Horrible customer service. Owner grabbed my luggage and damaged it after I asked for discount, after having spent a week there earlier in the year.He threw a temper tantrum which was very unprofessional and I’ve never seen anyone act this unprofessional in my life. After traveling for three days being SO tired from jet lag, this guy acted like a dog by doing this. The rooms are also overpriced and antiquated, no renovation whatsoever. The AC does not work properly and the room stays warm.

This beautiful garden oasis in the Caribbean that we got to call home for more than a week was such a blast. Not only was the price perfect but despite how nice the pictures are on here - in person its an even more beautiful establishment. Lush gardens, exotic beautiful birds, relaxing ambiance and so quiet! Prior to arriving to the Island, Gaston the head of Wonders checked in with us to ensure our visit would be a good one, provided insight on how he and his team were compliant with COVID-19 safety precautions/protocols and even arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived we were greeted and introductions delivered. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the refrigerator stay stocked with beverages all the time so we were always satiated. There were also snacks available. Gaston provided a free beach shuttle which would run in the mornings after breakfast and even took us to nearby places without additional charge. It was also easy to order a taxi to and from Wonders and I loved how secure it was. The property has a gate which visitors are given a key to ensure privacy and security which we appreciated. The staff was always available when we needed anything additional. Even the 2 cats that lived on site were so sweet and sociable. The common areas were clean and my favorite part of Wonders was the garden and pool area which was always pristine and picturesque; I had many photoshoots out there during my stay! The other visitors were quite friendly and respectful as well. Some of them were return visitors and gave us recommendations on places to visit while on the island. Our room was cleaned daily to perfection by the time we finished breakfast which was highly appreciated. Gaston also provided us with recommendations on good places for meals, attractions as well as a ride to the airport when it was time for us to head home. Superb hospitality from the Wonders team has me recommending them to my friends and family who want to visit Aruba. We loved our time being hosted by such an amazing team. What a great close to 2021 and beginning to 2022! Thank you Gaston and Wonders! Best wishes to you all in the new year and the future!

The location of this lovely bed&breakfast style hotel was quite accessible to just about anything you’d like to do. Minutes from downtown and local markets also not far from the airport and 2-3 different beaches. The amenities of this place were beyond accommodating, but my favorite part is the overall aesthetic. Will definitely look to stay here again upon our return!

Look no further for a place to stay. I came with my SO and a friend and we had the best trip. This hotel is about a ten minute walk from town. It has a beautiful outdoor space with a pool and lounge chairs where you can relax in peace. The rooms are spacious and clean and nice to spend time in. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Given that the hotel is not on the beach, they will drive you to the beach in the morning after breakfast. (Oh, and get the breakfast!) You can use their towels, chairs, beach bags, and snorkels. To me- there was nothing better! You got the quiet of a small hotel along with the perks of being by the beach. If you are looking for a relaxing stay- book, book, book !

I can not say enough about this hideaway heaven. Gafsten the owner was always hand on and made our stay a perfect relaxing vacation. The breakfast option was a homemade pleasure of a fresh morning meal. The garden and pool area was a calming experience and loved the 2 cats that were a part of the experience. I Love this Place. My wife and I will return as much as we can.

What a great hotel. It’s quiet, peaceful, has a beautiful garden, delicious breakfast, rooms are cleaned daily. Teska is a wonderful manager and always was helpful with a smile on her face. It’s perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway to paradise without all the hustle and bustle of resorts. The walk to downtown is quick with plenty of great restaurants around.

Wonders Boutique Hotel is simply an amazing paradise..... If you want quiet, serene, peaceful, soft, delicate and relaxation....than this is the place to be.... The rooms are beautiful and luxurious, the grounds are a soft delicate paradise of palm trees, coconut trees and amazing tiny little birds.... The hostess and I guess owner Gaston is simply an amazing man, friendly, loving and caring..... This place was a precious hidden gem for someone like myself who from NYC it's extremely easy to get around town by taxis and busses or bikes.... Lots of shopping at the malls and local vendors.... And the people in Aruba are simply amazing.....friendly and helpful.... Aruba is a country that's hot with a beautiful light breeze..... The food is clean. Fresh and Delicious.... I will be returning every single year.....

Lovely place with welcoming owners. Rooms are nice and the garden is so pretty! Extra points for available beach essentials (sunscreen, towels, tote bags, snorkelling gear) to rent for free. My husband was a bit bothered by the noise in the morning, apparently at breakfast time. Maybe closing the door to the dining area could help? Not sure though, I slept like a baby :) Would def come back!

Rooms, atmosphere, and staff were phenomenal. Only small downside is it's not walking distance to beach/stores/restaurants, so you need to rent a car or take a cab. Would definitely stay again.

