    2 stars for the food and drinks. Food was good. Drinks were good. Customer service was horrible. We didn’t get greeted yet our server made eye contact with us several times (at the bar). And no it wasn’t “busy”. She was literally trying to clean up 2 hrs before closing. Then once she acknowledges us, she isn’t friendly. We got some wings, asked if it came with celery and she rudely said “no”. Didn’t elaborate or ask if we wanted some, just a plain, dry, “No”. Once the food came, she didn’t ask us if we needed anything else, how the food was, nothing. Customer service matters. Knowing who represents your company matters. We still gave her a tip even though our experience wasn’t the best. The real tip should be to not work in the service industry if you don’t want to provide quality customer service!!!!!

    Nice atmosphere, good vibes, good food, good selection of beers. Excellent service-Milvanna is a real credit to the establishment and ought to get a raise on account of her smile alone.

    I typically try to avoid reviewing chain restaurants because there usually isn't anything to say. I'm posting this review in OUTRAGE, my boyfriend and I ate at this Buffalo Wild Wings on a Tuesday to take advantage of their Buy One Get One promotion for traditional wings, and we both feel as if we got absolutely CHEATED. In the reviewable category of things, our server was fantastic and friendly, the food was adequate, and the decor was the typical frat bro sports bar garbage you see at every location. My complaints came when we received our check, after researching multiple times over and confirming and reconfirming online we were sure we were going to receive a bill reflecting the BOGO nature of our meal, we were hit with a bill over $20 more than we were expecting to receive. After confirming with the waitress, she assured us our bill was correct and that the BOGO deal only applies to their online ordering app and dine-in is buy one get one 50% off. We paid and tipped, but needless to say, we felt cheated and that the marketing for this years long promotion was inadequate and totally deceptive. At this point, don't even bother eating in at BWW locations, order online, and pick up, you'll pay less money for more food, and you won't get ripped off like us. Learn our lesson so you don't have to endure its frustration yourself.

    *****UPDATE ***** We went back and really had a good time again and really enjoined ourselves. The food was great and the serverwas fantastic Hey, family went to this establishment with a large group, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Upon entering, we had to wait, but it wasn't too long that we were seated. The server got all our orders down correctly and made sure she understood what we requested The food came in a timely manner and at the right temperature. We also ordered mozzarella sticks that came out later, and the server explained to us ahead of time the reason for the delay, which was good, and displayed good customer service

    Great spot for amazing wings and boneless wings. Lots of TVs. Good craft beers on tap. Friendly bartender and super professional manger. Great place to hang out. Very kid friendly.

    I’m from a group a home where clients have a budgeted amount for outings. The side options they asked for would put them over budget so I asked my waiter if the fries that come with the meal can be up charged for the difference ($4 additional) which she confirmed as yes. When receipt came they were charged full price for the substitution but not were not given the side paid for with the meal. I tried to resolve the problem at checkout where a manager was involved. My waitress tried to assist with changing price and was nice about the situation. The responding manager to sign off of the change was very rude. He expressed there was absolutely nothing they could do. That the error was due to my “lack of diligence” and not clarifying. And it’s not his problem for the issue at hand. Then accused me of giving an attitude for trying to get clarification. I found this very rude and poor customer service. I requested another manager who was actually very empathetic and offered solutions. My clients are autistic and very observant. And due to my interaction with the first manager we will not be back. Being considerate doesn’t take a lot.

    First of all, this is the third bad experience I’ve had. I’ve ordered here three times. The first two times, my order was wrong. So of course I go back in, they swap it out with no issue and the wait time wasn’t long so I didn’t mind too much. I’m currently standing here right now because they gave my order to a door dasher. My pickup was supposed to be at 10. It is now 10:40 and I’m still waiting for them to remake it. I need a refund or something.

    Have been here 10 minutes and still haven’t been seated. I understand being short staffed but my sister worked in the food industry most of your fun money comes from tips so I would be trying to seat customers. Honestly this is a habit to miss treat customers and failure to seat your customers as you walk past them not even acknowledging that we are even here at this location. I took money to another restaurant for lunch and I’ll tip them double for just seating me at a table. I will not return to this location. I have given this location 4 attempts and only had good service once.

