10/03/2020.On point! Went during Covid!😷 As crazy as this whole situation is we really felt safe. Staff fully prepared, hotel taking every precaution available to keep you safe. All wearing face masks and shields. Sanitized tables chairs and sanitizer station bubbles everywhere. Beef imported from the states in the Midwest. Prime and cooked to perfection 👌 Don't forget your wallet!

My food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the lamb chops, lobster Mac and cheese, and creme brûlée. Every bite was delicious and seasoned well. However, the service was HORRIBLE!!!! Our server, Mary Lou, was very rude and rushed us to order not too long after we sat down. The food was good but I would not go back and receive service like that again.

Overall experience from start to finish was abysmal. The restaurant had 3 people in It and the food took about 30 minutes to get it the water was not attentive. The steak I purchased was ridiculously priced and yet they still can’t cook it correctly. It was cold and raw in the inside. I sent it back they microwaved it. I never been to a Ruth Chris before and that experience is sure to be my last. This was middle of corona so the restaurant wasn’t even busy.... Also the hostess was rude, disrespectful wasn’t a pleasant experience what so ever.

I really wanted Ruth's Chris to be a life changing experience but it just wasn't. Don't get me wrong, the food was very good but for the absolutely ridiculous price I expected it to be incredible. If the food wasn't life changing then the atmosphere should be, right? Wrong! It reminded me of the main dining room on a cruise ship. The tables were within a foot of each other and it was too noisy. I will say our servers were very good. The presentation of the food was awful. Look at the photo of the filet. Brown burnt goo all over the plate. The steaks are served in sizzling butter on a 500 degree plate so I understand that it might not look great but there has to be a more visually pleasing way to get the same result. My biggest problem, however, was the price. Everything is a la carte. We had 2 salads 2 sides and 2 steaks, no alcohol, and the bill was over $160. The table of 4 next to us had a bottle of wine, maybe 2 and their bill was pushing $800. I couldn't help but hearing since I was less than a foot away. I don't mind spending money on something if I think it's worth it. This wasn't. You can easily find very close to the same food quality for a third of the price.

This place was amazing staff and the food was awesome the lady that waited on our table was very delightful she was patient for the party of 6 difficult people she laughed with us and even gave us chesse cake for two of our party people that had BIRTHDAYS

I went to Ruth's Chris Aruba 2 nights ago with my partner of 36 years for my birthday. The dinner and service were absolutely amazing! My partner had the Filet and I had the New York Strip. So tender, perfectly seasoned and such robust flavor. We both owned a Supper Club so we are quite critical when dining out! If there were more than 5 stars to give, I would have. After visiting many steakhouses I have to say that I was very disappointed. I have no problem paying $66 for a Filet Mignon but I expect a five star service and attention to detail for this. Filet was just decent but no ambiance and below average service. For the 5 of us it was about $1k. There are plenty of places on Aruba where I get a way better value for my money

A great dining experience with attention to details on all fronts. The restaurant is inside the Marriott casino resort but offers no ocean views. However, it offers great steaks that are made to exact order and cooked just right. Not sure how they managed this but this Ruth's Chris location seems to do a far superior job than any location in the continental US.

Went here for birthday dinner while in Aruba. Service and food are always great. Menu does have a vegetarian option.

I went to Ruth’s Chris Steak House at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 for dinner with friends while we were staying at Marriott’s Aruba Surf Club. We had the concierge at the Surf Club make reservations for us for 5:30PM. We arrived at 5:30PM and we were seated immediately. It is a very fancy place but because it is at a beach resort in the Caribbean, the attire seemed to be a little more casual than I would have normally expected. Our waitress arrived very quickly with menus and to ask about water. I am a flat or tap water type person as were my two friends. We perused the menus so when she returned with water and bread, we were ready to order appetizers. I did not order an appetizer. When the appetizer arrived for my friends, we were ready and placed orders for our entrees. I ordered New York Strip Steak, one friend ordered the lamb chops and the other ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and Spicy Lobster. The sides are large enough to share. I ordered the garlic mashed potatoes. One ordered the sauteed spinach and one ordered grilled asparagus. We shared the sides. My steak was perfectly cooked medium well, just as I ordered it. The flavor was incredibly good. My friends also really liked their entrées. The shared sides were also very good, though I would have liked a little bit more garlic in the mashed potatoes. For dessert, my friends shared the bread pudding which was quite a large portion. I love chocolate so I ordered Chocolate Duo that was a lava cake-type dessert with fresh blueberries and a small side of chocolate mousse with whipped cream. Oh my goodness. What a treat, and I eat out when I am traveling and I travel quite a bit in the spring and fall. Now Ruth’s Chris is not inexpensive but it was very close to being worth it for the price, as far as the food is concerned. The service was fantastic and my friends agreed. The atmosphere and décor were very, very nice. Would I eat there again? I would definitely consider it, especially for a special occasion. I give Ruth’s Chris – Aruba, 4 ½ stars.

The dinner was ok. 1 waitress was kind but the waiters were very strickt an bad mood. Not nice atmosphere. We will not come back again to see bad mooded face for a very high price.

Ruth Chris is well known around the world and it stands out as a proper steak house. I would have given the food a 5 star but to me the meat (steak) was a bit under seasoned. As a restaurant of that caliber, if there are no salt and pepper shakers on the table, I expect seasoning to be on point. Don't get me wrong, the food was good but I would have preferred a bit more heavier on the seasoning. Atmosphere was very basic, nothing wow. Bar was small but in an area where they don't disturb the people that came for the dining experience. Would I go back? Sure! It's a proper steak house but for the pricing, I would like to be wowed, in my opinion. Oh! The lobster mac and cheese is great! Get yourself a portion. It can be shared between two persons...

