    Affidavit of Truth: This is the most horrible hotel to stay in Aruba. Security didn't want to let us in to the hotel that we paid for because he said our bracelets looked like the day pass. We were like seriously dude? They obviously don't train you to identify the difference in the bracelet colors. We can't believe we had to go through this horrible, shameful, and embarrassing moment. This was at night and we were tired and we're being allowed back into our hotel. The staff wasn't friendly, courteous, or caring. The owner/manager/host at the Kyoto restaurant threw us out because they were almost ready to close, when they still had 30 minutes until they closed. This is ridiculous. We paid $5,493.18 for 7 nights and look at the treatment we received. We were treated like third class citizens. We will never go back to this horrible expensive hotel.

    This was my second time staying here. I will definitely be back next year. We had breakfast & lunch in the Palm restaurant every day. Every meal Maria M greeted us and was always asking how we were! She was always so kind and helpful! I look forward to seeing her next year! All of the hotel staff was great!

    I was looking so forward to my vacation. When we arrived to check in I found I was mistakenly booked for 2 rooms for me and my husband instead of one where I had emails to prove I had only booked one. I was told at the front desk that I was responsible and had to pay for one night. I was told to call a number to get reimbursed for the one night. I did not expect to have to deal with this placing all the responsibility on me where they made the mistake. It was very stressful to say the least. The room was very nice but the glider door to the balcony weighed no exaggeration about 30-40 lbs and the handle to help open the glider had broken off multiple times where there were multiple drill holes at the handle site and the handle fell off multiple times for me and my husband trying to open and close the door. Italian restaurant was awesome. Great food great service. The seafood restaurant food was fantastic however the hostess has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I would say it was an ok place to stay. Loved the all inclusive. As long as you have thick skin you should have a pretty good time.

    Just came back from a stay 11/27/22 - 12/2/22 and would go back in a heartbeat. The whole staff from check in to the beach staff was great. Robert and the rest of the pool staff was always ready to refill those empty cups. As many have said before bring a yeti or such and they will put your favorite drink in there over and over again without an issue. Make dinner reservations as soon as you can after checking in for better options. If they are booked might be able to get a walk in or cancelation you never know. The rooms were fine as we did not spend much time in there so didn't really care much, only thing we did not have a tub with a child but managed just fine. The casino is tiny and recommend going next door :). The food there was always something to find even with a 2-year-old with us. Some complain about beach/pool chairs but that's the same story anywhere you go, you want one get up early simple as that. There is a child area also that many do not know about where they can play with a swing set right next to the beach. Will look to come back in the future for sure. Thank you to the whole staff for a great experience. 5 stars!

    Great place! Joyce in the Italian restaurant was phenomenal. Total sweetheart and took care of us from start to finish. Rooms could use a bit of an update but that seems like every hotel in Aruba. As all inclusive goes, the food here was great, the service was great and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend going with the royal level.

    7 day stay November 2021 Room was perfect from check in through our entire stay. Clean & just perfect. Restaurants were amazing. Pool was cleaned every morning. There was one gentleman we saw everyday. The pool could use a bit more up keep but it was very clean. It would be nice to have a second d pool. My only complaint would be to have bottle water available anytime. When you drink a gallon a day it's nice not to ask for it for the staff to tell you to go across the street to purchase more. Really!!!I paid for all-inclusive and we may have had 5 drinks in all 7 days. Wasn't very happy to hear that. Would I stay here again? Not sure

    Jamie, Joyce (the hostess), and Edelina were all so pleasant at the Royal restaurant. They were so friendly and had great course recommendations. They were attentive and made for great dining experiences. The food was excellent with great portions. Everything about this dining experience was amazing!

    I attended a wedding there and from start to finish it was absolutely beautiful and the food was great. The wedding planner along with the staff did an exceptional great job. I also went to the Italian restaurant and had the pleasure of having Antonio serve us. All I can say is he was one of the best servers I had. He was always smiling and did everything he could to make us happy. His smile was contagious and my night was perfect. My vacation was perfect due to the staff there. Can’t wait to go back

    Resort is beautiful. But food is horrible. You can't take your food back to your room unless it's on a paper napkin. They don't have paper plates. Their glasses, plates, and utensils are dirty.. I couldn't stand that. The pool is lovely, the beach is beautiful, and the rooms are really nice and clean.

