The
best
(and
almost
only)
way
to
visit
this
private
island
is
to
stay
at
the
Renaissance
Hotel.
Launches
run
between
both
the
Marina
Hotel,
the
Ocean
Suites
and
the
island
every
15
minutes.
There's
two
main
beaches:
the
adult
only
Flamingo
Beach
and
the
family
Iguana
Beach.
As
well
as
the
usual
beach
amenities,
there's
a
nice
restaurant
on
Iguana
while
on
Flamingo
there's
a
bar
where
you
can
also
order
food
to
be
brought
over.
Feeding
and
photographing
the
flamingos
on
Flamingo
Beach
is
most
peoples
highlight
of
their
visit.
There's
a
dispenser
that
provides
food
pellets
for
25¢
close
by.
Each
morning
there
is
a
one
hour
supervised
period
when
children
can
visit
the
flamingos
and
there
is
also
a
ranger
in
attendance
most
of
the
day
as
obviously
the
hotel
are
concerned
for
the
welfare
of
the
animals.
Other
facilities
include
a
souvenir
shop,
beach
tennis
court,
a
nature
trial
and
private
cabana's
for
hire.
Not
to
be
missed
on
a
visit
to
Aruba,
in
fact
worth
coming
to
Aruba
for
this
experience
alone!
