There is free wifi. It's spacious terminal. Not crowded. There are souvenir shops. Accepts only USD. Staff and the people here are very nice.

Beautiful port on a sunny day with clouds beside. Lots of eating venues and shopping are near by.the views here are awesome and photo worthy. We docked early morning and were at the port by late evening while cruising on board Odyssey of the seas.

We had a phenomenal time at the Aruba cruise terminal. There are so many things to do right near the actual cruise terminal that you can walk to. There are restaurants, shopping, & bars within walking distance. The locals are quite friendly as well. One of our best experiences was the "Apotek Speakeasy". We enjoyed ourselves quite a bit at this port. This is one of those tourist locations where it would be hard "not" to enjoy yourself as there is just so much to do.

This cruise terminal needs some beautification. The island is very dry, dusty, and rocky. If shopping, This is your island. If your looking for adventure go on the UTVs and Cave Pools. They are amazing. The water is breathtaking.

This terminal was organized, efficient, easy walk from ship to some air conditioned shopping for local wares and immigration office. They had free shipping bags along with a map of the area. Another very short walk to more shopping, taxis, beach, restaurants and hotels. They don’t say “I love Aruba” for nothing.

Great little air conditioned terminal building. Easy to find the way to town. Locals market (and food trucks too) and 24h gas station right out the front gates. Plenty of shops by the tram tracks outside the gate too! Security friendly and visible at entrance, no big hassle coming and going.

Convenience and accessibility to the shops and restaurants yes you're in the right place. Just 10 minutes walk to the town. Inside the port terminal only gift shops and souvenirs, good price.

Had a great time in Aruba. The cruise terminal is very easy to navigate. There was a string of buildings where all the local merchants hang out with their wares, and then, as you walk away from your ship to the right is the town and shopping. We had participated in a tour in the morning, and the tour buses leave. The terminal from a location is about a quarter mile from the spot where you walk out of the terminal so nice separation between the two.

Aruba is known as one Happy Island. The Fofoti Trees abundant on its north east coast have been sculpted by the winds into graceful forms

If you're a cruise ship guest, and its just a little too hot for you to venture out into Aruba, consider the shopping offerings here at the Port terminal. Many vendors... my favorite was the "Mopa Mopa" art gallery... with its many original carvings and creations, its a standout amongst the other vendors... also noted was a large store dedicated to Aloe... the healing plant... many Aloe products there...

Too hot to get out and about. 88° Too far to hike off the ship. Been there b4, was tough then, too. Without better transport from the ship, we will stay aboard

Very friendly and knowledgable information desk. Lots of shops for souvenirs and last minute items. Wifi was spotty but the entire ship off-loaded and everyone was trying to get their free wifi! The tours are located just outside the terminal. I recommend Educa Tours and travel. Kenrick is honest, friendly and super knowledgeable. Definitely enjoy the beach when you are in Aruba!!

  • 5/5 John B. 1 year ago on Google
Very friendly folks in the small shops. Terminal is air conditioned. Can get crowded when lots of cruise passengers get off the ship at one time. Carnival staff were right there to assist with any info.

Right by the ship, nice, clean, modern. Washrooms are free and clean. Security good. Gift shops galore, trips and tours you can book. Opens up to a kiosk style area with more tours for hire and souvenir shops. Located right downtown so highly convienent. Felt safe and secure. We'll organized and operated. Your within easy walking of shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, marinas and shopping of all sorts.

This cruise port had so many shops right near the boats. We got back to the port pretty close to boarding time but still had time to check out the shops because they were so close so that was definitely a bonus. They had good deals and lots of options. We got a taxi to the beach right away when we arrived so I did t get to see too much at the port. Next time we’ll check out more as our experience at the end of the day was great

We needed handicap assistance which was very slow. Still it did get us through customs and check in without any discomfort. There was seating for everyone. Better organization would have helped but the situation was mitigated by the number of wheel chair seniors. Still it did make it possible to get all of us on the ship.

Not much to do or see around but restaurants and shops. There are local markets to buy souvenirs as well. We walked down the street and you can take a photo in front of the big “I ❤️ Aruba” sign
