I’ve been to the Beachwood location many times and every visit was a pleasant experience. My son now goes to this location and I have to say these last couple of years I’ve been less than impressed. My most recent visit was below average from the lackluster receptionist all the way to the person who closes out the appointment. Dr. Davis is rude, short and dismissive. It wasn’t until I snapped back at her that she humbled herself and changed her tune. I really hate that the customer service culture is non-existent. It’s as if people hate their own existence and take it out on everyone else. Thank goodness they have several locations so I have the option to go someplace else. I’m hopeful the employees at the other locations are not as miserable as the ones at Beachwood location. Would not recommend!

Cleveland Eye clinic in Beachwood was absolutely amazing. The staff, Dr. Cox and the entire experience was excellent. My son, 26 is autistic and he was very edgy that day. Everyone in the office was amazing to him and he left feeling so much calmer.

The staff was pleasant and professional on approach. I met several new employees today since it has been several years since my last visit. They were all great! So glad to see Dr. Warn again.

My experience With Dr. Warn has always been caring, professional and efficient for more than 15 years. The staff is well trained, kind and considerate.

The technician that I had today was excellent. Of course, Dr. Carrie Davis is exceptional. But when my husband called to confirm an appointment, and waited 15 minutes on hold, was put off as it was after 4:00 and he was first caller!! Ridiculous. Maybe they need more people answering the phone. Please! The recording says that our call is important. Well it didn’t seem that way.

From the least to the greatest at the Cleveland Eye Clinic, Beachwood, Ohio, all are very professional, friendly, and caring! I was scheduled for my second cataract surgery today with Dr. Jee. I had my right eye done in June and now it is time for my left eye. I’m very pleased with the results! Dr. Warn has been my eye doctor for at least 10 years now! I drive 35-40 minutes for my appointments. I know I could find someone closer but I highly value my doctors, the assistants, techs, office and even the gal that schedules surgery at the Cleveland Eye Clinic, Beachwood. A big shout out to all of you!! Thank you!!!

I’ve been going to the Beachwood location for a few years now. It’s always a great experience. Everyone is always nice and friendly. I have seen both Dr. Cox and Dr. Davis. I would definitely recommend!

The cataract surgery has been an amazing success. My vision is wonderful near and far. Today was a yearly eye exam and I am happy and grateful for my vision !
