The water was gorgeous, warm and pristine. The beach chairs and umbrellas, though, were a ridiculous price to rent at $20 each per person! Despite that, we had a phenomenal day!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at MVC! We were there for a week over Christmas 2022. We did our research online and found this to be our style of laid back, smaller hotel. The hotel is right across the street from the beautiful Eagle beach. Breakfast was included and was a nice selection of food served on a tray. The rooms were decent sized and the baths were updated and nice. This is a 2 story property and we stayed on the 2nd floor. There is a small table and chairs in front of each room which is a nice touch. I sat there early morning and at night in the warm breezes. The staff at the hotel were amazing. The beach person was all smiles and we enjoyed chatting for a bit each morning while getting our chairs for the day. The breakfast woman was so smiley and friendly as well. And last but not least, the housekeeper (I think her name was Lady) did an amazing job! Interestingly, I found the front desk staff to be the least friendly. Kind of sad actually as this is the first and last person at the property you will talk to. The location is great, right in the middle of Eagle beach. There are a few lunch and dinner options within a 10-15 minute walk, or just scooter around! We used "Bird" scooters to get to Palm Beach and Oranjestad. I would definitely stay there again. If you want big highrise hotels with grandious lobbies and screaming kids everywhere, look at Manchebo or Palm Beach. This hotel is not that. It's quiet, low key and friendly which is exactly how I like it when on a beach vacation.

We loved this motel. It was directly across the street from The beautiful beach. The entire grounds area was very clean and well kept. The rooms were small but comfortable. It was so much better than staying in a large resort that you had to go through a bunch of hoops just to get out to the beach. Put this place you could be lounging on one of their provided lounge chairs on the beach within a matter of minutes. Christie (front desk manager I believe) was a fantastic hostess and always helpful if we didn't need to ask a question about the motel or about the island in general. And Shel (groundskeeper) I was super friendly and I believed it a great job of keeping this place looking great.

Very nice motel, literally 90 seconds from Eagle beach. We had no problem getting beach chairs everyday. The rooms are basic but well kept. The staff are all very nice. There is a safe and a decent sized refrigerator. The supermarket is a short car ride away. Cabs are easy to come by and there is a bus stop right outside. It's only a few minutes to Palm beach. This is a relatively quiet place to stay. There is a small kiddie pool and a few lounge chairs. We enjoyed the fixed breakfast. They give you enough that you can actually make a small sandwich for later if so inclined. The second floor is only accessible via a spiral staircase, so if mobility is an issue stay on the ground floor. We had a nice view of the ocean from the second floor on the North end of the building, ( room 201), but the view is somewhat obstructed from the South end. We were very happy with our stay here. I see some people giving 5 star reviews, which I think could be misleading. It's a 3 star resort, even though it's very nice. The room tax is 20%, so that will be added to the room price that you see advertised.

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Very affordable and great location right across the street from the most beautiful beach. Included breakfast was very nice. Will come back here.

This place is more of a motel than a hotel. The small swimming pool is only good for infants. The local air conditioning unit blows in your face all night and is not a suitable place for sinus and allergy sufferers. The window lacks a screen to enjoy fresh air in the room. The hotel however has a great location in front of eagle beach. Breakfast was nice and the staff was amazing as well. Stay in this place only if you are looking for a place across the beach and are on a budget. I don't recommend this place for families.

Location location location 👌👌 The beach is right across the street. Its quiet and just a great place to stay!! Only thing that brings it down, is that the restaurant is closed at the moment. So yes we get breakfast but its the same breakfast every singel day. But that will probably change when the restaurant opens again.. 🤞

Sorry for the late review MVC Eagle Beach (We stayed in April 2022)! Overall, five stars for sure. My family doesn't come from a lot of money so getting to take my mother to Aruba was the most amazing experience. The staff at MVC Eagle were so incredibly kind and helpful, making our dinner reservations for us and arranging taxis for all of our adventures. Christy and other staff even helped me surprise my mom with a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine timed to our arrival to surprise her on check-in! I will be honest, if you care a lot about how "fancy" your room feels then maybe you want to stay else where but for us it was cozy and more intimate which was just perfect for us. Location-wise it's in the middle of the north and south island coast which is exactly what we wanted as we like to walk everywhere and we enjoyed the more quiet surroundings with less crowds. It was also one of the only stand alone hotels that was the closest to the beach and right in front of a bus-stop which was incredibly convenient. We loved their continental breakfast experience, the staff was so sweet and kind we felt like we stayed with family. We decided to book here instead of a resort because it would give us the freedom to feel like we could explore and do whatever activities we wanted on the island without feeling restricted to the restaurants/activities included with the other resorts. Our only regret is we couldn't stay longer! We can't wait to go back if life will allow it and would 100% stay here again.