    Unfortunately I need to start this review with the fact that we had BEDBUGS in one of our two rooms. (Tower 2, Fifth floor) Our other room lost electricity 3 times in one day. (5am, afternoon, and 9:30pm). Each time it happened, it took away an hour or more of our day. Plus we were met in the evening with a very rude front desk person. Totally uncalled for. My family was respectful and polite at all times. We had to change rooms at 10pm. The supervisor on resort can only offer Free room service to compensate. Laughable since we paid for all-inclusive and we’re leaving soon. Supposedly the supervisor emailed corporate about. Needless to say we have Not heard back. Also, we were given key cards multiple times that did not work. ( We did not put them by our phones) More time lost dealing with this. Can’t recommend this resort for these reasons. Beach was pretty. Restaurant staff and Beach chair crew were very nice.

    Had a great time. The island is beautiful and the weather was perfect, but the great service provided at Barceló helped with the relaxation plan. Good food, amenities, and shows. Great Spa as well. Looking at the amazing view every day was very pleasant.

    Went here for my birthday. Overall, the resort is nice, and the rooms need updating. They advertise that they are family friendly. I took my 7 year old son on the trip. When we checked in, they never said what activities they had for kids or where anything was located for the kids. While walking the beach, there was a piece of paper on an excursion stand saying trick or treat at 10AM in the lobby for kids. Two days before check out, a beach staff member asked me to fill out a survey. It was when I asked her about a question on the survey that I found out that the kids' activities were inside from 6 pm to 8 pm, and the clubhouse had gaming systems, but the controllers were broken. They only have 1 pool, and when the kids are in the pool with the adults, they get irritated with them. There's nowhere else for the kids to play. Overall, my family and I had a good time and met some nice people. The food was good. If you don't want to eat on the resort, you can walk across the street to the restaurants. We would go back but stay at a different resort.

    First time ever staying at an all enclusive resort. Food and drinks were great. enjoyed the beach and the pool. Staff was very friendly. Especially enjoyed the staff at the beach. Ricky, Alan and the rest of the Zumba team. So much fun. The bartenders Eric and Armando in the RCI Bar I believe it was called were especially attentive. The houskeeping group were very nice too. I would definitly recommend Barcelo Aruba to my friends. Thank you for a great Vacation. I forgot to mention the great massage I got at the spa by Natalia. Ask for her you wont be dissapointed. Abraham and Caine helped my 97 year old friend enjoy the beach too. Thanks everyone

    What a wonderful all inclusive Resort the Barcelo Aruba is. The food is wonderful. The staff is continuously pleasant and always willing to serve. The rooms are sumptuous and very accommodating. I highly encourage you to go for the Royal Class… it’s definitely worth it.

    We are in Aruba for the first time and picked Barcelo for our stay. The hotel is great! Staff is amazing! The beach is fabulous! The value for the price is outstanding! Drinks are delicious and strong. The food in both buffets and specialty restaurants is very good, much better than expected from an all inclusive hotel. We mostly eat breakfast and lunch at the Beach Club and the staff here is so amazing and accommodating. They always go above and beyond and try to make you happy.

    We recently returned to this property after more than 20 years. It is one of the older resorts on Aruba, but with several changes in ownership, they have done a nice job of keeping up with the maintenance, and it is still a very nice, modern resort. The pool area and the beach are wonderful! Especially the beach - beautiful sand, lots of mature palm trees, wonderful turquoise waters, plenty of beach chairs at no extra cost, and great service on the beach from the Barcelo staff. The food options are only slightly above average - the Italian restaurant was great, but the buffets could use some improvement (quality and variety). The drinks are great, and the staff are wonderful. Bartenders at the pool bar serve up a fresh drink just as you're finishing one! And the servers are friendly, prompt and efficient, especially Vanessa. We loved her smile and laugh, and hope to see her running the place in a few years! There are great places to eat and shop just across the street if you get tired of the buffet. Overall, it's a great resort and a wonderful island!

