guests' experiences are commendable. His efforts to tailor a perfect day for my brother demonstrate a level of compassion and professionalism that is rare and invaluable. It's clear that Steven is not just an asset to Sicily Spa but a shining example of what excellent customer service truly looks like. I am profoundly grateful to Sisley Spa and especially to Steven for making this experience so memorable. Had an amazing Spa day! I stayed in the hotel and planned a spa day for me and my husband. We both had an amazing time. Everyone was so polite, friendly, and helpful. My massage therapist C.C. was truly gifted, working out knots I didn't even realize I had. The facility itself was great. We spent most of the day bouncing between the sauna, steam room, and out door patio. Will definitely be going back soon!!

This was by far the best spa experience Ive ever had! The facility is unlike any other Ive seen not only is there a Sauna but also Steam, Salt Chamber and these amazing showers that have like a waterfall up top and jets on the sides!! The balcony was also a favorite of mine. The front desk team treated me so well from beginning to end always assisting me and offering me beverages. Also gave us tips/ knowledge on how to use everything along with the benefits. My friend and I truly felt taken care of and any stress I had felt before arriving to the Spa quickly evaporated. We enjoyed massages and facials and all four therapists were truly amazing! We left feeling rejuvenated and put together ESPECIALLY after using the vanity section which was a bonus! We had everything we needed (Dyson Blowdryer/Flatiron) to look ready for our dinner reservation. I will be coming back with my now monthly membership and I look forward to my next visit!

One of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had! This was my first time ever going to the spa and I was well taken care of! From the concierge checking me in for my appointment to the manager giving me a tour of the facilities and the amenities I had available for use to the actual hour session with the lovely and talented Linsey! She was so sweet, kind and patient even when I would burst into laughter because I was uncomfortable from being sensitive around my neck and leg area! I truly enjoyed everything there. The sauna, Himalayan salt chamber, the hamaam bed! It was a luxury experience thank you guys! I would 10/10 recommend/go again! If you go book with Linsey, she’s the best!
