I like this Starbucks because the staff are friendly , prompt and welcoming and it’s feasible to buy while shopping at river park mall to stay rejuvenated shopping . Not to mention it’s convenient spot to study

Made wrong drink but when I returned they quickly corrected it.

Makes for an awkward time when the (assuming) manager/supervisor is having what appear to be evaluations in the middle of the coffee shop. We're all studying, working or enjoying our drinks when you overhear performance related evaluations and whether or not the employees are motivated.

Columbus Day was zoo day for us and we decided to expedite our breakfast and coffee at this Starbucks. First impressions were that the baristas lacked personality. We had discovered that as much as first impressions go, they might be able to make that up in other areas. It kind of all went downhill after that. My wife received her decaf Americano first (out of our orders) and she did the usual confirmation of asking that barista, “this is decaf, right?” The girls response was, “oh, I don’t know.” She steps back and looks at the ticket, then says, “it was ordered as decaf so yeah, I would’ve definitely done decaf.” Not confidence inspiring, I assure you. Next came my hot Pumpkin Latte, which was good, and my sandwich. I came to discover my Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with egg white was provided open-faced and the cheese was stuck to the inner paper wrapping. Just an FYI, I did not make this special request. Fortunately, due some wax on the inner lining, I was able to get most of it off the wrapper with some cheese lost. Better than have some paper stuck to the cheese, if we are going glass half full at this point. Other than that, restroom was stocked up, tables had crumbs on both the interior and exterior, and it is quite spacious. I would definitely say that, though cramped, the location near Riverpark always gave warm vibes from their staff, and that type of welcome is always appreciated!

Music to loud to hear your name called to get order, and try to have a conversation over music. Then trying to get a straw as people are waiting for there order, throwing trash the same experience. To get order have to ask customers to let you pass.

The new drive-thru Starbucks in Riverpark (now in front of World Market where the Riverpark South store was years ago) is a sad downgrade from the now closed Riverpark North cafe store. Not a very nice environment inside for relaxing or getting some work done. I'll come here out of convenience and because I've always liked the staff here but not really a good location if you want to hang out anymore.

Decent sized Starbucks with ample patio seating. Service is friendly and fast. This location is usually busy on the weekends and slow between 3-5 during the week. The offer Starbucks Rewards and Online Orders which usually comes in handy when you are in a rush. Free refills on brewed coffee and iced tea when you use your Starbucks card. The WiFi is also few and pretty quick. Overall this location is outstanding and in a great location off of Blackstone in river park shopping center. Thanks Starbucks. Keep up the good work.

Not sure if its just this store, or all of starbucks that has gone downhill. But today this store gave me a grande in a venti cup and charged me full price. Make sure to check your drinks and food before driving off or walking out. I get that you leave room sometimes for hot drinks. But this was enough to think that they made a grande and realized their mistake and avoided remaking it by pouring it into a venti. Starbucks customer service online is amazing though, if you arent able to go in store their online customer service is great!

My favorite. Love this crew, extra comfortable seats and padded booth, unlike the hard chairs at most. I don't use devices here but...lots of plugs too

I made an online order for pick-up in store. I walked in. There was three baristas in the front. One was making an order which i assumed she was working on my order. The other two did not assist me. I waited. Then, the girl that finished the order was the only one that assisted me which was the girl that was working on my order. Four stars because my order turned out amazing and because of her. The drink wasn't life changing, but it did take my mind off the current state of my guild in World of Warcraft. They didn't let me use the bathroom even after I promised to aim. They insisted that the bleach was too hazardous for me to enter.

Service here is usually friendly but this is a very busy Starbucks so sometimes it can take a little while to get your drinks.

The food, drinks and staff are excellent. But the wifi didn't work and they didn't have any way to reset it they said. so I had to do a another internet Cafe.

Came 15 min before their closing time at 4pm. The lady who was working rolled her eyes at me. All I wanted was a simple iced coffee, nothing fancy. I left because she made me feel so unwelcomed as I was waiting next in line saying under her breath, "Are there really still people ordering?!"

Staff is quick to welcome and help but I waited over 10 min for a Carmel Macchiato. The place wasn't busy and no one offered any reason why my order took so much time. I've been to other Starbucks and never waited this long and the places were busier than thus one. The Barista was friendly. If it wasn't for the slow service I would've gave a four star.

Always got to have the caramel frappuccino cold.. fast service workers got great character cheese danish dish is awesome too..

The man working drive through was the best! Amazing customer service, and made my drink soo good!

I go everyday in the morning and at night and love staff and they always make sure I leave as happy as did the time before.

I don’t like giving such a low review but this Starbucks disappointed me enough to do so. I ended up just walking out without my coffee that I did pay for.

This is my go to study place in Fresno. Today I have to give a shout out to Bryce the barista. He is amazing. Kind and patient. He helped me find a drink -americano with sweet cream. Amazing service.

This new drive location is great!! staff was fast and friendly. The cafe feels less comfy than the previous location , but overall real nice upgrade. The only thing missing is a young lady that was working there for quite sometime, I believe her name was anela or angela, she was wonderful and always had the sweetest smile. Haven’t seen her in awhile, but I hope she comes back where ever she’s working at now. Thanks Starbucks!
