Great place and food is great. Customer service was awesome and team is awesome! We visit this place every time we are in California. Burgers are great and tasty. Love how they do their food and provide awesome customer service. Very well run place. We will definitely eat here again.

***LOOK AT THE PICTURES*** This particular one (delta shores) have been going downhill fast. Tonight after work, decided to pick up some fast food. Big mistake. Extremely long drive thru line (on a Tuesday night?) with bad customer service. The guy working drive through was probably having a bad because he didn’t smile, there wasn’t a friendly hi, no small talk, he just stood there silently waiting for me to order. Finally got my order after a longer than usual wait time. However they didn’t give me everything I paid for. Went back inside to get it corrected. The girl took my receipt afterwards. Got home to discover the Flying Dutchman was raw!!! Absolutely Gross. The other two cheeseburgers were rare. The fries were disgusting especially the animal fry. Major fail. This one USED to have good service & good food.

LOVE this place! I live in NJ, so I only get it every 5-10 years. Double double, french fries and vanilla milkshake NEVER disappoint!

Other then the misunderstanding when ordering that was easy to fix when the food arrived. It was well cooked and very good.

I went to this location because Elk Grove was busier than expected. The drive thru is way better organized at Delta Shores thus making my order process a whole lot easier.

We used the drive thru and got 2 combos. Mine was animal style, and my husband got his regular. They were delicious. It was the first time I had a burger in over a year.

We left California 17 years ago. This was my first time back. I remember when the fries were mae e to order and the meat patties were twice that size. So sad in an out burger sold out!!!!! It tasted like any other burger joint. I don't eat fast food anymore. This confirmed to me why I stopped. 😒😭

They have indoor and outdoor seats. The service is fast although they're busy.

I don’t know what it is but when I travel to a state that doesn’t have In-N-Out Burger I gotta get it on my way home from the airport. What you’d expect of a well run store, the drive thru was quick and efficient.

Fast and amazing service. I went at the perfect time, with no lines . I ordered Animal style Double Chessburger, Animal style French Fries and Hamburg. Burgers was made perfect and just like how I expected.

Great experience. The cashier was funny and was quick at getting the line moving. Food was made pretty fast at this location.

Food is always fresh. But whatever there process is, has the place packed 24/7. And always animal style whatever your choice of burger is. Me personally I go for the 4×4 you won't be disappointed. Besides long lines and waiting. Always a good bite to eat.

I ordered the classic cheeseburger and it was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty and all the fixings perfectly balanced. The fries were also crispy and delicious-well done of course. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself was clean and inviting. An absolute staple of the Pacific U.S., rising above most fast food joints. If you are visiting California or just looking for a burger restaurant, then this is the place you have to try! Their drive through may be busy and their dining spaces may be full, but they'll get you in and out of there in minutes. In and Out trail-blazes the definition of fast-food. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce along with tomato and some regular fries as pictured. ⚠️Their fries aren't that great in my opinion, but are worth trying⚠️

I live on the east coast nowadays, and whenever I come back, In-N-Out welcomes me home with open arms. The level of consistency and quality is unreal. A double double is just as I remembered it when I left several years ago. I will fight anyone who tells me In-N-Out is anything but the king of hamburgers fast food chains.

In & Out always has great burgers. The food is always fresh and high quality. This location is no different. The restaurant is also kept clean and has friendly staff.

This is the best place to get a burger. actually every single In-N-Out Burger that I've ever been to I have never had a problem with their food or their customer service they've every single one I've ever been to has been exceptionally fantastic. Please owners of in and out do not change any of your ingredients do not change who you get your meat from or your potatoes because you do make the best and I never get sick when I eat your burgers like I do when I eat the big Arch M and the big B.

I used to go to In-N-Out a lot but I stopped going I just went back there today and I don't know to me it's just not as good as it used to be. Maybe they made some changes or changed ingredients but I'm not as satisfied as I was before. If we want a good burger making it from scratch at home is always better or I went to Chili's last week I enjoyed it a lot. Full of flavor, very filling, and satisfying. Of course that's different IN-N-Out is fast food Chili's you're at a restaurant so it's going to be better. Overall it's just okay I won't be coming back soon like I said it' s my first time coming back in a long while I just thought let me try a burger today.

I really don’t get the hype. The burger was good but nothing to write home about. The lemonade was the worst I have ever had. It tasted like cheap lemon juice and a splash of water. The fries were limp and flavorless.

I like coming to this In-N-Out Burger at Delta Shores because of the location and customer service. I live near another In-N-Out but the drive-thru is stupidly long and not easy to navigate through. The layout of the Delta Shores In-N-Out was mapped out well and it's why I drive here instead even with long lines. You can't go wrong with the burgers and meals at In-N-Out so I rate them 5 stars for a great burger at a reasonable price.

In and Out Burger is my favorite place for a burger! The quality of the products is a great value!! And they have the BEST customer service!! Who could ever give In and Out any less than a 5/5??? IN AND OUT IS THE BEST!!

Always good and consistent. I love how you always get what you are expecting. Never had an issue with rancid grease or anything. Store is always clean and well kept. Staff are always clean and polite. It's nice that you can still find a place with good customer service and I find this is pretty much how it is at all the in and outs

All chains have been pretty consistent food wise. All the burgers are good. 3x3 with grilled onions and Fry's well done. Can't go wrong. The line at this location wasn't bad at all. The service was great and on point. Will visit again.