Excellent location and across street from amazing beach. Staff was welcoming, and breakfast every morning was surely the best. My husband and I would return here and stay in the upstairs room that has a spectacular view of the ocean. Area was extremely quiet and parking was always available in a safe parking lot behind the building. Lucas a front lobby employee who helped us tremendously during our stay. We want to thank him for helping us resolve an issue we had during our stay.

Big plus: Next to probably the best beach (they provide you towels and sunbeds) on Aruba. Very friendly staff. It is generally clean and quiet. Breakfast was very delicious. Cons: overall the infrastructure is older and needs some improvements. Pool is small and very shallow. currently there is no dinner served on the premises.

We really loved our stay at MVC Eagle Beach. The staff were lovely. Location was perfect - right across from Eagle Beach. Clean rooms, quiet at night, breakfast included. The beach attendant Cherrit was awesome as well - super friendly guy. He always had beach umbrellas and loungers reserved for us each day. Would definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend.

First time in Aruba and this little gem of a hotel will be our top choice whenever we return. Great room rate, fantastic location and friendly staff. The fabulous Eagle Beach is literally steps away and once you set foot on the sand, a hotel employee whose name is Cherrit, is always ready to set up the free chairs and umbrellas for you. He is just wonderful! Overall, this hotel is a superb choice for anyone seeking a quiet and reasonably priced hotel.

Basic, nice & clean with top location on Eagle Beach. B&B concept with good breakfast included in price. Very reasonable price hotel relative to the other beach front accommodations.

The sand was soft the water warm. The people in the area kind. Except there is only one restroom and you must pay to use it or buy something from the restaurant to use the facility. Us on the bus to the beach and on the beach

The water is beautiful and waves are just magnificent but restrooms and food options are very limited. A food truck and a small bar with one single restroom stall ($1 entry). The food truck was great but the bar service was just negative it felt like they were angry we were there. For a very commercialized island I was surprised at the let down. All in all the beach was nice but I wouldn't go back unless I booked a room at the hotel across the street and they added a place to rinse off.

(Translated by Google) Great long white sand beach. You can get there fast from the cruise terminal with around $ 15 per taxi. However, the beach chairs are extremely expensive. Between 35-40 $ for lying with umbrella you can count. Beach shells cost about 45. Water is crystal clear and beautiful turquoise. Absolutely THE most beautiful beach I've ever been to. And I've been to the Bahamas, Barbados, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, St. Maarten, St. Lucia, St. Kitts & Nevis, and St. Thomas. This beach is gorgeous. The sand is amazingly soft and there is a ton of space, it is not overcrowded. The winds are very strong, though. You will get sand whipped into your face but it's worth it.

This was a very clean and well maintained hotel property. Upon arrival into Aruba I was easily able to find this property with a GPS. When we arrived during the late afternoon hours, there was a very friendly and helpful hotel staff employee. The young man explained the property and the package that was included with our reservation. The included breakfast was of European style, and we both really enjoyed it during our stay. This hotel is conveniently located directly across from Eagle Beach, which was great because we were able to enjoy a daily sunset 🌇

Amazing location! Across from the beach. The room was cleaned daily. Yes, the breakfast is the same every morning but I got used to eat. I just drank my coffee and ate the croissant and I asked the lady to pack it and take it to my room, which I liked, daily. All the people working there were nice. Not too many chairs on the beach, especially when the cruise ships come in, but if you talk to the hotel guy, he'll find you a seat.

Extremely dangerous for heavy set and elderly people! Slippery floors. I was there end of April, slipped on their floor, fell and fractured leg (fibula fracture have x-ray to prove). Managment/owner didn't and don't want to take responsibility! Be aware!