Definitely the place to come to! Feel so cozy - with beautiful settings throughout this small 11 units property - pool included! Renting a car is highly recommended so we are free to go to various beaches, various sites and eat anywhere throughout the island! So glad we selected this lovely boutique hotel and we shall come back to this same hotel if we do come back to Aruba! πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ό

Wonders has definitely exceeded our expectations. The peaceful location and cozy rooms created a Wondersful experience. On-site breakfast is definitely a plus and the hospitality was great. A must-visit, can't wait to return!

What a beautiful spot tucked away from the crowds, but close enough!!! This small boutique hotel is overflowing with sounds of nature, flowering plants and palm trees. The staff, room and ambiance was just wonderful and relaxing!!

A cozy and elegant tropical oasis with a definitive Dutch/European and international vibe. We enjoyed our stay so much at this lovely B&B and would return in a heartbeat. The incense in the evening with the Moroccan lamps lighting the lobby, and the beautiful pool amidst the tropical garden courtyard were particular highlights.

Stayed here 4 nights in Dec 2022. Great value and ambiance! The hotel is run by warm and accommodating staff. Beach chairs, beach bag, sunscreen, snorkel gear all can be borrowed, making vacation easier to pack for! Peaceful courtyard for breakfast. My only tip is that the hotel is in quite a residential part of town so a rental car would be very helpful.

Absolutely lovely inn with wonderful breakfasts. The gardens are lush and well tended, including those on our private patio. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The pleasant staff here will go out of their way to accommodate guests (rides to the beach with a bit of a tour on the way for example).

Wonders is truly wonderful. The beautiful, private property is very well maintained, and the service is exceptional. Thank you, Gaston! We are beyond happy with our stay and wish we were still there! Everything you need is in walking distance, or a short bus or taxi ride away. Wonders is nestled away from busy resorts - a real hidden gem on this gorgeous island.

Everything was great from check in to check out. The owner gifted us champagne and the breakfast was amazing. The service was top notch as the owner knew all of our preferences or breakfast orders without us having to say anything. Very personable and relaxing experience.

What a wonderful place to rest & relax. The hotel is a former large home remodeled to create guest rooms. The best feature is the courtyard gardens - mature palms, numerous flowering plants, and outdoor seating for the delicious breakfasts each morning. Also, the hotel is centrally located in Oranjestad.

I stayed for a week at the hotel. The place is nice and excluded from the main attraction of Aruba and that’s what I wanted to stay there. The pool is well maintained and the staff is professional. You do need a car or you can use the taxi to get around but it served my needs perfectly. They do offer a free drop off at the beach in the morning time and parking is free. The hotel is gated, so it felt very safe.

Exquisite little oasis. Small hotel set around a stunning garden and pool, full of birds that will join you for breakfast (literally - don’t be surprised if they nibble on your croissant). Gaston looks after all his guests very warmly and professionally. Well located to reach everywhere on the island by car

Great experience! Had an extremely comfortable and inviting separate little cottage for my accommodations. The breakfast was delicious, Chef's Special, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit salad, orange juice, croissant, wheat toast, butter, strawberry jam and coffee ($13). Service was fantastic. Small and personalized. Wonderful little gem! Will definitely return and recommend to others.

Beautiful low key hotel with courtyard and pool. Close to the main town, minutes drive from anywhere. Also walkable from the town to the hotel.

This hotel manager is a very poor business man. I used the Expedia website to book the room. There was a mix up on dates somehow. I did not catch the mistake until I was called on 4/1 asking if I was coming to check in. I told the lady who called that a mix up had been made. She suggested I call Expedia. Expedia claimed they would issue a refund if the owner agreed. I called the owner, a gentleman who was rude in conversation asking "who made the mix up?" He claimed he did not have my money and that Expedia did. We went back and forth and I called Expedia again who insisted the owner had to agree to refund. I simply wanted to rebook for the correct date since the money had been taken. The owner would not answer my call after this. I sent an email and it was ignored. After reading the reviews, I see there is no empathy or leniency if a flight is delayed, luggage lost, or any other mix up. This is horrible customer service and very unprofessional. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Beautiful place to bring my wife to, our trip was overnight before joining a cruise ship we missed but very amazed at the process, Jessica greeted us at the private locked gate, showed us around, and took us to our room which was very awesome. Feels like a bed and breakfast and will definitely come back here and stay when back to visit aruba longer.

😠 This place is depressing! Pretty, nicely decorated, spacious but depressing! It is NOT a hotel at all...not even a boutique! It is literally a compound in a residential neighborhood away from anything that you would come to Aruba to enjoy. The only view outside is to the pool. As a single femal...
