This
is
a
basic,
clean,
affordable
resort.
We
had
a
one
bedroom
suite
which
had
a
kitchen
area,
eating
area,
sofa
with
TV,
balcony,
and
a
separate
bedroom
with
the
bathroom
attached.
Housekeeping
comes
in
daily
to
freshen
up
the
room.
Kitchen
has
a
refrigerator,
toaster
oven,
microwave,
and
dishes/glasses
for
four.
You
can
walk
to
the
supermarket
across
the
street
and
stock
up
for
your
stay.
The
pools
were
a
good
size
and
not
very
crowded
when
were
were
there
(September).
The
adult
pool
is
not
really
a
pool
but
has
built
in
loungers
in
it
and
is
fairly
small.
It
is
right
next
to
the
bar
and
is
where
some
of
the
activities
occur
like
the
DJ
and
bingo.
Close
to
the
beach,
probably
a
4-5
minute
walk.
You
cross
the
parking
log,
go
through
the
lobby
of
La
Cabana,
walk
through
their
pool
area,
cross
the
street,
and
you
are
at
the
beach.
They
have
attendants
that
will
get
chairs
for
you
-
they
keep
them
locked
up.
There
is
a
bar
at
the
beach
and
restrooms
are
across
the
street
at
La
Cabana.
They
have
2
restaurants
-
Uncle
Tony's
Pizza
and
Double
Down
sports
bar.
The
food
is
OK
but
is
priced
for
tourists.
You
can
do
better
at
the
restaurants
downtown
or
at
the
other
local
resorts.
If
you
are
looking
for
luxury
-
this
is
NOT
the
place.
But
if
you
want
great
value
in
a
good
location
with
decent
rooms
and
amenities
then
I
recommend
it.
They
also
have
time
shares
available,
we
did
the
presentation
which
is
one
on
one
over
breakfast.
It
was
not
high
pressure
and
they
give
you
some
freebies
for
attending.
Took
less
than
an
hour,
but
we
did
not
decide
to
buy.
It
is
in
a
quieter
part
of
the
beach
away
from
the
high
rise
hotels
at
Eagle
Beach
and
the
bustle
of
downtown.
Not
a
whole
lot
within
walking
distance,
but
there
are
rental
bike
that
you
can
use
to
get
around.
Also
taxis
can
take
you
to
the
high
rise
area
for
around
$9
and
downtown
for
about
$12.