    I love staying at Barcelona resorts!!! This is my second time, the first being in an equally as great Barcelona resort in Cancun!! I love it so much here all of the staff is super nice and helpful! My personal favorite being Claudia from Colombia! She’s the funnest and nicest hostess :) She works in the buffet style restaurant near the beach in the mornings and daytime! Our rooms are super nice and each day the mini fridge is restocked as well as towels and toiletries. I haven’t seen one person at the hotel who wasn’t happy!!! Love it here! Me and my family are having a blast! <3

    Our first time ever visiting the Caribbean and our first time ever doing an all inclusive. Absolutely our best vacation ever this place is amazing.     We had our wedding here last night and it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was absolutely perfect. I’ve been working with our wedding coordinator Kimberly and the staff for the past few months to make our dream wedding , just that, a dream wedding! And they pulled it off perfectly.     Everything was great! Our room was upgraded upon arrival to include a jacuzzi hot tub which was such a great bonus! I told housekeeping it was my birthday & everyday I had a surprise in the room! Food was amazing, the staff was friendly and willing to accommodate. Only downfall was the watered down drinks, but I bought my own bottles with me so Everything was all good

    We just returned from a 5 night stay and Aruba is beautiful. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The resort is nice and they are very accommodating. I was very disappointed in the lack of lounge chairs around the beautiful pool. People go down everyday at 7:15 put a towel on their chairs and disappear for hours, leaving no chairs available. I asked management why they don't add more chairs to accommodate everyone and did not get an answer. I will return to Aruba but will research other resorts.

    This resort seriously needs organize their palapa and pool chair system. It says no reserving, but they don’t hold anyone to that. Had to get up, no kidding at 4:45am to even think about reserving a palapa. Then you have to stay there until 6am to get chairs brought to you! Pool is the same! Many people couldn’t get chairs anywhere because they ran out!! Also, paid for “Royal Level” and could not see benefit. Not sure what I received that everyone else did not. Also, you get one towel that doesn’t even fit pool or beach chair!! So disappointed because the pool and beach is a huge part of why you come! Staff is very friendly and make it great, and food is good throughout resort! Also, MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR RESTAURANTS BEFORE YOU GET HERE!! Always booked, however at night very few tables are being used in restaurants!! Not staffs problem, but management all over resort needs to step up!! Staff is excellent!

    This is the best vacation we've had in an all inclusive. We can't say enough good things about this resort. Everything is well structured and planned out to the tiniest detail . Royal level is the way to go . Food was amazing and they had a large variety. The staff are so nice and ready to help. Thank you to Captain George , Ederlina and Jaime . And Concierge staff Sandra and Veronica. We enjoyed every minute of our trip.

    Overall enjoyed our stay. Not worth the extra money for the Royal Club. Very clean room. Good food. Awesome beach. My only complaint would be the alcohol. Not once did I feel like I had a buzz. Even after asking for more alcohol in my drink (it actually smelled strong and tasted strong), I still did not feel a "buzz". When we went to the casino next door, I could feel the alcohol after 2 drinks.

    The Hotel is really a 3 star and not 4 as posted, the food in some restaurants were average at best (in the Seafood/Steakhouse they ran out of certain food and the staff was short for personal). The best restaurants were the Italian and Mexican, however it was difficult to make reservations for the Italian. You cannot get chairs at the pool unless you go in the dark (I will attach a picture around 4am). The same for the beach, the Towel kiosk would run out of towels everyday and you needed a towel card (one card one towel). People would take your chairs and towels. The hotel is clean and the alcohol poor the lobby bars best vodka was Absolute and the pool bar only had House liquor (not even Absolute) so if you enjoy good drinks for your entire vacation pick another hotel. The only thing that made our trip enjoyable was the other guests they all know each other, while we were there the guests (the regulars, they come every year) set up a costume party on Halloween and it was fun. The beach was beautiful, my wife went to use the Standup Paddle Board and they wanted to charge $ 30 or $40 dollars, usually all non motorized equipment is free for the guests. They had mats you could use till 4pm for free. The hotel had nothing at or on the beach as far as food, I am not sure if it's permissible. I do not believe that I would return to this hotel.     Just stayed at the Barceló Aruba. I Read so many reviews with so many complaints. All I can say, is don't listen to them. It was a beautiful place. The rooms are big and great. The service was fantastic. The pool area is beautiful and the Restaurants are impressively delicious ,they have the most amazing friendlies staff that would do anything to make your vacation memorable from management to staff everyone is so eager to make your stay more enjoyable. Check-in was easy and check-out was easier. The only bad part was we had to leave this beautiful place, I can guarantee you I will be back. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

    The staff is so on point with all your needs. Claudia from the Beach Club restaurant is so nice and hospitality that you feel at home. We have been at Barcelo Aruba 8 times and every time it is just awesome. All the staff personnel is spectacular.