    Lady at register was extremely nice while I was ordering then she asked about the tip and I said one dollar.I wanted to tip when I received my food but I didn't want to say no too. Her attitude changed since the 1 dollar. I sat down there for 40 minutes then I asked my son to ask about if food is ready. She went to the kitchen without replying to him that we kept wondering if she heard. In the kitchen I saw my food in a bag where 3 ladies gathered around it and laughing and it seemed more were coming to take a look at too. It was pretty suspicious. When she finally brought it up I refused to take it and got my money back. The manger didn't ask why and I didn't tell. I like BWW, but I won't be visiting this branch for sure.

    I went to Buffalo wild wings with my family, when we went it was lunch time around 2pm. Not many ppl was there at that time so it was convenient for us. Our waitress Cheyenne was the best!! Her service was great she attended to our needs as well as her having to bartend at the bar! She was definitely multi-tasking, I guess they were short of staff. (She should get a raise) Far as food. We ordered wings, wedges, onion rings, and salad. The food was good. Only thing is usually when I order a Cobb salad, it used to be a decent amount of lettuce with topping. This salad was much smaller than usual. I guess they changed the amount of servings or maybe they were low of ingredients such as lettuce. Because they didn't even have fries, We ordered wedges and onion rings instead. My mom and I ordered a long Island ice tea as well, our waitress/bartender Cheyenne made that drink like none other! it had the right amount of liquor and the right amount juice not overly sweet. My overall experience was good.

    Just left this location unfed and unhappy. We we’re seated about 2 minutes after we came in and that was the only good part about this experience. When our waiter finally came to our table, we were greeted with “Can I get yall started with something to eat?” No “Hello my name is…….” or “Can I get y’all something to drink?” Never had that happen before. After telling him what we wanted to drink (even though he still didn’t ask) and giving our food order, we waited at least 10 minutes for those to come back to the table. We waited almost 30 minutes after that for our food, which never came. Legend has it, the food is still never to be seen. I will never come back to this location. I should’ve taken the 25 minute drive to the location in Bainbridge where I know the service is good.

    My server was awesome, and the manager even went table to table to check on everyone. He gave my son a hi five. The place was very kid friendly. The wings were very good. Thank you, B-Dubs, for being amazing. And for all you Karen's leaving bad reviews. Go eat at McDonald's.

    Waited 10 min. For a waitress, decided to order then as well to not prolong our food order. Our food came before all our drinks did (No surprise when a runner brings it out) while waitress was just standing talking to others. While paying, we left our reward number and redeemed some items. We marked it on the receipt and told her. She did not add our rewards number in therefore didn't use our points for the items. We asked to reopen and apply them and she wouldn't. I asked for a copy of the receipt so we could have the line items, and she wouldn't give me another. Seems to match what others have said as well when it comes to the poor service at this location.

    Wings and pretzel knots came out cold. I asked for another order of pretzel knots that came back cold for a second time. I've come here over the past 3 years and had exceptional service. I haven't been here for about a year. It's has gone down. Short staffed like crazy . I would visit the Westside location any day. The Westside location is more friendly with hot food and no water down drinks great customer service. I will never visit Warrensville again.

    First I would like to say BWs needs reminded that there is no such thing as cauliflower wings. That's a veggie bite not chicken wings. Having said that this BWW was nice. The waitress was nice. The southern chicken sandwich was good. The place was clean and well keep.

    Stopped here on a friday night around 7pm, sat @ the bar.. They were obviously busy, I'm guessing this location might get a lot of doordash and/or carryout! I did not catch our server's name! (She had dreads??) Anyways, She did a great job, Thanks! I got Garlic Parm wings, Lemon Pepper wings (wet) & Potatoes wedges.. Food was good, I'll try drinks another time .. My date had their chicken sandwich (forget which one), he liked his food too..

    Ordered takeout from door dash. Dasher had to wait an obscene amount of Time for our order, my Cesar salad came with no dressing and the dressing they put on the side was ranch- not Cesar. Also didn’t get a fork to eat the salad with. Celery was brown, and my husbands wings were dry and hard, some of which he ordered bone out and got bone in instead. The wings I ordered with my salad were supposed to be six pieces and I got four. Very unhappy with BWW, For the amount of money we spent on the food, it was nowhere near worth it. Dasher was amazing.

    Went with my sister's and we had great service. It wasn't too busy when we went so we got seated immediately. Our server Sierra was nice being the most helpful I've had in a while. She was overall 10/10. The food was A-1 I'd recommend the traditional wings or get one of their salads.

