This
lounge
should
be
removed
from
the
Priority
Pass
list.
The
customer
service
was
terrible
which
is
shocking
considering
the
people
of
Aruba
are
fabulous,
warm,
and
welcoming.
When
my
family
entered
the
VIP
Lounge
the
male
staff
member
was
like
why
are
you
here.
I
explained
that
I
am
a
priority
pass
holder
and
I
wanted
to
enter
with
my
family.
He
said
your
membership
only
allows
you
and
a
guest
and
that
I
would
have
to
pass
for
my
other
two
family
members
in
cash.
I
said
no
problem
but
the
vibe
was
off
putting.
We
paid
but
when
we
got
into
the
lounge
there
was
limited
seating
and
they
had
eserved
signs
on
several
tables.
The
female
bar
tender
said
we
couldn't
sit
at
the
seating
that
had
reserved
signs
but
the
male
staff
member
at
the
front
said
we
could.
We
ended
up
getting
our
money
back
and
then
we
left.
Sidebar
the
food
was
limited,
not
worth
it,
even
if
you
are
a
priority
pass
member.