    Our stay at Barcelo was outstanding! The beach and grounds were beautiful. We were the Royal level and it was well worth the upgrade. Veronica, Flor, and Liza were so helpful and went out of their way to make our stay the best experience. Veronica continuously checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The great experience Veronica and staff provided is the reason why I will be coming back to Barceló! Fransisco at the beach bar also provided exceptional service and made sure our time at the beach was great and that we had everything we needed. Carlos at the Italian restaurant also went out of his way to ensure our dinner was a great time and provided exceptional service. We can’t wait to come back!

    Barcelo will be where we stay every time we come back to Aruba. The beach here is incredible! The service and friendliness of staff is better than any resort we have ever been to. Veronica at the Royal level club is amazing and was there for everything we needed! Also the Royal level restaurant was our favorite and Joyce was the best server.

    Veronica checked us in at the Royal level. We had an enjoyable stay. The service is great in the Royal Level restaurant. Melvin, Jaimie, Ederline, Sylvester, and Maria are some of the servers during the breakfast and dinner hours. Very helpful with menu selections/request , and offered great service.

    We have been coming here for many years and always leave happy however, this year in 2023 the royal club outdid themselves! You are treated so well. You truly get to forget about real life and enjoy vacation life. Sandra, Veronica, Liza , George, Jamie and Sylvester deserve 5 stars for just how great they make your experience

    Visiting Aruba for our first time, and staying at the Barcelo. The facilities are lovely, and the staff very friendly. Two things to note… In our room, the tub/shower has a wall in front that comes up higher than my knee (I’m not tall but not short enough for this to be an issue, typically). So getting into and out of the shower is an actual effort, and I have bruised knees to prove it. Also, as we are not staying in Royal level, there are no washcloths in the rooms. When I called to ask for washcloths, I was told we can’t have them as we are not Royal level. Washcloths. That’s where they draw the line. Not good. Quick fix in case you need one, ask for extra hand towels and use those. * food is passable but not something to entice you to return.

    My husband and I would like to share the spectacular service we received from Joyce & George in The Royal Rest for dinner. George’s warm & professional greeting set the tone immediately. He sat us at a lovely, elegant table with a desirable view. Joyce was to follow as our exceptional server. We requested mojitos, of which, were the best in presentation and taste we have ever had!! She was personally responsible for mulling the mint!! Our meals of Salmon, Tenderloin & Lobster tail accompanied with risotto were absolutely superb!! Wonderful experience and meal and the service was perfection!! Highly recommend ~ May you be fortunate enough to have Joyce & George for your dining experience!!

    This was our first experience with Barcelo Aruba and we chose the Royal Level. By far the best service we have ever received at any restaurant anywhere. From the food to the drinks to the service it is unmatched. Dennison and Carmen in the kitchen delivered incredible meals night after night. Our server Joyce was attentive and so polite. The manager George truly cares about the level of service that you get and goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is unforgettable(which is surely has been)

    Barcelo resort is the absolute best choice to have vacationed with my family. They were all so nice and accommodating to my two little children. The beach club was our favorite breakfast and lunch spot to eat and hang out everyday. Room service was great the night life was great and the kids activities was plentiful to keep our oldest busy. Thank you guys for making this memorable.

    We had dinner in the Royal Restaurant. The service was outstanding as always. Joyce was our server. Wonderful personality and very Attentive. George has always made me feel so welcome and loved in all the years we have been coming here. I love the way he greets me with a light kiss on the cheek from my very first visit and that has not changed. Keep up the good work and we will see you next year.❤❤❤

    The service especially at Beach Club is amazing so nice and accommodating. Food is ok. Breakfast food in warmers not real warm so prefer omelettes Buffet food is mediocre but specialty restaurants are great. Not sure if upgrading to Royal was worth it but we still have a few days left.