MVC is the best kept secret on Eagle Beach. I observe everything, and when it comes to cleanliness it was a 10/10 consistently inside my room, in the breakfast area, and on the grounds as a whole. It was a nice touch that the rooms provided Aruba Aloe shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. Check out the Aruba Aloe store for their wonderful products. The included breakfast was plentiful and very good quality. Amparo was the attendant at breakfast and she always greeted me with a warm smile. Kathrin and Jennifer at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. MVC must be the best and closest location to Eagle Beach. Right after breakfast I would take a few steps to the beach. Cherritt (the beach guy) was there most days and always rolled out the red carpet to have a palupa and chair ready on the beach. It was so convenient to be close to MVC in case I needed to go back to my room quickly without missing beach time. When I returned at night MVC is well lit and the courtyard is pretty. Billy/Tica the night attendants were there if I need them. As a solo traveler, I liked that MVC had security cameras and someone was visually there when I walked in. A few times I took the bus to the Palm beach area. The bus was very convenient for pick up and drop off. Superfood grocery was a short walk. MVC met all my needs for a beach get away. I will definitely be back!

We've stayed at MVC Eagle Beach before COVID when the restaurant was still open. It's a small, boutique hotel directly across from Eagle Beach and in close proximity to restaurants and the grocery store. The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are clean, and there's a small bistro table and two chairs outside each room to sit on the porch. The spiral staircase is a bit of a struggle if you're trying to heft your bags up and they can be slippery if it rains. While the European breakfast was fine for our needs - honestly, it was plenty of food for the two of us for the day - I think if the restaurant is not going to reopen, they should consider adding other amenities, such as a soda machine, snack machine, and ice machine. There was a microwave in the bar area and I borrowed some bowls, so we could reheat some leftovers, and you could get ice if you asked the staff, but having a machine would have been easier, and having snacks and drinks available would be a bonus. I really miss the bar and Tulips restaurant! It's a lovely motel that fits the bill if you're looking for a place to lay your head without a lot of "extras." For us, not having a real pool and no longer having the restaurant made it less appealing. I would also recommend that they consider replacing some of the outdoor furniture, which is starting to show its age with the wood splintering, etc.

As a solo traveler I felt safe at all times whether inside the property or walking outside at night. Eagle beach one of the most beautiful beaches in Aruba is just across the street from the hotel. The service of the people in charge of the hotel from the cleaning service to the manager are very courteous and are there to help you with the information you need at any time. I will return to this hotel without thinking twice. Breakfast was included and was delicious: Coffee, orange juice , eggs, varieties of bread and cold cuts to make a sandwich, yogurt and fruit medley all at once . Thank you MVC Eagle for making my 5 day vacation one of the best.

We spent a week at the MVC Eagle Beach Aruba and we loved it! The location is great just across the beach. The rooms are kept very clean and the garden is well maintained. The breakfast area is lovely and we really enjoyed the food: fresh fruits, croissants, yoghurt, bread, sliced cheese and ham. Everyone working there was really pleasant. Would recommend this place 100%,…although if you are more into all-inclusive resorts it might not be your vibe… but that is exactly why we loved it so much:)

The staff was lovely, with the exception of Christy who was awkward. I kept asking about taxis and she did not help at all. The rooms were extremely dark despite putting on all lights and looked a little outdated. I did not trust the cleanliness either. You get what you pay for, though. If you’re booking just to be very close to the beach and are on a budget, then this could work for you. If you’re looking for a lush, luxurious experience, then look elsewhere.

First time in Aruba and I would 100% recommend this hotel. Comfortable rooms that were very clean. Cleaning lady and beach guy were so nice. Great location close to many restaurants and the beach was amazing with clear blue water. The hotel provides chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast was good as well.

Eagle Beach is an awesome place to swim and snorkel. Very limited restrooms, by the beach bar. Beach bar is credit card only. Shade umbrellas are open to the public and are first come-first serve. Lounge chairs can be rented for $10 each (cash only). Recommend beach water shoes, as some areas in the water have rocks. You can rent key skies right on the beach.

Embarrassing experience with Christy @ front desk, that supervisor Janell tried to fix. Later on I found out that that person at the front desk was under training, however this still goes back to management selecting the right personnel capable interacting with hotel guests.

