There are 4 main things I usually rate stores and restaurant for: 1. Price - 🌟 🌟 🌟 2. Cleanliness 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 🌟 3. Customer service 🌟 🌟 4. Product/food quality 🌟 🌟 🌟 = Overall score of 3.25 For a fast food restaurant, DD's is kinda pricey. $10.00 for a sandwich, a coffee and 4 tiny hash browns the size of my thumb. Cleanliness I give a 5. This restaurant is generally always clean. The one problem I have is the lock on the bathroom. After washing your hands to rest, you have to physically unlock the door which defeats the purpose of washing your hands. There are no paper towels so you can't even use paper to push the door open or unlock it to prevent nasty germs and bacteria from getting on your hands and into your food. Customer service could he better. There's a different or new cashier every other week. Their retention rate seems to be very unstable. Often the cashiers make sarcastic jokes or smart remarks about my orders as well as other friend's orders "I'm surprised you only have 1 order. Usually you guys have whole bunch of the orders we can't follow". I'm not sure if that's their idea of a funny or friendly conversation, But I could do without it. The quality of their food isn't that great. It's as good as any other fast food restaurant. It's not cooked on the spot, so it taste like preheated, and reheated breakfast. Their 🍩 's and coffee are awesome! Over all, I would recommend DD's however, not this particular location until some improvements are made.

I'm a big fan of dunkin but this is the last time I am coming to this location. I had previously waited for to to long and have some issues with the quantity of the food but today was the last time.Does this donuts look like 2 Boston creme, 2 chocolate frosted and 2 strawberry frosted? Theyvlook bad and test old.

I came here yesterday to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I placed a mobile order. I went through the drive thru to give my name. I ordered a ice coffee with French vanilla and toasted white chocolate swirl. I added cookie butter cold foam. I wanted to know if the cookies automatically came with the cookie cold foam since I was not getting the original cookie butter cold brew. She replied well if you don’t want it I don’t have to put it. Obviously she didn’t understand my question. She was so quick to catch a attitude instead of listening to my question. When I pulled up to the window. She told me no since I did not get the original cookie butter cold brew it doesn’t come with the cookies. I asked her why not ? And if she could charge me extra to get the cookies. She replied there is no buttons to add cookies. I am so over these minimum wage workers catching attitude’s. They act like they are bothered by you asking such a simple question. Dunkin is not cheap and what happened to making the customer happy. She could have sprinkled a few cookies up there or charge me for 1 single munchkin and then added the cookies. These workers are so miserable and want to take their frustrations out on us. She was a black middle age woman with messed up teeth. She acted like she wanted to fight. I won’t be coming back to this location. The coffee was okay but good customer service shouldn’t be hard to give. 1 star ⭐️

Not sure how this location is still open , I haven’t had a good experience at this location in 2 years. I usually order two donuts and every location puts two donuts in a small box but constantly having my frosted donuts thrown in the bag with napkins. I also preorder my food and no matter if I show up 5 -15 minutes after my scheduled pick up .. it’s NEVER ready

I was impressed with how friendly the staff was. They were quite busy with the drive through line extending around the building but was moving briskly. They immediately welcomed me and said they’d be right with me. I told them I’d use the kiosk to save them time. I had my cold brew and sandwich quite quickly. I’ll definitely be back when on this side of town.

Had to stand and wait a few minutes for someone to take my order. No one was at the register when I came in. I feel like it’s a hit or miss with this place, but more so a miss. Most of the time I come here the donuts don’t have enough frosting. For what they charge you would think they would be better than Walmart or Publix donuts. They may have the variety but the quality of their donuts needs to be better.

I’m just done with Dunkin. Their idea of a latte is bitter, slightly coffee flavored, milk and sugar. The croissant tasted like it had been dipped in hot dog water and my sausage was cold. I didn’t even get a donut because it looked like they all shrank in the wash. I get it, employee turnover sucks. But this is the third location I’ve walked away from due to repeated letdowns. This is a consistent problem with all of your locations.

Met John (I believe was his name after a quick glance at his badge) 6:15am this man was so nice and patient notice I was a nurse and gave me a discount and was dealing with a full drive thru line while working alone he definitely gets a 5 star from me and my coffee was on point too!
