I
would
give
this
hotel
10
stars
if
I
could.
The
staff
is
absolutely
above
&
beyond
in
their
courteousness
and
hospitality--my
partner
and
I
are
NYC
locals
and
have
stayed
at
this
hotel
multiple
times
when
dealing
with
apartment
issues.
It's
a
brand
new
hotel.
The
rooms
are
quiet,
very
comfortable,
well-designed
and
well-equipped
rooms--one
of
the
front
desk
staffers
told
me
that
a
Delta
ground
crew
once
stayed
there
for
three
months,
so
that
tells
you
something
about
the
place.
There's
good
tables
and
booths
in
the
lobby
if
you
need
to
get
work
done--also,
breakfast
is
really
quite
good.
(The
Quimby,
the
restaurant
in
the
Marriott
JFK
across
the
parking
lot,
is
great
if
you
need
a
place
to
eat/drink
and
don't
feel
like
going
far.)
It's
definitely
one
of
the
nicest
airport
hotels
I've
stayed
at,
and
(probably)
the
only
long-term
hotel
near
JFK.
It's
not
a
terribly
glamorous
location,
or
very
accessible
by
subway,
but
there's
usually
street
parking
nearby.
I
haven't
used
the
JFK
shuttle,
but
have
noticed
that
it
runs
very
regularly
and
promptly.
However--the
most
exceptional
thing
about
this
Residence
Inn
is
the
staff.
Everyone--from
the
front
desk,
to
management,
to
the
housekeepers,
security,
kitchen
crew
and
valet
drivers--is
incredibly
kind,
thoughtful,
helpful
and
competent,
in
the
way
that
only
New
Yorkers
can
be.
They
will
go
out
of
your
way
whether
you're
a
Queens
local
or
a
tourist
or
business
traveler--doesn't
matter.
I'm
a
frequent
international
traveler
and
have
stayed
everywhere
from
the
most
primitive
accommodations
to
high-end
hotels
in
thirty-odd
countries--this
is
really
one
of
the
best
places
I've
ever
stayed,
full
credit
to
the
staff.
