Very convenient coffee shop inside of Super food market. Ready for you to relax while others buy groceries, or if you are on the go you can also stop by to grab lunch or a quick bite. The premise is clean and the staff is responsible, respectful and resourceful.

Went here on two separate occassions. Very good food if prepared freshly. A tip here: order inside the premises past the hot holding counter where the daily menu specials (12.95 afl) are. Otherwise the employees would not be able to notice you. Most are situated inside kitchen area or by the register . I did order the from the daily special, but would not recommend unless you get when it is freshly made in the morning. This time I went here in the afternoon. I ignored my best judgment and gave into temptation. The sweet sour pork chop I had lost most of its tenderness and moisture. Rice was of the parboiled variety and the green beans and corn were of the frozen kind. Big mistake. On the other hand the Jack's burger (15.95 afl) was excellent  took about 15 min to prepare. Patty was moist and of hefty size. Bacon was lean, crisp and plentiful and was not salty at all. It came with a side of thick cut fries which had the right amount of salt. I ordered the meatballs (3.95 afl each). They were quite hefty and dense, but readily can be cut with a fork. They were the size of a handball and had the seasoning of Vienna sausages, that was the point of reference for their seasoning. The gravy on top was nice as well. Next day I went to get something refreshing. I had the chef salad (12.95 afl). It was fresh with the romaine lettuce, ham, cut into bite sized segments. It had a whole boiled egg sliced on top. Bacon was the same as the burger, deep fried and very crisp. Not greasy at all and generous in quantity. Dressing bottles for the salads are in the condiment area in front of the registers. The smoked salmon baguette (15.95 afl) had a choice of white or whole wheat bread. Not crisp like a real baguette, but still decent. Inside were capers, red onion, tomato, and arugula. It is served with a dollop of tuna salad on the side. Very good. I would go back here every time I shop at Super Food. The fare is much more better than quick service establishment I have been. Be sure to order the food that is made to order.

We arrived in Aruba one day ago and had two meals (lunch and then breakfast the next morning) at this place so far and have not been disappointed! Looking forward to their daily specials. Staff is super friendly and while you might have to wait a little bit if you order something from the grill, they do not skimp on quality.

My partner and I LOVE Jack’s Cafe. A lot of food in Aruba is very expensive so when you are looking for a cheap but good quality meal, this is the place! For breakfast I got a big omelette full of vegetable and ham, and for dinner an amazing mixed grill. Truly great quality for an unbeatble price on the island. 10/10 recommend for a quick bite.

This review is purely about Sundays at Jacks, every other day of the week would be 4/5* for food price & quality. Sunday 21st Jan 2024 we checked the opening hours on google & super foods & arrived at 17.20 well before the published time only to be told we are closed, just as they were taking a very nice looking burger & chips out to a table. So yesterday 28th Jan 2024 on our way to the beach we went in to ask what time they will stop serving this evening. We were told 17.30 quite categorically despite telling them about last week. So we made sure we arrived by 17.00 only to be told we are closed, they had already cleared the buffet & everything was washed & put away. So once again very disappointed with a Sunday especially as we are on a tight budget. If you intend to go on a Sunday make sure you arrive 16.00 to 16.30 at the very latest & im sure you will enjoy their well priced & good quality food. On another note they no longer do Pizza takeaway or eat in despite there being a selection of about 10 on the illuminated Menu board.

I am compelled to address the appalling service I endured during my recent visit to your establishment in Aruba. The behavior of your staff was nothing short of disgraceful, displaying an egregious level of rudeness and an utter lack of professionalism. The indifference exhibited by your employees not only ruined my dining experience but also reflected a blatant disregard for basic customer service standards. It is incomprehensible how a business can allow such a toxic atmosphere to persist, tarnishing the reputation of Jack's Cafe. This experience has left me infuriated and deeply disappointed. It is imperative that you take immediate and decisive action to rectify the deplorable behavior exhibited by your staff. Customers should not be subjected to such disrespect, and it is your responsibility to ensure a welcoming and courteous environment. I expect a swift and meaningful response to address this matter. Failure to do so will undoubtedly result in severe damage to the reputation of Jack's Cafe.

Glad we found this place. Great prices if your on a budget to feed your family. Kids loved the pizza here just make sure to go before 3pm if you want pizza because they do run out.

Ordered croquets and satay. The croquet was very low tier and the satay was not marinated nor did it come with pindasaus. The food took forever to come out and the workers were rude and exasperated the whole despite us going at 3:30pm when almost no one else was there

Not great. I would not recommend going here. It's inside of a supermarket yet they were out of half the items on the menu.

I ate at Jack's Cafe inside Super Food shortly after arrival in Aruba. I was very hungry and decided to get a chicken sandwich special. Chicken sandwich on a toasted bun, french fries, and peach tea. Very tasty and at a low price. I'm looking forward eating at Jack's Cafe again in the near future.

Wifi network is a scam My Facebook account has been locked and I can not retrieve it because I connected via their freewifi. Be alert.

Great place to get food before grocery shopping or to go after. Got breakfast one morning after shopping and it was delicious and also reasonably priced. Got eggs, extra bacon, and a cheese roll for under 6 dollars. The beef empanada was tasty too. The only reason for 4 stars was if you wanted coffee to go you had to go over to the other counter when you first walk in and they were on the small side compared to US coffee size standards. Otherwise would eat there again.

They were literally out of everything we wanted. Mushroom soup? “Out.” Ok, how about potato soup? “Out.” Well, how about the broccoli soup? “Out. We have mustard soup.” Ok, I’ll just take a margherita pizza. “Out.” Do not expect to find anything that is on their menu.

Jakes offers good food inside the super foods. If you want to grab something real quick while buying groceries this is a good place.

I wish my experience was as good as the other comments. My husband and I stood in line thinking we would be next when someone walked right infront of us and was acknowledged. I thought we would of been acknowledged afterwards, but no I had to ask do we order at the register or with the girl who turn her back to us. We ordered two cheeseburgers watching the sunset we realized our food still hadn’t been brought out. The cashiers cut me off the take another persons order. Then mumbled something about them coming out soon. My husband asked for ketchup because it ran out on the counter. Once again being told to hold on the ketchup was never replaced. The establishment wasn’t clean and to many flys.
