The store is fine, the people that work there are fine, I'm knocking off stars because every time I come in and try to scan my Michael's card myself or use a gift card the employees just take my phone out of my hands which is not cool with me considering I really don't like other people touching my stuff. Please, God please, just let me scan the cards that are on my phone myself the little scanny thing is right there.

Lindsey was my cashier yesterday, and she was phenomenal, made the experience personalized. Something not often found in retail, great hardworking staff who really care about their jobs.

I used to love shopping at Michael's in Beachwood the service was always friendly. It seems as of late it's hard to find anyone to help you. I even took it upon myself to walk around the store to find a ladder to get the yarn I needed from the storage box on the top shelf. I will continue to shop this store I just wish the friendly faces would return especially when you ask for help.

Pat Catan's was exponentially better in every way, but the evil corporation of Michael's bought them and shut them down after saying they wouldn't

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. I spend about 10 hours a month at this shopping center. The bathroom is always clean which is why I go in there. I have had friendly conversations with staff and patrons.

Michaels is pretty much the only place left where you can find everything for your craft needs. They are doing much better with having sales than in previous years. They kind of be to pricey with certain items but will still have a nice sale here and there. They could use a lot more customer service out on the floor for customers to ask questions but, other than that, it's clean usually don't have to wait a super long time in line & Iove it!
