Brand new luxury apartment homes! Has the best fitness center I've seen so far. The office team is great, very professional and welcoming. Had a great tour of the property. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

This apartment complex is one of the best ones we’ve seen here in Jacksonville! The staff were all so warm and friendly. I also want to commend Margaret for being so attentive to all our needs and inquiries about the property. Great place to live!

I’ve lived here for a couple of months now and it has been great. The pool are and gym are super nice, the apartments themselves are gorgeous, and the management team is very nice and attentive. Easy access to I295, NAS Jax, bars and restaurants.

The staff was great very attentive and paid great attention to detail when it came to making sure I had the right apartment. The receptionists were all very helpful and answered all our questions. The apartments that we toured had amazing space and the amenities were all beautiful. The gym had alot of space to work out and had multiple machines to work on. The rock climbing wall was a great addition to the gym! Thank you so much.

So far so good great place to live. I would highly recommend this any military members serving on NAS JAX. The proximity is a ten minute drive plus a brand new gym. The management team is always on point and very professional. Big shout out to Mr.Jose.

Best apartment complex I’ve been to In jacksonville. Just moved in a couple of days ago, everyone is very welcoming and nice Jose took us on an awesome tour of the complex and Margaret helped us with the application process. The property manager was so welcoming on our move in date she help us with receiving our keys and other paperwork, after that she had someone escort us to our apartment which I thought was very awesome.

I was shocked to find this hidden gym near roosevelt/collins area. I did a tour with Jose and he was very patient and answered all my questions. I didn’t end up signing a lease but that was due to other reasons nothing do do with the apartment complex … the area seems safe and clean and the amenities are good its also very close to everything!
