This place is horrible I didn’t stay and lost my money the place is nothing like in the pictures. There was a family there celebrating their child’s birthday who told us they had the worst experience on the first night. The lady owner complained about them running the air conditioner and they were sitting with the room door open and sitting outside, due to excessive heat with a baby in the room. The refrigerator were unplugged because she didn’t want her electricity running all day. They called the police because the owner wouldn’t refund their money they too left without celebrating their child’s birthday and lost their money. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! It’s disgusting I wouldn’t lay my head in any of those rooms. Also NO REFUNDS after booking and the place needs major renovations. Save yourself the headaches and look else where. The place is very 70’s.

Nice place. And Nina is excellent with the guests. Very kind and ready to help. Only thing is A/C is not working after 7 pm but anyway it didn't work when I came back after 7 pm. Then my night was so hot.

This place is a complete disaster! Not as advertised at all. Totally run down with no amenities. No breakfast no room service and actually no staff here at all! A joke as it seems to be there is not even not water or a toliet that can accept toliet paper 😂. To call this a resort and spa is hysterical oh yea and no spa either! This place deserves really a half star in my opinion.

We went there me and my 5 friends to have a good time but it turned really bad. First, we didn't get the type of room we reserved. We were supposed to have a room with a private bathroom and we ended with a common room for 8 people when we were 6. We had to share our bathroom and shower with other guests. The kitchen was already dirt when we arrived. No dish soap, a dirt sponge and a dirt dish towel. How were we supposed to clean our things? The trash was already full when we arrived. There were mosquitos in the room and we ended with bites. Plus, the toilet was broken. We had to put the toilet paper in the trash. Just imagine the smell. The girl at the front desk was not there often and spoke Spanish only. I had to deal with guys on WhatsApp. They were not professional at all. Sending me jokes when I was complaining about the accommodations. As you can see with the majority of the comments, you can book somewhere else to really enjoy the many other places where you can stay on the Island.

We booked through Harmony , but for some reason we cancelled it but the Harmony people charged the entire amount in our credit card and refusing to credit the amount. Very, very cheating people, please watch out, when you book thru Aruba Harmony Apartments.

Had a good time there, with all my friends! Few friend had stayed at the Aruba Harmony and has recommended this place, what was a good choice! All is very nearby, but if you want to explore the island, a car or bus is recommended.

The best quality-price ratio hotel in the whole island! When it comes to traveling with a big group, especially with family, you want to make sure you stay at a hotel that really understands your needs, accommodating every request you may have in order to make you feel like at home while you are in Aruba. So Aruba Harmony Apartments is that hotel, not only we felt welcome from the moment we booked our 1 week stay, but we were treated like VIP guests at all times, and the hostess, Barbara, personalized every single detail of our excursions, sharing important recommendations on how to wisely spend our money, so that we could always take the best deals at the best prices available. Our rooms were pretty cozy and neat when we arrived, there’s air conditioning in case you love to sleep fresh at night. Also there’s plenty of kitchenware available, so we could cook our own dinners just like we were at home. (There’s a supermarket nearby where you can find anything you need if you want to cook by yourself). Breakfast service is available at a very reasonable price, compared to the prices you see around the island, and it’s worth every penny you pay. 100% recommended. The pool area is fantastic! Don’t miss the chance to give it a try. Last but not least, the service overall deserves a world class award; I’ve worked at 5 star hotels and one of the best cruise lines out there, therefore I can tell what an outstanding customer service is. Do I recommend this hotel? Yes I do, 100%, and if I ever go back to Aruba (hopefully soon), this will be my choice hands down.

I went to Aruba with the expectation of having a place to hang my hat and rest my head after a long day and that is what I found! I could have spent a lot more money on a fancy hotel but I found this place. The owner was amazing - told me all the places to go and what to do - the room was very clean and just what I knew I paid for. I could have gone to a hotel and paid a ton more but I was not home during the day and it was worth it. The breakfast she offered was amazing and I was only 2 + miles from everything. I went to Aruba to explore and this was the place to stay. It was clean and tidy and just like an air b&b - you get what you ask for. The owner was great - - if you wanted more amenities - it was a few bucks more but hey - you are not there during the day and a great place to hang your hat. I will go back next year.

😠 This place is depressing! Pretty, nicely decorated, spacious but depressing! It is NOT a hotel at all...not even a boutique! It is literally a compound in a residential neighborhood away from anything that you would come to Aruba to enjoy. The only view outside is to the pool. As a single femal...
