Randomly came across this place. Got a Ribeye burger and fries. WOW! Literally one of the best burgers I've ever had. Owner was great, gave us a bunch of free samples.

Ahhh, what hype can do! I really wanted to love this place. It has everything I love…burger and fries! 30 minutes I waited in anticipation, drooled and stared at those bbq flames. But disappointed. Greatly. We had a chicken burger, ribeye burger and fries. And let’s start with fries, because you can’t mess up the fries, but they were a bit undercooked and without salt, served without any condiments. Chicken burger was overwhelmed with sauce as well as was a ribeye that had no flavor. All of the flavor came from the sauces, which made the burger very soggy. Some ppl are into those, albeit drunk and down for a soggy bun. The hype could be that burger portions are really generous and affordable to Aruban standards. There is only one table outside and parking can be difficult to navigate in a busy street. $ and credit cards are accepted. Staff taking the order were nice with some English.

We went there based on google reviews, and we def didn’t regret it. The burger is soooo good, and it’s huge, as big as my face. I like the bun is also very soft and fluffy! The schiapapa also very good! The sausage is delicious so is the amount of cheese and sauce they put on it. It’s great! And won’t make the fries soggy. The bbq is great too. I would def recommend !

Wow! The perfect late night, post drinking stop. This local truck makes the best burgers around. These are fully loaded burgers. They have chicken and other grill options, but the burgers are the star. Great fries too. These are big!!!

This is a phenomenal and consistent late night meal. Everyone is friendly and the food is great. I’m amused by a review commenting on the atmosphere. The whole concept of a food truck is eating roadside or in a parking lot. Food trucks do not have a host.

We were initially going elsewhere but when we saw Chalo burger we remembered we heard good things about it and did a u-turn right away. Easy parking and delicious barbeque. Trier the ribs, the sausage the chicken and the pork steak. All were delicious. Easy parking. 🚗 100% recommended. Don't miss it if you're in the area. 👌

This place was hyped up in a bunch of blogs, so we felt the need to try it. Although there was nothing bad about the food, there was also nothing special about it. The burgers are larger with a sweet tasting sauce on them. The meat was decent tasting, but we all agreed that this isn't a meal we would want to repeat. The atmosphere is hugely lacking, as the food truck is just on the side of the road with limited seating and at night in partial darkness.

its a food truck so dont expect service or atmosphere but its better than a lot of the tourists restaurants. and way less expensive

26/11/2023 The 4 of us just finished scuba diving and were on the way back to the villa. Lunch plans were on our minds and a must try was a food truck in Aruba. Stop - look at this "shack". So we stopped and spoke with the guy on the bbq who quickly offered samples of various bbq meats that were hanging. Wow!! Flavourful is an understatement. The bbq pork and the pork belly were moist, tasty and oh so good with the rice and macaroni. We ordered the mixed special #3 and a separate order of pork belly. Oh so good! The location may not look fancy but where it counts, this little gem is worth stopping for!

Burger has no flavor. I'm not sure if it's even beef. Dry, sweet sauce raw bacon, never even hit the grill. How these people haven't made others sick is beyond me. So disappointed!!

One of the best foodtrucks on the island! The Colombian hotdog is great tasting and very filling. The fries aren't anything special but the salchipapa combination is delicious 😃 definitely a good late night joint.

I loved this!!!! I had the steak & cheese sandwich which was amazing ! Then I went back and ordered the smoked pork chop sandwich. Both were very delicious and perfect late night affordable snack! The only flaw is that they do not open at the time it is stated on Google. I tried coming 2 days in a row at 5pm and it was closed but k never gave up lol and it was worthy it.

BEST BEST BEST OF THE BESTT!!! this is one of my personal favorites in Aruba, they have the best thing called "Salchipapa" where you can buy one for 2 or even 3 people to eat from it and you can never have enough! they have dozens of delicious options on their menu where you can never have enough of it! this the best place to eat with family or friends, or even enjoy an alone time watching some tv while enjoying their amazing food.
