yesterday
to
this
Dunkin’
Donuts.
I
placed
a
mobile
order.
I
went
through
the
drive
thru
to
give
my
name.
I
ordered
a
ice
coffee
with
French
vanilla
and
toasted
white
chocolate
swirl.
I
added
cookie
butter
cold
foam.
I
wanted
to
know
if
the
cookies
automatically
came
with
the
cookie
cold
foam
since
I
was
not
getting
the
original
cookie
butter
cold
brew.
She
replied
well
if
you
don’t
want
it
I
don’t
have
to
put
it.
Obviously
she
didn’t
understand
my
question.
She
was
so
quick
to
catch
a
attitude
instead
of
listening
to
my
question.
When
I
pulled
up
to
the
window.
She
told
me
no
since
I
did
not
get
the
original
cookie
butter
cold
brew
it
doesn’t
come
with
the
cookies.
I
asked
her
why
not
?
And
if
she
could
charge
me
extra
to
get
the
cookies.
She
replied
there
is
no
buttons
to
add
cookies.
I
am
so
over
these
minimum
wage
workers
catching
attitude’s.
They
act
like
they
are
bothered
by
you
asking
such
a
simple
question.
Dunkin
is
not
cheap
and
what
happened
to
making
the
customer
happy.
She
could
have
sprinkled
a
few
cookies
up
there
or
charge
me
for
1
single
munchkin
and
then
added
the
cookies.
These
workers
are
so
miserable
and
want
to
take
their
frustrations
out
on
us.
She
was
a
black
middle
age
woman
with
messed
up
teeth.
She
acted
like
she
wanted
to
fight.
I
won’t
be
coming
back
to
this
location.
The
coffee
was
okay
but
good
customer
service
shouldn’t
be
hard
to
give.
