When I arrived my smile was in bad shape and I needed a lot of work. Like many I had a full blown fear of dentist but Dr Whitlow and his awesome staff made me feel right at ease. The dental implant process was explained to me step by step and they made it easy. Long story short they took good care of me. They gave me my smile back...Thank You

We had a older family member go; things were k for the first few visits, then billing staff began behaving rudely (as if they did not remember who we were); everytime we came in the insurance was paying less we were paying more. If we asked a question they treated us like we where meth heads or dum mexicans. I really dont know why we paid a lot 5k.. and the insurance paid. We had a problem and they will not refund the money ... be careful because you pay for service BEFORE you get them. Its very expensive then we found out they billed us for x rays when we had 100% coverage.... maybe personal thnk... just be careful... we are Not Court people,,, meaning we arent going to sue.. but it not getting the service and still owing on your credit card... is a little dishartneing and it was all the rude ness that comes from there office staff. (In time you will see that smile turns into .... burn out on patients... it was on youtube and 60 minutes... they turn out evil... we are praying for you... when it happens back to you... remember this patient... and it will)

First visit to Whitlow Dental. Nothing less than amazing. From my first phone call speaking with Rachelle to make an appointment (amazing knowledge and customer service). The awesome young lady that took my x-rays- she totally listened to my previous plights of other dentists, she shared with Dr. Gill who was very compassionate and addressed my dental needs with confidence. Becky is equally amazing while explaining my insurance coverage. Even as other technicians walked by they said hello and smiled. As I waited in my dental chair… you can hear the Team speaking and working together in harmony. It literally was a joy to be in such a wonderful environment that has been created there. It may sound corny but it is true. Whitlow Dental you have amazing staff! I am glad I took a leap of faith.

Dr. Whitlow has the best staff. They are well trained and super friendly. Dr. Whitlow is very knowledgeable and skilled. I have been working on dental implants since December 2018. I am glad I chose Dr. Whitlow for my dental implants needs. I am happy with my new smile and experience with his office.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, especially for an implant procedure, but Dr. Whitlow and his staff made the experience smooth and painless. He is a fantastic oral surgeon and his entire staff from the receptionist to his assistants were such professionals. I don’t want another implant, but if I need one again, I know the place to go.

Dr Whitlow and the staff there are the most kind and genuine people I know. Most people hate going to the dentist, but not when your dentist is Dr Whitlow. Thanks to him I smile from ear to ear and everyone compliments on it.

The entire staff, including Dr. Whitlow and Dr. Yau are always so welcoming and professional. They explain treatments and estimates thoroughly and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. I'm really happy with the care my family receives from Whitlow Dental Care.
