I would take my business else where unless you have all day to wait. My mom was sitting in that office for two hours watching everyone else come and go. And it didn't help that the "receptionist" had an attitude. She's probably tired of making excuses for everyone who has been waiting for hours. She finally got tired of waiting and decided to leave. I know the response to this review is going be " we talked with our staff to improve" but obviously based on other reviews this happens too often. I suggest you save yourself time and go elsewhere.

Dr.Ozder did an amazing job with getting me in and out for my root canal treatment! My appointment was at 8:30Am and I was done and out the door by 8:45Am!!!! I didn’t feel a thing!!!! Awesome and nice office and the staff is super sweet as well they were able to accommodate my appointment. Thanks Vivian Dr.Ozder and Front and back office for all your work and support!!! Office is a 10/10 thanks again!

Honestly the first time I ever cried at the dentist. With a referral to see the specialist dentist to pull 3 teeth that needed more than an expert and not completely numb and while injecting more to the tooth continued to pull the infected tooth, my jaw moved out of place twice and I had to stop him twice while pulling as he scrambled rustling through drawers searching for equipment to assist with the procedure... Tears rolling down my face and I'm glad I stopped them at only 2 of the 3 teeth that needed pulled. Wanting to schedule me for a return visit I declined as I walked out with tears still rolling down my face, pain and my whole lower jaw numb. I do not recommend this dental facility nor will I return for any further work on my teeth. Thank you but a horrible experience. Especially when they threw at me $700 for the actual complete procedure to be done correctly which I had to also deny not aware of this from my first visit which at another dental facility was included with my insurance.

The hygienist did an awesome job on my cleaning. Dr. Osler did a great job removing my both of my children’s wisdom teeth super quick and placing an implant for me. Maria in the office is a gem.

Premier dental provided an excellent experience today. After having had a previous experience with another Dental office that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Premier Dental took the time to explain the details about what my treatment plan should be and the staff provided outstanding service. I’m never changing dental providers again. I've been coming here for about 5 years now and every visit has been a welcoming experience. Everyone there are always so kind. I've been well taken care of from simple cleanings to a root canal. Not once have I experienced a bad time here...and I wasn't a big fan of going to the dentist in the past. They make me feel comfortable knowing that I can count on their work being done right. Glad I found them and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some great dental work.

Rude people, never going back there again nor letting any friends & family! I’ve been sitting for hours as I had a family member wait in the car for me, I watched everyone come and go. I go to front desk to ask why I haven’t got called just to get a passive aggressive comment with rude attitude! I didn’t drive a whole hour for such poor, inconsiderate service!!

Everyone was amazing and the experience was great. I felt at home with them. they are all very friendly especially kandi and ronna.

I love this place! Front desk receptionist and staffs are extremely nice, the orthodontist himself is a great guy! Sergio is just lovely and does a great job taking care of my teeth! Love this place, definitely recommend!

I recently got my wisdom teeth taken out here and my experience overall was great. I had a smooth recovery process and the process alone was quick. I highly recommend this place!
