    Horrible service and the owner is rude, doesn't accept coupons and uses returned, old, cold orders for upcoming customers. re post 4/26/19: came back to the tropical smoothie for another test and I watched the owner grab a bahama mama w/ extra coconut for me right out of the cooler. I didnt even get my extra coconut, this is outrageous I will not be spending my money in this roach infested establishment.

    Kelly the owner of this TS is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers and the people who work for her. Not only that but the smoothies taste like water. Do not recommend. Kelly treats everyone like absolute trash.

    I will never attempt to support this business ever and hope that word of mouth will make others leary of this location. I called the store this AM after we placed an order online through the app - We realized it was the wrong location so we attempted to cancel through the APP it said you would have to call the location - Within just seconds of placing our order we called this location. Very rude employee told us too bad so sorry there was nothing he could - therefore we got charged and never got a smoothie - Chose to go to Planet Smoothie where we had a very pleasant and positive experience. The manager from this location called and was screaming and hollering at me stating I was rude for wanting to place a "TRUTHFUL" review about her location - I never once raised my voice even after several minutes of listening to the woman scream and holler at me. After much abuse from the manager, I had to hang up. She also stated she would reply to my review and tell the TRUTH. I am telling the Truth and just want other customers to BEWARE. I would be very careful with supporting a business who is managed by an individual with this type behavior. This lesson cost me $6.17; however, It cost Tropical Smoothie a whole lot more than than. A lifetime customer that will never return.

    Don’t recommend. Main reason is how rude the staff are. On top of it all, for National Flip Flop day (so everyone wearing them gets a free smoothie), the owner decided that you couldn’t get a smoothie without donating. I was very rudely informed of this once my kids and I got to the counter with our tickets for free smoothies. No where is this policy of donating to get a free smoothie mentionner anywhere on their Facebook or on TS’s website. False advertising to get you into the store and then you’re forced to donate because your kids don’t understand why they can’t have a smoothie. Camp Sunshine is a worthy cause but their fundraising scheme is very shady!

    An order was accidentally placed here via the app. We immediately called to cancel the order. Later, after seeing we still had a charge from them on our card, we called and the manager/owner said this happens a lot and since they made the food that we had canceled within a minute of placing the order, they would still be charging us. I submitted this complaint on their social media and official website contact form about a week ago and have yet to receive a reply. Due to this service alone I will make it a point to avoid this location and would strongly recommend others do the same.

    Insane they have one poor girl running around taking orders preparing food and drinks completely alone. Manager didn't come into help just left her hanging. Today is 3/17/23 the girl working alone should be the manager she did her best to take and make orders as fast as.she could. 5 stars for her 1 star for her superiors

    I hate to post negative reviews but Ive given this location a few tries and something just isn't right. Smoothies do not match the flavor profiles I get from other locations. Register workers are very kind but inefficient. Buffalo chicken wrap had a hair. Certainly food comes in from many different vendors so who can say the origin for sure but it just was the final straw. I wish the location the best but we just wont be back.

    So I made a mistake when ordering my smoothies this morning and if we are all human so I called the store manager, Kelly for the store I had ordered the smoothies from to see if they can refund me the money or give me a store credit and she was more worried about losing money than providing great customer service and making exceptions and also losing a customer that would have probably continued purchasing smoothies from her location just because she was understanding. So people are all about money. Ms. Kelly there’s more to that than $$$. Good Luck! Apologies for being human! Next time I will be more careful and NEVER order from ur location!

    Horrible personnel. They are so rude. I asked for a bahama mama and they gave me a smoothie with banana and that’s not even what got me mad. What got me mad was the fact that I told the guy nicely that this shake was not what I ordered and he said that’s what I ordered... he couldn’t even check if he gave me what I ordered.

    Waited 20 minutes for a smoothie with no line and they still managed to not make it properly. No apologies or even a shred of pleasantness from the staff. Avoid.

    The Tropical Smoothie in Bartram Park has no idea on how to make their wraps. I have been there numerous times to try it again. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt since they have only been open a year or so. Each wrap is not even close to being right. Every other Tropical Smoothie is great. Sorry Bartram Park. Not coming back.

    Guys seriously tropical smoothie needs to hire more people. I love the food and smoothies majority of the time but it is too much to do for only 2 people working on 1 shift. Are you kidding me. They have to do so much from taking your order to run to the back to get the smoothies ready! Maybe paying better to the staff and hiring more people will improve the reviews!!!! I mean you guys are charging way more!

    Seriously disappointed with todays visit. This was my pathetic hummus veggie wrap. It’s usually a handful, but not today. The only thing that wasn’t skimped on was the sauce, so it was actually soupy.

