If I could give it a zero, I would!! This place has legit gone from amazing to horrific!! The service is awful, the food is worse! 🤦‍♀️ We paid, found a table that was halfway cleaned off and I grabbed a rag and cleaned the rest of it off so we could eat there. We sat 45 minutes eating before anyone came and took a plate. Not one did we get our drinks refilled! I had to go find napkins because ours were empty. They weren't even busy for once!!! There were workers sitting in a booth right near us!! Why are they are the only buffet restaurant around? NEVER AGAIN!

I get it, covid time so short staff. However, the staff dont even care about quality of the food. Table staff showed up after 15 mins of us eating. We simply asked for 2 medium rare steak since you can only ask at the table now instead of picking it up yourself. We waited almost half an hour just to get raw steak ... Spent $36 on dinner just to eat 4 fried chicken drum sticks and we just left. I used to have very good experience with this place, not anymore.

Had good and bad at buffets. 2-10-24 was a good one. Food was fresh and hot,not over cooked. Never empty trays. Steak man was on . Waitress (Gina?) was good attentive and personable. All good

I thought I gave up on Golden Corral. I was happy with this location except for a few things they did not have that I'm used to and are staples for me. No cherry pie and NO FRESH WHIPPED CREAM. However the desserts bad guy was kind enough to get fresh for me and add it to my plate. But lastly, I was told there would be a chocolate fountain! Feeling real salty over that one.

We absolutely love eating at Golden Corral Buffet & Grill! Never had a bad experience at any of them, no matter where we are! We are so glad we stopped here for dinner, everything was perfect and absolutely delicious! We never had cotton candy cake before, we love it! It was pretty good to okay range if youre hungry. I've been to other golden corral in Columbus that was better. I ate too much food. 😄

Visiting Ohio with my family and we decided to go into this restaurant. To our surprise we thought that the quality of food would be the same as that of the GC restaurants in Florida, but unfortunately not. We complained directly to a manager about the poor preparation and presentation of what was supposed to be a "White Rice" that was all wet and he did nothing to change it and improve our experience. Poor quality of food and very poor hygiene in this place.

Food was good svs was also good. There were a lot of people in there but kept the food fresh and full. Always excellent.

It's a buffet. We went during lunch. It was clean. We went a couple years ago and they had hand sanitizer stations near the plates. This visit they removed them. I'd like to see them back in place. Salad bar lacks. Which is disappointing. The bread rolls are the best thing in the whole buffet. Overall, it's a place we venture to every couple of years when we want a buffet as it's the only place in the Cleveland area.

I only write reviews if the experience calls for it. Rather it was extremely awful or absolutely amazing! In this case the entire experience was…absolutely amazing! Here’s why you should go nowhere else but here they deserve your business! First off it’s a buffet with all types of different food! What is there not to love about it. I only wish the atmosphere was more resturant quality instead it was very homey with kids running past you with plates of food. Our waitress was nice and very attentive on our refills and clearing our table. The prices are Okay for 2 people we spent $32 with soft drinks! I highly recommend the cinnamon rolls and the roast! :)

Plenty of food to choose from, from salads to entrees to desserts. Food was being replenished regularly while I was there. Everything I sampled tasted good. Waitress returned regularly to refill our drinks. I will return.

Me and my family visited on Valentines Day for Lunch Buffet. The salad bar had fresh lettuce, fruits and vegetables. The best part of the visit was the waitress that took our plates. The bathroom was disgusting with a sign that stated" The floors may be Wet" and they were with the smell of mildew. I asked the waitress what's going on with wet floor and she stated pipes busted. They were playing a nice selection of music. The food prep workers that were refilling the stations were rude at the potroast n masked potatoes section. Last time I visited this Brookpark Ohio location in 2013 it was Exquisite! Decided to revisit in 2024 and it the quality has completely changed. Especially on Valentines Day, were expecting a better experience will not be back.

The location is good & its clean inside. The staff are very kind & helpful. They have so many options to choose from - if you feel like breakfast, there's eggs, shredded hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, grits, fruit etc. & lunch items - steak, pork chops, french fries, fish, salad bar, pot roast, mashed potatoes, fried okra, collard greens etc. Drinks they have pop, juice, water & small cartons of milk byb their cereal. You have a variety of dessert choices including a chocolate fountain! I highly recommend this buffet. Just went again today 3-22-22. Still delicious and clean. The food was hot & fresh. Only thing that needs updated is their hours. They don't match what's online. They open at 10 on weekdays & 830a on weekends. Our waitress was kind and on top of clearing dishes & refilling. Well definitely be back.

I love eating here at the Golden Corral, but the cooks have attitudes the chicken do not be done (that's terrible), the food gets cold 2 seconds after you sit down to eat it. But the breakfast is really good if you get there when it starts.

The Food is great, but there is some issues with the place that would be in need of renovations soon that it is Outdated, ceiling tiles have some mold on them. Carpet near the restroom door is worn out and also the restroom is not good of the broken soap dispensers and not forget about the hand dryer bring weak. The other locations have been renovated that they are more cleaner and maintained better.

The workers are really nice and try to be helpful but it's only so much they can do especially if it's only a few of them. This place needs serious help and if they don't get it than I suggest they close. The plates were dirty you had to search for clean ones. The tables were dirty. The floors and let's not talk about the bathroom. We ended up leaving due to the bathroom. The food was just okay definitely not worth what I paid for for two kids and an adult was $40. I would not recommend this place.

The food was ok. I didn't think there were a lot of options and a lot of what was there was over cooked or luke warm. I'm not sure if it was the time of day or if the menu changes daily. However, the employees and customer service were outstanding. I saw a few employees greeting people by name and talking to them like they were friends. The couple of employees near us were really sweet and patient with our 4 year old. Especially the gentleman at the dessert buffet. He was super kind and awesome with him. We loved the service and people.

Several options to choose from, from fish to pizza and everything in between. The dessert options are fantastic . The staff are really nice even though there exhausted do to being understaffed and the place could use better upkeep in the cleaning department, but its super busy a lot of foot traffic. The food areas are kept clean , the dinning areas not so much.

I went to the golden corral on brook park If there was a negative one star rating that's what they would get for me. . The steak tasted like charcoal, lighter fluid. The tomatoes were cut in quarters. Still had the brown stems on the ends. Hardly anything was fresh and just about everything was bland -- Probably won't go back there myself.

The staff was really efficient and courteous. The ladies at the registers were quick and friendly, and the lady tending to our section was helpful, clearing plates and refreshing beverages in a timely fashion. The food was pretty good for a buffet, although the pizza reminded me of middle school pizza. It was rather loud there since there isn't much separation of sections, but it wasn't too bad overall.

The price is good for the food. The food was fairly good for most of it. There was some of it that was a bit frozen and we suggested the person behind the counter fix it and they decided not to. The vanilla ice cream was not working and when the person behind there was told she responded The lights not on so it's fine. Even though when you go to pull it nothing comes out. And last but not least the bathroom was atrocious. I almost fell there was no toilet paper it was horrible. Now the brightest spot of the entire evening was our waitress. She was the hardest working person in there and she did a great job. She should get more tips.

The food is so good here, it tastes like real home cooked meals and is so delicious. I love their Saturday and Sunday brunch because they make real french toast which I have a hard time finding anywhere else and for such a reasonable price. Not to mention the staff are all very nice and professional.

Food was good. Server worked her butt off making sure plates were cleared. The bathroom smells like a latrine!!! Sitting water, molded, boxes in closet wet and molded. How is this NOT a health concern?! Place needs good cleaning and the broom and dustpan need to be thrown away or sanitized!!!
