The pandemic has greatly diminished the quality, and quantity of food. Prisoners get better food. These poor people who live here pay WAY too much in rent to get what they do. Tenant's complaints go unheard. On top of all of this, in the midst of a global PANDEMIC, they have elected to start charging $100 for everyday rent is late. It's also now $100 if you are caught smoking (even outside). Rent here is already well over $3,000 a month. The lack of compassion is astounding. This used to be a good place for elderly people to live. Not anymore.

They are becoming too tight. Instead of 2 nice choices for lunch. They often serve sandwiches. This is recent. The place is understaffed, meals are often late and rooms are cleaned poorly. This is a major change from se real years ago.

I visited for a week, the room was stellar. The parking left a little to be desired. Depending when you got there you had to park on the street then move or just wait for a spot. Staff was friendly and helpful and assisted in delivering a heavy item to the room, it was very appreciated.

Very clean and well kept lawns with a quiet ambience which makes it a calm place to live and relax In especially for the seniors and elderly members of the community. The reception was good from the GM and the manager who were on duty during my short visit.

Preparing to move into my 1 bedroom apt. Stopped by today and enjoyed a complimentary lunch. Looking forward to the kind, helpful service that was displayed by all the staff today. Should be able to review further after I move in.

Walnut Park is a Senior Apartment complex. It is a nice complex offering from a Studio to 2 bedroom apartments. They have a full service dining room with a daily menu for BF, Lunch and Dinner as well as snacks available all day. They have a light maid service once a week. In addition; they have multiple convenient laundry rooms at no cost; a beauty/barber shop; game room; nightly movies and daily activities fully optional. They have free cable available in your apartment and a open borrowing library. All utilities, dinning, activities, laundry and housekeeping are included in your monthly rent. My father has had an apartment there for several years and really likes it. You must be 55 years or older to live there.

When I push my life alert button things happen. Emergency is here and staff is here (if it is between 7:30 am and 7;30 pm.) Personnel here, even if shorthanded, are pleasant. When short-handed at meal times the meal hour drags on longer than it should.
