I always go to the Demaree Starbucks, but I was on Mooney. So, I go thru the drive-thru and order. As you can see I ordered a Grande S’mores Frap with extra whip. I get it and this is what I got. I was too upset to say anything and I felt bad for all the cars behind me. I also got a bacon Gouda sandwich and the egg was cold. I really hate this Starbucks and won’t ever go back. Sorry for the rest of you.

This mornings barista Sylvia made my day! I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location and as I showed her my confirmation, she didn't hesitate to help me get my coffee order! She quickly made my order and as customers came in, she didn't hesitate to help with friendly service! Thank you Sylvia for helping me! Keep up the great work you do!

Garbage customer service. The associates make you feel like you're unwelcome, especially the associate named Zion. I will stick to going to the location on packwood and mooney

First on intercom gentleman sounded like he was having a great day, car in front of me payed and got her drink could see his smile. Once I pulled up was happy to come to Starbucks mainly for the great vibe, and attitude changed.. not sure if because of how I looked greeted him well but vibe was very off... I don’t like to jump to conclusions but felt a bit discriminated, I very well said “Thank you” and first time ever going to a Starbucks and not even getting a “welcome”... kind of puts salt throughout your day. This store.is amazingly FUN. The crews are always jovial and laughing. I had spent everyday there assembling my relocating from another state. And wether I bought food or not they were very polite and did not have a problem with me.

Everyone is super friendly. I went in and ordered a few drinks and asked for a cup of ice as well, the girl there was so Friendly. After I told her I was gonna be watching my kids game she gave me a few cups of ice cause it was such a hit day. Everyone is usually friendly maybe 1 or 2 employees need to take notes 📝

Disappointed…. not only was the worker rushing me to order but got my order wrong. I asked to ADD a little heavy cream and they substituted the milk instead and with my other drink I barely even got a scoop of the berrys in the mango dragon fruit refresher. Will definitely never be back here.

When your barista, sings happy birthday at the drive thru you just have to love it! You rock! Excellent service always!

Every friendly and talkative! :) Ordered right when I walked in, no wait, and my order was made very fast. Sadly they are not making Pistachio Frappuccino’s anymore but experience was amazing. Time we ordered was around 530pm

I had a great experience. There service was great. And the employees were so nice. What I loved most is how clean the bathrooms were.

Good service, excellent coffee,.. Yo I am yawnnnnnning. ! I am going to sick the next time I have to endure the perfect experience. Which led me to this deep dark rabbit hole which caused me to reflect on my past. Where have all the coffee spots gone that serve s*** coffee under fluorescent lights that are zapping and shorting out. America is about diversity, come on! We need these late night ,/ weeee hour / early dawn coffee shops with 4-Hour old swill sitting there just below boiling temperature on the burner. Free trade what? I thought Juan picked all my beans.

Not sure if it was a bad day or bad employees. The young woman taking orders was not putting names on the orders. When calling ready-made orders we didn't know who was what or what was in the cups they didn't have a name they didn't have what the coffee flavor or style was. I will never go back there.

Honestly I feel bad to do this, the worker was very nice. My drink on the other hand was so gross, I used the drive-thru to order a grande peppermint mocha latte, it was filled close to half & had these tiny crystal balls in it. I wish I saved a photo cuz it was not it, looked like someone was drinking it before me & took all the decoration off. It did not look busy but I would've waited if they asked me to. I'd rather they take their time then to give me a half made drink 🥲.

Service been great. Always walk in and been greeted. Coffee always been fresh.

I absolutely love this team! I was in a place where I needed to see new people (stimuli) and I was in that place where things were moving, although not a fast as I would like :) In walks (or technically I walked) the team and I will be forever grateful. I come here almost every day in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. The people that work here are always so friendly and for some reason their drinks are always on point unlike some other locations that I've tried.

I never really come to this Starbucks location but the girl helping me was really nice! I don't know her name sadly or else I would mention her because she was awesome. Also, the drinks were perfect. I always order a mango dragon fruit so it was nice to see this location makes them spot on. Very friendly people here :)

Starbucks is like a comfy home. The good and faithful spouse. You might get curious about others but you always end up going back home. 🤣🥂

While ordering Zion was very rude, got my order wrong after repeating it yet still charged me extra. Got to the window, didn’t offer for a straw, so I waited yet the window was closed and he didn’t bother to open it, until I had to honk yet I didn’t want to. Overall will not be coming back to this location because of the customer service!

Drink was sloppy and had way too much ice…barista needs training needs to follow the recepe
