Nestled
in
the
idyllic
island
of
Aruba,
Ketsu
is
a
sushi
spot
that
has
quickly
become
one
of
my
favorite
dining
experiences
on
the
island.
From
the
moment
I
walked
in,
I
was
greeted
by
the
warm
and
inviting
ambiance
of
the
restaurant,
which
was
complemented
by
the
friendly
and
attentive
staff.
The
menu
at
Ketsu
offers
a
wide
array
of
sushi
and
Japanese-inspired
dishes,
and
I
was
eager
to
try
a
selection
of
their
offerings.
To
start,
I
ordered
the
Wakame
salad,
a
refreshing
and
light
appetizer
that
showcased
the
delicate
flavor
of
seaweed.
The
salad
was
beautifully
presented,
with
the
vibrant
green
of
the
seaweed
contrasting
nicely
with
the
sesame
seeds
and
dressing.
The
flavors
were
well-balanced,
and
the
sesame
dressing
added
a
delightful
nuttiness
to
the
dish.
Next,
I
tried
the
Edamame,
which
was
served
steaming
hot
and
lightly
salted.
The
edamame
was
perfectly
cooked,
with
a
satisfying
bite
and
a
slightly
sweet
flavor.
It
was
a
simple
yet
satisfying
dish
that
served
as
a
great
palate
cleanser
before
moving
on
to
the
main
courses.
The
highlight
of
the
meal
was
undoubtedly
the
Sashimi
platter.
The
sashimi
was
impeccably
fresh,
with
each
slice
of
fish
showcasing
its
unique
flavor
and
texture.
The
assortment
included
a
variety
of
fish,
such
as
salmon,
tuna,
and
yellowtail,
each
expertly
sliced
and
presented
with
an
artistic
flair.
The
fish
melted
in
my
mouth,
and
the
accompanying
soy
sauce
and
wasabi
provided
the
perfect
complement
to
the
natural
flavors
of
the
sashimi.
Finally,
I
indulged
in
the
Spicy
Tuna
Roll,
which
was
a
delightful
combination
of
flavors
and
textures.
The
roll
was
generously
filled
with
fresh,
spicy
tuna,
which
was
balanced
by
the
creamy
avocado
and
crisp
cucumber.
The
sushi
rice
was
perfectly
seasoned,
and
the
roll
was
expertly
crafted,
holding
together
well
with
each
bite.
The
heat
from
the
spicy
tuna
was
just
right—not
overpowering,
but
enough
to
add
a
pleasant
kick
to
the
dish.
Overall,
my
experience
at
Ketsu
was
nothing
short
of
exceptional.
The
quality
of
the
ingredients,
the
skillful
preparation,
and
the
attentive
service
all
contributed
to
a
memorable
dining
experience.
Whether
you're
a
sushi
aficionado
or
new
to
Japanese
cuisine,
Ketsu
is
a
must-visit
spot
in
Aruba
that
is
sure
to
impress.
I
look
forward
to
returning
to
Ketsu
on
my
next
visit
to
the
island
and
exploring
more
of
their
delectable
menu.
