Went to get a ring resized and ended up having a ring go from a 9.5 to a 4.5 in size. Got it done within 40 minutes of being there and cleaned it for me. $75 bucks very reasonable and great service. Will be coming back when we need any other jewelry worked on.

I am so impressed with the quality of work by Michael the jeweler. I took my mothers pearl ring into into the store to have the pearl replaced. Michael was amazing! The work was completed in around an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable. The final product was beautiful polished and shining and my mother was thrilled with her ring again. It was a 25th wedding anniversary gift from my father that passed last year which made it exceptionally important to her. Thank you Michael and Victory Jewelry Shop for taking such good care of us. Avoid this place. The older lady who works here is plain nasty, she doesn't know how to treat customers. Her tone of voice will not keep her in business long. Too many local professional shops with better jewelry, prices and service so don't waste your hard working money here. The return policy is also terrible. No refunds only exchanges and its not a huge selection of exchange options.

I walked in on a monday afternoon and met michael I had a wedding ring that needed to be reshanked. And Had a broken necklace he gave me. The price said it would be about a hour. Text me literally 35 minutes later, completely done. Completely done My ring looks brand new absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely be back.

I brought a pearl ring in to be repaired, as the pearl had fallen out after 11 years. My ring was worked on right away and I received a text message to let me know it was ready for pick up (about an hour later). The gentleman demonstrated that the pearl was securely on my ring, ready to wear. Reasonable price. I even received coupons for future purchases.
