I
can't
say
enough
great
things
about
this
place
and
the
staff.
Due
to
the
heat
and
threat
of
thunder
storms,
we
had
to
make
a
last
minute
change
to
our
planned
trip
for
ESY
(summer
school).
We
called
Dee
Maria's
Tuesday
afternoon
for
a
Friday
trip,
and
Brian
and
Fabio
very
graciously
accommodated
us.
Brian
did
a
demonstration
on
how
they
make
their
pizza,
and
made
it
interactive
by
asking
questions
and
very
patiently
waiting
for
student
responses.
Our
students
are
diagnosed
with
autism,
and
have
processing
and
language
delays,
making
answering
questions
difficult.
Brian
was
very
gracious
and
not
only
waited
for
the
kids
to
respond,
but
acknowledged
each
child's
response.
He
even
let
them
try
to
catch
and
toss
rubber
dough
to
see
how
they
would
fare
as
a
pizza
maker.
My
students
absolutely
loved
the
whole
demonstration!
The
students
then
sat
down
to
enjoy
the
pizza
they
watched
Brian
make,
and
even
our
pickiest
eaters
thoroughly
enjoyed
it!
We
even
had
an
extremely
picky
eater
who
had
never
eaten
pizza
before
try
it,
and
he
loved
it.
I
know
this
is
a
very
long
post,
but
the
graciousness
and
generosity
of
Brian
and
Fabio
cannot
be
overstated.
From
opening
early
to
welcome
10
special
needs
students
and
10
staff
members,
to
treating
our
students
with
patience,
dignity
and
respect,
and
everything
in
between,
I
am
so
grateful.
Pair
that
with
delicious
pizza,
Dee
Maria's
will
be
our
go-to
from
now
on!
