Ketsu Sushi Bar… last day in Aruba. We decided to do lunch here and all I can say is what a treat. The beverages were very cold, The Magic Mango beer was the best it was the second one I’ve had since visiting very refreshing and tasty. The Tuna Tartare was amazing we’ve three times since staying here at the Marriott. The Asian BBQ Flatbread was extremely delicious. The Lobster Sandwich was incredibly delicious. California roll was good, basic California roll but really good. Enjoy!

Delicious sushi and efficient service. Ketsu Sushi Bar is located at the far end of the Marriott Stellaris lobby. We ordered a variety of sushi rolls and sushi. All were fresh and tasty. Ordered an Aruba Mule (Tito’s vodka, ginger beer, lime and mint) which was refreshing and a generous pour. It is expensive but not any more than you would expect for a resort hotel.

Great sushi snd sashimi. Very good rolls. The KO punch is the entertainment on Tuesday and Friday. That lady can sing opera jazz you name it!

I'm a huge sushi lover and I absolutely recommend this place, the sushi was great with fresh ingredients. They have a wide variety of sushis. I had mine to take but the attention was very nice.

Literally the best sushi I've ever had. We ordered the rainbow roll, tuna poke bowl and a few more rolls....everything tasted so fresh! Drinks were reasonable, but the service was a bit slow - we ended up taking our check up to the waitress at the computer about three feet from our table because she kept walking by without taking it.

This is the BEST SUSHI from the island or even what I have ever tasted! Please do yourself a favour and go! The flavors are so rich and original. The cocktails are also really well made! Friends recommended this to us, we were not dissappointed.

After reviewing their other two restaurants very harshly, if your staying at this hotel, eat at Ketsu Sushi Bar. OUTSTANDING. Fish and food are awesome, we eat tons of sushi everywhere....this was as good as it gets. made up for average steaks at Ruth Chris and average meal on beach at restaurant. Go here, you will not be disappointed. In the lobby, staff and service fast and courteous, food so gooooooooood.

We love this little spot in the Marriott Hotel at the end of the lobby area. The sushi is amazing and the drinks are terrific. Live music or DJ add to the experience. So enjoyable, we keep returning.

Best sushi we had in a long time. The Philadelphia roll and Dragon Roll Z were out of this world. We went back again just for those two rolls! 100% recommend

Enjoyed our first evening here with pork tacos, sashimi tuna and crazy salmon roll. Nice ambiance and good service in contemporary setting . We hardly noticed the hotel lobby sitting by the window.

Nestled in the idyllic island of Aruba, Ketsu is a sushi spot that has quickly become one of my favorite dining experiences on the island. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance of the restaurant, which was complemented by the friendly and attentive staff. The menu at Ketsu offers a wide array of sushi and Japanese-inspired dishes, and I was eager to try a selection of their offerings. To start, I ordered the Wakame salad, a refreshing and light appetizer that showcased the delicate flavor of seaweed. The salad was beautifully presented, with the vibrant green of the seaweed contrasting nicely with the sesame seeds and dressing. The flavors were well-balanced, and the sesame dressing added a delightful nuttiness to the dish. Next, I tried the Edamame, which was served steaming hot and lightly salted. The edamame was perfectly cooked, with a satisfying bite and a slightly sweet flavor. It was a simple yet satisfying dish that served as a great palate cleanser before moving on to the main courses. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Sashimi platter. The sashimi was impeccably fresh, with each slice of fish showcasing its unique flavor and texture. The assortment included a variety of fish, such as salmon, tuna, and yellowtail, each expertly sliced and presented with an artistic flair. The fish melted in my mouth, and the accompanying soy sauce and wasabi provided the perfect complement to the natural flavors of the sashimi. Finally, I indulged in the Spicy Tuna Roll, which was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The roll was generously filled with fresh, spicy tuna, which was balanced by the creamy avocado and crisp cucumber. The sushi rice was perfectly seasoned, and the roll was expertly crafted, holding together well with each bite. The heat from the spicy tuna was just right—not overpowering, but enough to add a pleasant kick to the dish. Overall, my experience at Ketsu was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of the ingredients, the skillful preparation, and the attentive service all contributed to a memorable dining experience. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or new to Japanese cuisine, Ketsu is a must-visit spot in Aruba that is sure to impress. I look forward to returning to Ketsu on my next visit to the island and exploring more of their delectable menu.

Sushi this time was very good. The server was also very good, which I mentioned to her and that it was rare to have that attentive service anywhere. We have been here on multiple occasions and this one stands out as a good experience for all the reasons stated above.

Decent sushi, not great. Nigiri was a little disappointing. Nice service. Nice little space adjacent to the lobby bar.

It is a cute place to get a bite close to the beach. I came here 2 times and it was never crowded. The service was great. I ordered Dragon Z roll and Philadelphia roll. Both rolls were good, but the sauce was too sweet, that's why I took off 1 star. I also would say it's a bit overpriced, I payed 31 dollars per roll with tips.

Located in the main lobby of the Marriott. Expensive sushi, but worth every penny. I really enjoyed my roll here. They also had a few Japanese beers. The bartenders aren’t the friendliest. They’re the type to only give their rich regulars the time of day. No welcome, no hello. We basically had to ask them to give us service. Awkward. Regardless, it was a delicious meal.

If you are a foodie, the sushi is not much better than grocery store sushi in America. Definitely do not order the “fried shrimp” of any kind (tuna tartare roll, raisa roll, etc), it was served straight out of the refrigerator (very cold and very greasy). The serving of avocado in my tuna tartare rule was minuscule. The rice in my sushi roll was colder than it should have been. The service was nice, the atmosphere is cute and modern, and the cocktail was delicious.

This sushi bar is in the Marriott & Stellaris Casino in the Lobby Bar area. The sushi was delicious (fresh and creative) and the atmosphere offered plenty of people watching/activity. The bar also has several fun custom cocktails such as it's Smokey Old Fashions.

$22 for 9 pieces of sashimi. Can’t beat that. Unagi was damn near frozen though. But salmon was outstanding.

👍 Smoky J is a very good option to eat ribs in Aruba. They have many options for customers to choose from. The food is good. I particularly go every once in a while because is very busy. I would suggest scheduling to go early and in small parties to make sure the tables are available faster. Of course...

👍👍 Stunning views from the pier over the clear water of the Caribbean sea. The foods and service were excellent, the seafood dishes we ordered were very tasty, gently dipped and along with some good cocktails we really enjoyed the meal. It's also a great place for a refreshing beer 🍺.
