Kavala Ranch Park

Tourist attraction Park

👍👍 We are here visiting family and it was great to have a community park to take the kids to burn off some energy. A bathroom nearby would have benefited one of our littles but where we were staying wasn't to far. People often mention park,

A good park for the Kavala Ranch community. There are no restrooms but there is a covered picnic area and games for the kids. Also the grass is pretty good for soccer.

Well maintained park with a playground, basketball court, bathroom, covered seating, and nice sized field.

Wanted to try out a new park today, as we usually go to herons landing... I liked the park, but really wish there was a restroom.

Very well maintained with nice features despite being a smaller park

Nice small community park with gazebo, picnic area, large fields, jungle gym, and nice view of grazing areas. Although street parking only, plenty of parking all around. Usually not too crowded, although much more so during long weekends and summers. All in all a nice amenity to have available for the neighborhood.

I loved it, it is so pretty, but maybe you can add a skatepark somewhere in the grass field because that would be awesome. Because everytime I go there I always think that it would be awesome if there was also a skatepark there.

It may not be the Triad Neighborhood's favorite or most popular park, but its remained clean and free of issues since opening. The ease of cleanliness could probably be attributed to the relatively compact size of the park.

This park is awesome. It is kept in great condition (other than graffiti from little kids thinking their so cool). There is a large single stall bathroom here as well which was perfect as I had walked from Anatolia to here with my toddler and I could fit his stroller inside with me with plenty of space. There’s no diaper changing station, though.

On the weekends, we walk between Anatolia and Kavalla. I’m grateful the park is well-maintained, including the bathrooms. It makes it very family friendly.
