THEY HAVE PRIME RIB!!! The food was good, really good. And our waitress was attentive quick and knowledgeable. Although we had a bit of a wait, the food and staff made it worth our time. Plus they make a nice "Old Fashion", so why not gelive them a try.

Let’s talk about the experience first…. The wait was 2 hours long. Fine, we went shopping near by but wasn’t planned. The front door way is always packed and over crowded. There was a child obnoxiously loud child tossing things around and the staff did nothing. Down to the juice stuff…the steak was so delicious every bite was a bliss of flavor. The mushrooms and onions made it that much more better. The ribs tasted flavorsome but were a bit dry. The chili was good and I didn’t care for the crackers that were included. The wedges were delectable, I love how much bacon comes on them! And of course. The star of the show…..the rolls and butter. Hit the spot every time!

Amanda, our server, an absolute beautiful woman and such a polite, kind-hearted person who knew what we wanted before we even did. The food was amazing, and everything came out in a timely manner. We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our lunch, as well as the atmosphere. Very glad we went, as it was a gift from a good friend.

Who doesn't love Texas Roadhouse! Usually a safe bet but with this location it was very dirty. Sticky tables, a few different pairs of silverware were visibly dirty🤢. Service was good. They were quick and polite😄

10 person party, seated at one table... in a corner. Yes, you read that correctly. I have never been so disappointed in a seating arrangement at any restaurant. Not only were we elbow to elbow, we were practically sitting on each other's laps. The worst part is we reserved well ahead of time waiting 2 hours to come in, all of this to be sat at the table where we couldn't even all fit our own plates. Honestly, if you have a group I would stay clear of this place.

Good experience! Food was so good and customer services was so good! Place is a bit loud but that's normal when filled with tons of people. Wait time was too long also. But overall, good.

Picked out my own steak. That's the way to go! Loved it! (Edit): NY strip is the better steak.

The steak was cooked to perfection...The potato had too much salt on it...First time seeing a baked potato that was covered in what looked like coarse salt...That was too much salt for people that might be on a low sodium diet...The bathroom was filthy I haven't seen any bathroom that filthy except at Walmart

Celebrated a special occasion with good friends and great food!!! Steaks were good and the appetizers were yummy too!!! Of course you can never go wrong with the cinnamon butter and fresh buns;)

Food is always good, staff is always friendly in accommodating. Downside is there's always a wait time that always runs a little behind with the dinner rush. But that's because the food is always so delicious. Would definitely say always use the wait list ; and add about 10 to 15 minutes.

Picked up a take out order on Sunday. Food was ready on time. Love the new Take Out area. Much more organized now. Steak was cooked to perfection. Steak fries & house salad good also. Always have had good food here. Yum!

02/03/2024 Party of 7 midday day(3pm)...fortunately we called ahead and didn't have to wait to long .noticed tables of 2 were being turned away ,when there was clearly 2 tops avaliable near bar area at least (4or so )...overheard staff telling couple it would be a hr.WHATTTT!obviously this establishment is understaffed bcuz I observe during my stay that only about 2/3 of tables were being seated ,while people were being turned away and or waiting!I ordered ribeye (medium rare ),with ribs rest of party ..2 rib eyes ,16 ounce sirloin,salmon,pulled pork sandwich,grilled chicken ...of the 4 steaks ,only sirloin was cooked to satisfaction my medium rare was very well and others 2 ribeyes were not cooked to satisfaction. Pulled pork and chickenwere liked but salmon overcooked! Onion blossoms were good ,rolls delicious and the drinks from bar were spot on!Not worth a wait for this experience and certainly the $320 bill was little to be desired ....will not return!

We had Lucy tonight, I overheard her say she is new but you’d never know. She was a great waitress! One of the best experiences we’ve had and we go often. Also the food this time was the best as well. Steaks cooked perfectly

This is our go-to spot for steak, and usually it is on point. This time the steak was extremely bland, no seasoning whatsoever. Otherwise it was a good dinner, our server Melody was great! We decided to go again. I had the Salmon. OMG! It was absolutely devine!! Our server not so much, she did not check if we needed anything until it was time for the check. I ran out of soda before our food came and I was unable to grab her for a refill until halfway through eating my food. 😔 I know that isn't a typical night, so I will definitely give them a pass but, some servers need to get better training. Ignoring your diners until giving them their check is not the way to go for a good tip. We are great tippers if the effort is there. We under stand that it can get hectic sometimes, especially during dinner rush but, she treated all of her tables the same way. Then she practically broke her neck to get to the group of coworkers doing that dance. Wow! I hope we don't get her again. We went tonight (early Father's day dinner.) Our server Amy did an "Awesome" job! Thank you 😊 we appreciate your effort. My food was wonderful. My husband's dinner had a small hiccup that was resolved nicely. It was a very nice dinner. We will visit again soon. ***Update*** We took the Grand's out for dinner. Our server, Matt, was the Bomb!!! We really appreciate great servers. Matt was super attentive. He checked on us all through our meal and was soooo nice. He really made our visit memorable. Great job Matt, you are Awesomeness!!! 😊

We ordered online. This is 1 of the few places from the pandemic days that still offer the family meals. We love that. They give you soooooooo much. It's quick. It's effortless. It's not expensive. And you can easily feel 4.

Not sure what happened? Usually food is spot on. Today made an online order and my chicken sandwich is missing half of the ingredients. Also, my husband's smokehouse burger also is missing half of the ingredients. Not good. Never had this problem. Ordered to-go.

Terrible! We order to go around 8pm the burger was supposed to be medium well. They gave us a burger that was almost rare! I called and no one answered the phone. My salmon was dry and everything was luke warm even though we waited over an hour for our food. Beef has to be cooked to a certain temperature and we could get food poisoning from this. This is not acceptable!!!

WARNING LONG BUT has a Happy ending: I will try to keep it brief😉, My mother and I arrived at 4:45 we had a 15-minute wait. We were seated...and waited... The table next to us and behind were being attended to. The server for those tables did not greet us, nor did he (Jerry) acknowledge our presence. I attempted to get his attention, and he tried to ignore me until I loudly asked Sir is their someone servicing this area. Ohh oh, I will find your server. Then, the manager( Emily) came over with her positive, upbeat attitude and apologized for the delay, and offered an appetizer for our inconvenience. ok, that's good. The most impressive part was while Emily was taking our order, our server(Camille) came over and apologized for not seeing us. She asked Emily do you want me to take it from here. Emily said no in a most supportive understanding way. She asked her to handle the appetizer and drink orders to get things started. WHAT!!! Seriously, a supportive boss. Our server Camille was kind, attentive, and thorough. Ok, let's get to it The food was on point: Shrimp app. 2 House Salads 12oz Ribeye w/ chili 20oz bone in Ribeye (cooked perfectly) w/ baked potato Mango Margarita Very pleased it was an enjoyable experience.