    We love all of the employee's at the Resort they are extremely helpful , especially at the Royal George , Sylvester ,Ederlina , Joyce and Jamie are Superb. Concierge's Liza , Florida, Veronica and Sandra the Manager go above and beyond making sure everything we asked for was taken care off. We truly enjoyed our vacation and we will see you back next year.

Manuela's extensive knowledge about the resort and local area helped me make the most of my stay, and her recommendations exceeded my expectations. Throughout my visit, she was always available and eager to assist, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The resort itself was stunning, with comfortable rooms and breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. The dining options were diverse and the food was of excellent quality.     Royalty indeed... this place was one of the finest all inclusive resorts I have been to. If you can afford a bit more get the royal suites..they have room service and private cabanas on the beach every morning just waiting for you..

    The only issue we had was the length of time for room service. They forgot to replace our wash cloths and coffee cups. When I phoned them it took 45 minutes, just so happened to be the day we went on a UTV ride and needed a shower. Each morning I would order coffee and creamer it was usually 30 minutes. Every thing else was awesome, very nice people, clean rooms, quite hotel, beautiful grounds, best beach bartender, food was great.

    Just got back home after a week in Aruba stayed at Barcelo Aruba.!Our favorite person was Doris at the Lobby bar. We also met some wonderful folks Maria, Joyce, Amanda at buffet, Aurellia in quality and Ray outside. Staff was very pleasant everywhere we went and all covid protocols were handled beautifully not only at the hotel but around the island. We spend an awesome week and all this was possible thanks to the excellent hotel workers. Would go back in a minute.

    Second time here. Figured I would try it again and if I'm honest, I probably won't come back. Room was musky smelling and was supposed to be upgraded "water view" that was not there. Food is only barely edible at normal buffet, but good at Italian and Mexican restaurant. Service is exceptional throughout resort.

    I recently stayed in November 2021. The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful . Food was ehh. But beware of booking your ocean view rooms. You might end up with a parking lot view with a tiny view of the ocean like me and my wife did. Was promised full ocean view and ended up with a parking lot and barely any view of the ocean for top dollar price .     Stayed for 6 days with a group of 8. Resort bar/ lobby area is very nice. Pool and and location right on Beach is great. Rooms were decent. Food was good and staff very friendly and helpful. Italian restaurant was fantastic. Wish they had some quick bites and snacks. Overall a very good experience

    Excellent location, nice pool, very decent restaurants, spacious sleeping rooms. I've stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, and an absolutely beautiful beach. Insider tip: If you want to go downtown you'll need to grab a cab or the city bus. Both are readily available.

    This trip was my husband and I first visit to Aruba when we celebrated our anniversary❤️ I highly recommend visiting and staying at the Barcelo!!! We traveled all over the world but I most say.. this was my favorite!! Thanks to the GREAT hospitality from all the hotel staff. Especially, David who went beyond his duties to make sure that I was properly accommodated with my outside excursions and Gwen for her kindness after a long frustrated flight. Everything about this hotel was beyond my expectations and I will definitely be staying here again and so should you😉

    Wonderful all inclusive resort. Perfect for couples. Definitely splurge for the royal upgrade to get the best food, service, and beach options. The upgrade is worth every penny! Service from all the staff is above par, not an unfriendly person on site.

    We recently stayed in the royal level at the Barcelo for an occasion. The staff at the concierge was excellent. Victoria, Sandra and Liza made sure everything was taken care of without delay. The staff in the Royal club restaurant was phenomenal, especially Joyce who went out of her way to give us such excellent service and to make sure that our occasion was memorable. George, Resty and Suyenne in the restaurant were always attentive and accommodating. In the restaurant all of the food was delicious, hot and fresh. (shout out to Chef Clarence). I was even impressed by what a great job Chantale did cleaning our room. I have allergies and always bring cleaning supplies to wipe down my room. I didn't find anything to wipe down and the room smelled so clean every time she was there. I appreciated that. I know the Royal club is only the upper floors in one building and there is one dedicated beach bar, but the quality of the staff truly turned our trip into a worry free 5 star experience. Also, the beach location at the Barcelo is one of the best in Aruba. I can't wait to get back.

