I had a great and phenomenal experience at lobby. From amazing waiters (Luis and few other amazing staff) the chef Harm was so kind and sweet, he really put a personal touch to the food and the plating was so artistic. The food not only tasted good but was absolutely delicious. We had delicious fresh bread with aioli sauce and then mushroom soup as an appetizer, yellowfin grouper with potato and veggies and some shrimp as our main entree and creme brûlée as dessert. It was amazing and would come back! I noticed they had some hookah with amazing strawberry flavors on the side of the restaurant and want to try next time! Harm is a great person and contributes to Aruba animal shelter (check it out when you can, such a great initiative for homeless stray dogs and cats and donation based.

As a well traveled gourmand and cocktail connoisseur, I found my sanctuary at Lobby Restaurant and Bar Aruba. Relaxed, upscale setting with stellar service and ambiance. Lobby has a large outdoor patio with live music some nights, DJ inside and a side patio offering Hookah. Indoors was nicely air conditioned with clean decor offering both table and comfortable bar seating. Great cocktail list and liquor selection, however what stood out to me more than anything was the outstanding service and knowledge of the bar staff. Big shout out to Juan and Jhon! Both gentlemen went above and beyond both times I was there. Great conversation, professional etiquette, clean bar practices and amazing cocktail presentations. Everything from the food to the drinks tasted as good as they looked. I felt at home and taken care of... as a bartender visiting Aruba from Miami, I give Lobby 5 glistening stars of appreciation and approval. Very satisfied with my experiences and upon my return this will be my first stop. To Juan and Jhon, thank you both for a memorable bar and dining experience! On the main strip of the high rise area in Aruba. Nice setting with lots of action in the area. Service was very good. A team of 4 servers took care of us. Prices are out of sync with reality, however, for us tourists that pay $500 plus a night for accommodation, I guess they feel we can pay huge prices for a meal. Food was good, appies were the strong part of the meal. My main of Mahi Mahi was over cooked, but my wife's dish was superb, but, very small portion size. The fish came with no sides, a piece of fish......that's it! Great dessert and a relaxing time, that is what vacation is all about

the bread with aïoli is amazing as well as the escargot and drinks. all the drinks were super good as well as the smoked drinks which came with beautiful presentation. only complaints is that i had gotten the lobster bisque previously and the next night (yes we came here twice lol) i got the frutti di mare which was a seafood pasta, turns out its just spaghetti sitting in lobster bisque soup which was a disappointment to me but i probably wouldn’t have caught it if i didn’t have the soup the previous night. my mom got the tenderloin with truffle potatoes which was amazing with the sauce and everything. the apple crisp was absolutely amazing as well. i would definitely recommend this place 100% on top of thag my parents are wanting to start a lobby bar and grill franchise in houston (our home town) just a tad dissatisfied that my sauce wasn’t original.I LOVE ARUBA!!!!

We had a fantastic meal at Lobby! This is probably Aruba’s best kept secret in dining right now! Everything we ordered - from our appetizers: tuna tartare, stuffed mushrooms, soup, pork belly, and lobster croquetas, to main courses like the red snapper and chef’s burger, to our desserts: apple crumble and creme brûlée, were incredible! The cocktail menu is one of a kind and they even do specialty shots and dessert cocktails. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the island - especially returning guests that have tried all the classics. This will be such a great addition to your list!

Amazing!!! Love how they can make any cocktail you ask them. And the food I am just speechless. The concept of Lobby by my understanding is sharing experience with friends or family. They have a large section of appetizers which are amazing but also they have really nice main courses. I think they are open from Sunday - Thursday 6pm to 1 am kitchen till 12am and Friday & Saturday from 6pm till 3am & kitchen till 1am. Just go check it out!!! It is AMAZING!!!

The food was so good! We had the lobster croquettes, pork belly, and short rib raviolis. We were actually hanging out in Gusto Nightclub and were able to order food from Lobby to enjoy with our drinks at Gusto.

We visited this restaurant based on the reviews left by other diners. The restuarant itself is very nice. The only complaint is that there were mosquitos all around our table inside. The food. The sushi was great as well as the sashimi. The steak ordered was a let down as it was essentially good on a grill and presented in a cast iron dish with high sides (this ultimately proved to be more problematic when trying to cut through the multiple tendons in the steak. The steak was listed as a Black Angus Prime steak. This was nothing more than a grocery store steak. Based on the price paid for the side dish, I was expecting enough for 2 people. This is not the case. There was basically one serving. The service. The staff does seem to work with each other ensuring dishes and drinks are brought quickly. It seemed that the staff was focusing on other tables most of the time in our experience. If you are visiting this restaurant based on reviews or descriptions in the menus available online, do not expect the 4.6 rating experience.

Awful customer service. Once our food was served to our table, our waitress was no where to be found. From afar it looked like she was working in the kitchen. She never came to check on us after we ordered and received our meal. The Lobster Risotto was inedible because of how cold it was and the risotto was undercooked. We had to motion to a waitress at a different table for help and inform her of the poor quality of the meal. The manager eventually came to help us. But by this time I was finishing off the rest of my husbands plate of food. We informed the manager that we only wanted the check and did not wish to order something else. He said okay and walked away, we assumed he was getting our check, he was not. It was not until he returned again to gather dirty dishes that we had to reiterate that we wanted the check, he then proceeded to get us our check to pay. It's a shame that the customer service was so poor because the cocktails, appetizers, and 1 of the entrees were very tasty (hence the 2 stars). But when we spent more time waiting at the table to be helped rather than dining, it does not become a pleasant experience.

The Lobby Restaurant is a great stop for a good meal and great drinks. The real selling point for this place is its super friendly and wonderful staff.

After dinner here tonight with my boyfriend, I’m torn on what’s more phenomenal the service or the cuisine...our waiter Kevin was amazing & very attentive to our every need & manager Gabriel was very cordial & we enjoyed chatting with him after dinner. The food & wine is on par with any major South Beach restaurant in Miami. The beef tenderloin carpaccio was a generous appetizer portion & super tender. The tuna tartar was amazing, at first glance I didn’t know how I’d feel about it with oranges mixed in but the oranges made the dish-beyond spectacular & hands down the freshest tuna we’ve had on the island. Being foodies we’ve eaten at plenty of Michelin starred restaurants worldwide & Lobby would rival many of them. A definite must for dinner while in Aruba!