    Fraud owner doing fraud activity. Very unethical business. No wonder why they can’t keep managers and employees. Employees are accused of stealing/theft but won’t even show the proof/evidence. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Hopefully this rat of an owner steps down and/or hopefully this place goes under sooner or later.

    Ordered 2 smoothies and 2 quesadillas. The smoothies have chunks so big they wont fit up the straw and then we only got 1 quesadilla. Worst tropical smoothie I've ever been to by a long shot

    Happy hour 7am-9am Came in at 8am and was told that the happy hour does not apply on Saturdays it would be convenient to notify customers somehow instead of being told that we open on Saturday’s at 8am that’s how they should know that it doesn’t apply. Last time I checked 8am is still within that time frame category. Someone needs to amend the sign. It isn’t about the money but the principal of not deceiving customers.

    I'm done with this location. if i could give 0 stars i would. we order at least once a week and the quality and taste of the smoothies has been doing downhill over the last 6 months or so. today we ordered 4 smoothies and food and all 4 smoothies has ZERO flavor. just enough ingredients to change the color of the ice to a very light, pale pink color. with the high cost of everything (and it was VERY evident they cut back on the amount of ingredients to save money today), I'll take my money elsewhere because they don't care at this location.

    I'm curious if their toaster is broken. They are the only Tropical Smoothie that never toasts my bread for the sandwiches. Totally ruins the sandwich. They also often make the sandwich wrong too.

    Frustrating when this store won’t cancel an online ASAP order. I understand why financially, but as a consistent weekly customer, I feel devalued. Therefore, I will no longer buy from this store. 4 months later I still avoid this tropical smoothie.

    Out of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafes this one is the best! The employees are FANTASTIC no matter what time you go in, they great you with a welcome and a smile. Your order comes up quick and right, I cant say enough good things about this place.

    We always go to this location off Racetrack Rd; went today 6/19 and we ordered 6 smoothies; ordered 2 avocolada and were not made the same; the guy making them appears he did not know how to make them; he asked another guy what goes into an avocolada? I asked to remake them and again they did not taste good, no coconut, very sour/bitter; the watermelon mojito were very sour/bitter; maybe your lime was past due? Disappointed

    I waited 1 hour in the drive thru line. Why even have a drive through if you have to wait that long! And you can’t leave the line because it is closed in. Horrible

    Ordered from bite squad,waited about 2 hours, not worried about time ,but 1 item missing, and other not correct, was told to come and get it they forgot to put in bag,or to call kelly,,no response. And notice all her responses and preferences done.bad customer service will not do business here,,smoothies watered down.

    Its tropical smoothie so the food is always good but this is the slowest location I have ever been to. It took me 20 minutes to get my smoothie and a sandwich after ordering. They were not even busy, it doesn't make any sense. Do not come here on your lunch break... just tried the smoothie and it was terrible too. It doesnt even taste like its supposed to. This location is a mess.

    I used the curbside pick up at the Bartram Walk location for quickness and convenience. First I had to call again to get them to bring the smoothie out. After I delivered it home, it was the wrong smoothie. I drove back to get the correct smoothie. It was not quick, convenient, or accurate.

    Not just a place to get a smoothie. Their lunch menu items are awesome too. I have had a couple of different items from their menu and I have pleased each time. Their food is hot, prepared in plain view and the staff are courteous and polite.

    Filed a fraud complaint with my bank against this location because I went to use my debit card to pay for my transaction and I was told it was declined. It was NOT declined! So I ALSO paid cash for the transaction thinking my card was declined and embarrassed even though I had the funds in my account for the transaction. I sit down to eat AFTER paying cash in addition to debit card payment and I see in my bank account that the transaction cleared my bank account. I asked the employee what to do since I paid and then I paid and he said there’s nothing he could do that I would have to file a fraud case with my bank. I give two stars because I did get my food, but I should not have had to pay twice for it.

    The smoothies are fine but the app is messed up. Double charges you frequently. When I noticed the double charge I called the store for a partial refund and they said theres nothing they can do. This is basically stealing my money. Theft. Decent smoothies. Poor service. Update: The kid that works there made it half right by making it up with a smoothie. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars

    GREAT EXPERIENCE today at Tropical Smoothie cafe Bartram Park. I had a lot of questions and decisions to make about my wrap and my smoothie lol... And everyone was super helpful and friendly. My food was customized for my special desires and the taste ...AHHHmazing! To top it off, my smoothie taste great and came with a smile and special message. Thank you to Lexi and crew.     Tried to cancel my order when I realized I ordered from the wrong location. The girl stated I had to go to the app told ger I didn't ordef from the app I ordered from the website. She said she couldn't help me the owner will be in Tuesday. Called Tuesday no owner explained again what happened said she cant give me any kind of credit BECAUSE THE OWNER WILL YELL AT HER. Well that's great OWNER SKILLS.