    Rough start. Waited a long time for server to take order. Then told there was no ingredients to make a salad. It is a Saturday night and not crowded at all. That should tell you about the service. Not great. Would not recommend.

    I was in with 2 friends on 06/10/2022 visiting for a wedding and decided to go in for happy hour. The bar/lounge area was BUSY. There were 2 young ladies ( Milvonna and Asia) working the bar and the lounge. These 2 ladies DISPLAYED the most beautiful TEAMWORK spirit I've ever seen while working short staffed and with BIG SMILES. Oh yea the food/drinks were good, but the customer service was BETTER.     Had a wonderful clerk who took my order and a great bartender. He worked hard, fast, and knew how to make all the special drinks. Once I got home I realized my order of Honey BBQ Boneless wings was missing and instead of receiving the garden salad I ordered, I received a ceasor salad.

    Always sit at the bar when seats are available to watch a game and enjoy a beer. Lots of TV's. All the bartenders, both male and female, are great. They interact well with the customers. Wings are always good. The rest of the menu is improving. If the bar is full, usually go somewhere else.

    This was our first time at this particular location. We walked in today (about 5:30 on a Friday), and saw that they had nothing open in the main part of the restaurant, and saw in the bar area where everyone was seated a sign that said “this section closed”. So, we went up to a hostess and asked what was going on and she said “it’s seat yourself”, so we did and we waited for about 10 minutes, no one came to the table. We then flagged down a bartender because we didn’t know if we were supposed to order up at the counter, etc. she told us no and apologized for no one acknowledging us to this point. We thought things were good. Then the very nice bartender told a waitress that we were there and needed to be taken care of. That same waitress waited on the two tables in front of us, but ignored us (who the bartender just told her that we were here) and several other tables MULTIPLE times. It was almost as if they were picking and choosing who to serve. This one table was getting wonderful service while another table told us they had been there over an hour and didn’t have their food, etc. Eventually after about 30 minutes of being flat out ignored other than that bartender , we walked out with another table who had been there about the same amount of time and had the same experience. Will never go back. I completely understand the world is short staffed but there has to be a better way.

    My wife and 11 yr old Arrived at 650 pm on a Friday night. At most 6 total tables occupied with groups no greater than 4. No service for 20 min. Ordered pop, an app and wings. Waited over an hour half for food. Tracked waiter down for check at 915pm. Ended up just boxing our dinner to go.

    Not the best service. I was sitting at the bar and the bartender disappeared for a solid 15 - 20 minutes with absolutely no one covering the bar. A customer came in, sat down, waited 10 minutes and left during that time. Not sure where she went or if the restaurant management has ever heard of coverage during a break.

    Service was slow. Luckily we weren’t in a hurry, because we ended up being there for over an hour. Just two of us with burgers and wings. The server was nice, but not attentive. I had to go find my own napkins after asking for them a couple times, after our food arrive. BUT…. The food was amazing. Definitely the best that I’ve had at any BWWs ever! So, I’d say 3.5 stars. 😁

    I put an order in online to be picked up at 6pm. Of course, my order was not ready when I got there, they were preparing my burger. Ok, I didn't mind waiting. But people came in, placed their orders and and received their food before my order was ready! I didn't receive my full order until 6:30 and the manager didn't offer ANY kind of compensation. I was hesitant to order in the first place because of the low rating...but now I am sure that I will not return.

    We came to watch some football today. You could tell someone called in because they were understaffed. I just want to acknowledge Cheyenne for keeping the whole operation going smooth. Not sure if I have ever seen a server work that hard and stay under control.

    The service here was lacking. For NYE and the OSU game, we expected longer wait times, but it really was ridiculous. We came in about 5 pm, so it was still early in the night, and the game was a few hours from starting. The restaurant was not busy, or even very full at that time. It took at least 5 minutes to get seated when we came in, as there was no hostess or any staff around. There only seemed to be one waitress in the whole restaurant at this time(she was great, and clearly trying her best but service was really slow, and she let us know that up front), despite at least 10 other people in uniform standing around. It took over an hour for a bloody Mary to be delivered to our table, the waitress stated the bartender didn't know how/refused to make one... we watched her ask for the drink no less than 6 times, before she asked us for a replacement order. As our waitress was getting the replacement order, one finally got made, but it was not made correctly. Food times were really slow, thankfully the waitress warned us ahead of time... things like fries and pretzel bites and fried pickles seemed to take the longest, several people were finished with the main dish before the side came out.
