Apologies for the rough looking photo. Went here today for lunch. This was about the second or third time I have come to this location. The burgers and fries are always super fresh and delicious. It is a bit pricey so for a burger, fries, and a soda it came to $20. The quality is much better though than the standard fast food burger spots and well worth the $4-5 price difference. Sometimes the line doesn't move very fast and it takes some time for the food to be prepared so be patient it will be worth the wait! The staff is always friendly and professional.

I’ve eaten at 5 Guys all over the US and I’ve always loved it - the burgers are always outstanding and the fries, oh the fries! HOWEVER! Beware of delivery from this 5 Guys - I ordered the REGULAR fries and as anyone who has ever eaten at a 5 Guys will tell you - they’re expensive but they give you an overflowing amount for the price - even the employees say that the Regular fry is for 2 people - well this is what I got…that’s it…nothing in the bag. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Such a shame that they’ve gotten so cheap and Uber Eats won’t refund the Fries or the Melted Shake…btw, they are 400 yards away so it shouldn’t be that hard…

Cashier got my order wrong and I didn't notice the error until my burger was being bagged. I suspect the issue is the volume of the radio/music they had playing behind the register. And usually when an order of fries is made, Five Guys will fill up the container, and then toss a huge scoop into the paper bag as well (making a small order effectively an XL order). Not this time. And my total, for a double bacon cheeseburger, small fry, small soda, was $26 and change. Insane.

Clean location, typically a small wait to order and get your food. Generous helping of fries even when ordering small sizes. Took off a star because the grilled mushrooms should have been hot.

It was our 1st time in a Five Guys restaurant, and the burgers and fries were awesome! The staff was very friendly while taking our orders. Great location, and clean.

Still one of my favorite burger places! I love the burgers and the Cajun style fries.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Rude staff, extra long wait time and absolutely disgusting atmosphere. I went earlier this evening and had to wait about 15 mins for a cheeseburger and fries. And while I was waiting there were two heavily intoxicated women eating at a table next to the pick up area. I literally witnessed one of them throwing her food on the ground, taking her shoes off and putting them on the table (where people eat) and stumbling around without shoes on. And then to my disgust, I witnessed her piss her pants on the seat where she was eating. Out of a staff of about 6 people, and a pretty empty “ restaurant”, not one of them did anything. I was there with my dog and I felt so disgusting being there, that I gave him a bath as soon as we got home.

This place has the same food as the rest of their franchise, yet they LACK customer services skills. The short African American girl was the ONLY one whom stood professional the whole time. I didn't want to use the ketchup packs because they were all sticky ( the ketchup dispenser was empty )when I brought it up the empty dispenser to the staff, the one tall heavy set gentleman showed how much he was bothered by my request to use the dispenser. Even my 9 years old daughter noticed his attitude. Customer service training should be done at this location.

Probably the best “fast food” chain in the US right now. Well made burgers with very tasty meat. Freshly cut and fried potatoes for French fries. The staff at the locations I’ve been usually do a good job keeping the kitchen clean. And who can resist peanut oil deep frying and unlimited free toppings.

Great consistent burgers. Probably one of the best burger chains. Just get the burgers. Huge portions, a bevy of simple toppings, and shakes to. Never go wrong with a bacon cheeseburger with two patties! Additional toppings at your waistline's peril.

For the first time I tried the bowl burger, so basically a burger without buns. Lettuce wrapped burgers are sad so I was trying the bowl alternative and it's not better. The tomato ans salad were in one side, the steak and cheese in the middle and the onions in the middle other side. I asked for ketchup and mustard with it, and mustard was one the side and ketchup was absent. So, I don't recommand the bowl. Might be interesting if you put the fries in the plate and turn into a loaded fries dish. I still put 4 stars because I like Five guys, just don't order a bowl.

This Five Guys was a letdown. I normally order the little portion of fries which is more than enough for two people, but here I ordered the regular one and the portion provided was really small. On top of that the fries were burnt and tasted horrible.