We just came back from one week holiday with two kids aged 3 and 4 in this hotel and our feedback is extremely positive. We are experienced travelers and had the opportunity to stay in different categories of hotels. We chose MVC as it is in the low rise area and felt that high rise resorts were not really our thing. The hotel is no luxury but has everything you need for a rewarding vacation: just cross the street and find yourself in stunning Eagle Beach, it is tasteful decorated and very clean, beds are super comfortable, rooms come with a big fridge that was very useful during the stay, maintenance is very good both in the rooms and in the garden. Staying before Christmas means that it is also nicely decorated throughout. Once we stepped in the hotel we felt a very relaxing vibe and a very warm welcome by the kind staff. We can’t thank Christy enough for being so helpful before and during our stay. She gave us many precious information that made our stay smoother. It is clearly a very well managed hotel and all the other staff has just been amazing. We also liked the little garden with a small pool, a quiet spot for relaxing during the day or in the evening. Breakfast is served at the table in a tray and is good. We actually prefer buffets as there is more freedom of choice but given the quality of the stay it is not a major point. The hotel also proved to be very family friendly and the kids loved to take part in the Christmas party on St. Nicholas day, which was specially organized at Amsterdam manor - a resort that manages MVC. Tips: if you travel with small kids make sure to ask the hotel about the baby cot/ crib and to check again a few days before coming. We didn’t and they forgot but when we arrived they fixed the problem promptly. Sunbeds are free and available at the beach but palapas and umbrellas are just a few and go quickly. It is wise to get up early (6.30/7 am) and take one or to ask the friendly beach attendant who can take an umbrella for you. However, not all the mornings he was there so we ended up getting there early.

As a solo traveler I had a good stay! The Pros: hotel was spotless, the rooms , the bathrooms and garden area, spotless clean! It's directly across from the beautiful Eagle Beach. The staff was wonderful all except one (who just couldn't be bothered with me). The Cons: the stairs to my room were wet and slippery and spiral and steep.. My promised balcony ocean view was just .. NOT. The restaurant was closed and the breakfast was a mix of breakfast and lunch food brought out on a platter.. it looked as though they did a quick grocery shop with pre packaged danish and deli meat. Just weird. They should have a barbeque area for people who want to save money or are coming back from the beach and want to hang out and enjoy the evening..The holiday weekend was loud, very loud, music for 3 straight days from the locals at the beach.. it was from 7am to 10pm . I think I would return only if the restaurant re-opened for the convenience and never again during a holiday.. You do really get what you pay for.

I personally impressed. This was a stop on our tour. We grabbed 2 chairs each for $10. There was 2 food places near by both which had very long lines and poor service and the food was nothing great. I’m sure their are nicer beaches than this in Aruba.

First time in Aruba. Stayed at MVC Eagle Beach after a work event and it was a lovely place. Special thank you to Cristie for her kind hospitality. She helped me during my stay by ordering my taxis and organizing my covid test. She is a wonderful person. Beach and restaurants are steps away. Sunset is beautiful, location is super secure and there was security 24-7 (did not know the gentleman's name but he was so kind). My room was spacious and clean and it came with a desk which was helpful. Highly recommend staying here and I will be visiting again forsure.

We spent a week at the MVC Eagle Beach Hotel as a couple. The MVC Eagle Beach Hotel is a small hotel with about 25 rooms. The room offered everything we needed and was tidy and cleaned every day. A fresh breakfast was served at the table. The employees were friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The wonderful Eagle Beach is just over the road and offers white sand and crystal clear water. We visited nearly all other beaches that Aruba has to offer, but the Eagle Beach was by far the best and not too crowded. Sunbeds are free for hotel guests. Bus stops are straight in front of the hotel and we recommend to use them, to explore the island (2-3$ per person). We can highly recommend the MVC Eagle Beach for people who don‘t want to spend their vacation in the hotel, but who want to explore the island and enjoy the wonderful beaches, especially the Eagle Beach.

Unfortunately, the sea water was not as clear as on Barbados, for example, and there was also a dangerous flow when bathing at the beginning, but overall it was a nice day (Original) Ein wirklich toller weißer weitläufiger feiner Sandstrand.

👍👍 I stayed at the Pearl Aruba Condos with a friend for a week and had the best time. You can’t beat the location; 6mins walk to Eagle Beach and the Coco Loco Beach Bar (where you can hire loungers and an umbrella), 3mins walk to a mini market, coffee shop, car rental place, and two restaurants nearby....

👍👍 Great hotel right across the street from eagle beach. Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Rather give a local business like them my money vs a big name hotel