    We really did love our stay here, just disappointed in the food. After a long day of traveling its disappointing to arrive and have to eat at a buffet because all the reservations are taken for where you want to eat. I recommend that you leave some time slots open for people arriving so their first impression of your service and food is better. The staff is exceptional especially at the pool bar and the restaurants. The beach is amazing and very clean. Would consider coming back for sure! We changed our review to 4 stars :)

    The hotel is very nice, we arrived and they gave us a welcome drink. very kind people and a great staff, their service is awesome. Front desk staff is always kind and with a big smile, the italian restaurant is the best until now and the service at the pool has been amazing. I would like to recognize Nathalia from guest services, Emily and Jenny from the front desk.

    Nice all inclusive hotel close to the nightlife and shopping. The rooms are average size with a nice ocean view. Service here is very good. The drinks are generously poured. Overall we had a nice time here. You may opt for the royal level for extra perks.

    First time....WOW! Honestly, never heard of this brand of resorts so we took a chance. We stayed for 6 days, we were not disappointed! This resort is in the middle of the happening part of the island! Shops and nightlife are steps away. Less than 3 minute walk in either direction. Plenty of seating in the lobby. Lounge, Casino and shops are in the lobby. Rooms are spacious. Bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Buffet had a variety to choose from. The restaurants are by reservation only (book the day you arrive for your entire stay). The drinks were very good. Premium liquor is located in the lobby bar only, no liquor in room only soda, water and local beer.

    The food has become terrible, we came down for Thanksgiving week 11-22 sitting bed in my musty room writing this it did not have an air filter in they moved us once already,3 of the royal level owners I talked to have come to hate it, they said the place has really gone down hill, the pool was missing numerous tiles, it is j just not cared for at all. It feels like they are cutting cost at every corner I compare it to the holiday inn, we had 12 of us there and ate at the fish place on the grounds 8 of us left hungry and went out to eat after. The best part of the hotel was the beach it is nice but we come down here 3 or 4 times a yr we will move back over to the hilton cost a little more but worth the extra money true case of you get what u pay for.

    It was a wonderful stay at the Barcelo Aruba All-inclusive resort. From our arrival to the day we checked out was just great. The staff at the front desk was efficient and friendly. The food in the restaurants was good, especially we enjoyed the L’Olio Italian cuisine and the Japanese Sushi Restaurant. The service and drinks at the bars were great too. Our room was immaculate during our entire stay. The beach was simply beautiful, crystal clear water and sugar white sand. The hotel location is among the best on the Palm Beach strip. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who desires to take a vacation to paradise so to speak.

    Another amazing dining experience at Royal Level Restaurant! George, Joyce, Jamie and Ederlina took amazing care of us once again tonight. I added the lobster tail to the sirloin with the tuna appetizer. The food was 5 star and the service was impeccable! The ladies at the Royal concierge have taken good care of us as well. Veronica and Sandra have had to replace my lost key every day. 😀

    I cannot say enough about the Royal restaurant at the Barceló! The menu has a great variety. The food presentation is amazing and tastes equally as good as it looks. The staff is top notch! You will not find better people and service on the island. From check-in to dinner: #1 reason why we decided to stay the Royal level. Must have during your stay. HUGE shout out to the following staff: George, Sylvester, Jamie, Joyce, Ederlina, Linda, Melvin, Maria, Sandra, Veronica, Lisa, Flor, and Lisette. Keep up the great work!!     Just got back from a wonderful vacation with family and friends to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. All the staff is great, very helpful. Natasha the concierge was so…so helpful with whatever you need she will go above and beyond to fulfill your needs. She helped with firming up details for the birthday celebration that I wanted. After so many stays, I can say it’s a beautiful location and close to all the great restaurants. The food on the location which are buffets, and restaurants have wonderful options as well. I can’t wait to go back again!

    Very beautiful resort. The rooms are nice in size. The beach is great. Good location to go and shop in town. Food has been decent but not as good as other resorts I've been too. The service has been great as well.

    Barceló Royal restaurant is fabulous. The food was delicious and service top notch. We had the rib eye and it was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. Wine was a great compliment. George and Joyce made the experience 5 stars. We can’t wait to come back!