Outdoor seating would be nice, especially considering the scenery. Otherwise perfect. Order the bread pudding for dessert.

We are regular diners at Ruth’s Chris in the US and abroad. Usually we have lovely experiences but on our last night in Aruba, things took a turn. Instantly at the completion of dinner i became very sick with diarrhea and vomiting. My mom eventually became sick in the middle of the night with vomiting as well. Another individual in our party also began to vomit. The only common factor between the three of us included eating of the shrimp. Some were a bit opaque looking back on our picture but it was quite dark in the restaurant to see. If you’re reading this, maybe just order a steak with no shrimp. Our server was lovely. However, a long day of travel on a plane with food poisoning was not. 800 dollars for three of us to become sick.

This place is always nice no matter where you are - it's a chain, after all. But in Aruba, it always feels a little extra special. The staff is really good, and the food is solid. You can't leave there without feeling stuffed.

The steak is amazing! But the lobster mac and cheese even better! highly recommend you taking the lobster mac and cheese to combined it with the steak.

Service and atmosphere were great but the food was subpar. My fiances filet was good and the au gratin potatoes were delicious. Unfortunately our broccoli was luke warm and barely cooked and my cowboy ribeye was very undercooked and to be honest, not as tender as a Prime steak should be. It was ordered med and was delivered med rare at best. The waiter promptly had the broccoli and ribeye cooked longer but the long wait between our appetizer and meals made waiting on the recook annoying and frustrating as my fiance was finished before i received my correctly cooked meal. All our other Ruth's chris experiences were top notch but this one fell way short of your standards

You can’t fix when literally everything is wrong. This is NOT I repeat not a Ruth Chris. It’s the equal equivalent of buying a knock off purse at the flea market. But the steak version in comparison. We were greated, brought wine. Which was decent and that was it. From there it was a 1-10 experience in both service and food. We got three items lobster Mac, ribeye and cream spinach. Lob Mac, equal to velveta, no crumb top? Not crispy, clearly not multi cheese and or fresh ground cheeses as is customary with a high quality Mac and the lobster was dry, chewy, on top not mixed in. Steak wasn’t seasoned, and was served medium, on a plate that was sizzling chilis style working up the tem to a solid well before we were 1/4 into it. The creamed spinach. You know the frozen bags of spinach good for green smoothies at home you mix with fridge yogurt etc. that’s what this was has a very distinct flavor. It was 1-10, nearly inedible. I mean it was edible but was really horrendous. And to make it really come home was that it almost seems strategic not to follow up on how the food is. Neither the table next to us or us ate >50% of our food. And no one even came to check literally not once. So it got awkward and we just kept eating tipped 10% and left. We had so little faith that voicing our concerns would be held that we just left. And walked back to the Ritz to get dessert at casa nonna. It’s that bad. Best steak on the islan not churaska style. So steakhouse style is madam Jeanette’s. Who will be getting a 5 star review after this. This Ruth’s Chris was nothing short of a knock off Nd not only and I writing this ignoring my wife at casa nonna but I legitimately feel ripped off. It was that bad. Buyer beware. Only go to the Marriott for Starbucks.

Visited the establishment during my vacation and was not disappointed. In complete transparency I didn’t know what to expect because I stopped going to the ones in the US… I’ve been disappointed MANY TIMES. However, THIS ONE was fantastic! Inside the Marriott Stellaris Resort & Casino, the food was perfectly cooked & seasoned. The wait staff was attentive & knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet still a vibe. If you’re in Aruba, add this to your dining list.

One of aruba finest dining establishments. I like that you have 2-3 different servers at all times. You never have to ask for anything, they just anticipate what you need and get it before you ask. The place is clean and you can tell they care. That speaks to Supreme management and the employees are happy. Every time I go to aruba, this is the place I will go.

Ruth Chris does no wrong no matter the location. We were a party of 2 who made reservations. We were seated as soon as we entered the restaurant and our waiter greeted us promptly. The wait time for food wasn’t too bad taking in consideration it was a busy night. Food was cooked to perfection.

I prefer Ruths Chris over BLT if choosing between a steak house in Aruba. Both are great places, but I preferred Ruth’s because of their lobster tail and their sweet potato casserole (amazinggggg). My husband liked his NY Strip at Ruths better than BLT. My daughter had the kids filet mignon and my son had the chicken breast which they both enjoyed. Kids meals came with ice cream which was a nice tough as well. Service was not as great as it was at BLT.

Great restaurant located in the Marriott stellaris. We got the ahi tuna app, Caesar salad, and Chilean sea bass. All were extremely delicious. Service was also great and staff was very friendly. This was my first time at a ruth's chris and I was impressed by how upscale it is

This particular Ruth Chris at the Marriott in Aruba offers inside and outdoor dining. They closely follow covid restrictions so please be sure to scan the menu on the way in. The service was okay a little on the slow side for the restaurant not being completely full. The steak was also okay. It is not better than BLT at the Ritz next door. The martini poor is small fills up one glass sometimes you get that one and a half pour at most steakhouses. they offer bug spray mosquito repellent for outdoor gas which is very convenient at an island restaurant. I don't push the recommendation but you won't be disappointed.

This place was great. Good attentive servers, friendly host, steak cooked perfect, beautiful atmosphere. Only negative is the cheesecake was frozen! I guess since it is an island they receive it frozen and do not make it fresh.

Excellent steak house!

The service here was great. We ate here as soon as we got to the hotel after a long day of traveling and they were able to make us feel like we were welcome right away. Food was also yummy, would recommend to go if your at the resort or close by.
