    Frequented this location consistently since it opened but the service has declined significantly over the last couple of months. Last three times I've done a mobile order I have received the completely incorrect entree. I could somewhat understand if it was a large order but single item orders were completely wrong. See attached photo, the label is what I order but it's obvious no one is checking the orders.

    Had a very weird experience today. Definitely not typical for chick fil a. While In the restaurant picking up our order around 1 o’clock this afternoon my husband was looking for part of our order he thought had been put on the counter when an employee very rudely asked him “ what are you looking for”. He let her know he was looking for part of the order and she responded with “ then get over there” . Another customer also noticed this and said she couldn’t believe the way he was being talked to. There is no need to speak to anyone like this it’s just not necessary. If you do not like your job or if it is too stressful you should maybe consider working somewhere else . Wasn’t going to say anything about this but this was pretty extreme the way she was talking to guests.

    This is an extremely consistent location. We've frequented this location over 50 times. I've only had one issue and it so minor and to my surprise I got an email from the manager that same evening with an apology and gesture to resolve it. Every single employee has been professional and sincere. We're fortunate to be so close to this location. Oh and we absolutely love the delivery option, so close!!

    While I would typically leave a positive review, the drive thru lanes had some struggles today. One lane was heavily staffed while the other was working a 10:1 customer ratio. The staff member mentioned she was supposed to have more help but was left to do it all alone. Let's do better to get the lunch rush through respectfully and not have one lane move significantly faster while the other are sitting ducks.

    My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined. We ordered though the app at around 4:30pm, the order disappeared from the app, we called the store and they said it was still on its way( this was around 5:20). No food and still no indication on the app. We wait a little while and at around 6, we call the store again. We get put in “hold” for around 7 minutes. We hang up and call back. The lady( who was apologetic ) gave the excuse that the order got deleted and they had to remake it or something. 6:25 still no food. My husband and I both have COVID and are just trying to do something nice for ourselves. I would expect this from a McDonalds, NEVER a chick a fil.

    Chick-fil-A had the audamndacity to try and move me along the drive thru!!!! I waited patiently longer than their "normally swift time" beause of whatever staffing issues they were experiencing. It was apparent. I pulled up to the front of the waiting line. Then the lady handing out orders shoving my order in my face and in my car like I was the problem they were backed up. Icing on their cake is she came to my window 90 seconds later because I was still sitting there. I guess we're not allowed to check our order! They can give us something we didn't order and as soon as they shove the food in our car we have to high tail it out of the way! We just have to eat what they give us Dairy/peanut allergy and all.

    Food always tastes yummy. Service is good, and they are fast. Very professional staff. I go there all the time, and my favorite is the Mac and cheese. It is the best it tastes like homemade.

    Why is there no way to contact the restaurant for my order! I sent to the school for my daughter lunch here it is 1240 and no update but you took my money! This is the second time this has happened I order everyday as well. No way to contact the restaurant nor can I cancel it for my money.!

    Ordered an Iced Vanilla coffee for breakfast and received this iced coffee with no vanilla. Very bitter to drink without any vanilla flavoring I ordered.

    The is the first time we’ve dined in at this Chick Fil A since before Covid. An employee was parked in between two handicap spots which is used for disabled unloading. This made it difficult for my husband to get out of the car. The friendly atmosphere is gone! It’s all about PRODUCTION!! They got my order wrong so I went up to the counter and had to wait ten minutes for my sandwich.

    Would be nice to have several small menus, or QR Code to the menu, posted down the drive-thru lanes so that those that have never been or aren't familiar with the menu can have their selection made when the attend reaches their car.
