I have bought so much there from diamond rings, bracelets, ankle bracelets, necklaces, diamond earrings (just this month, I purchased two different size pairs of lab grown high quality earrings, which look identical to mined ones, but for so much less), and much more. They talked me through every issue they spotted and provided me with recommendations and accurate quotes before proceeding. My ring is extremely sentimental to me, so they allowed me to watch the ENTIRE process from start to finish behind the counter including going downstairs to their workshop. Every stage of the repair process was explained and demonstrated along the way. I wish I took before pictures because it was in rough shape, and now it looks like a brand new ring!
